The Importance of Hadith Learning in the Formation of Islamic Law
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the importance of learning hadith in the formation of Islamic law through a qualitative approach. This study uses a qualitative method, with a literature review approach to explore the view of how the learning of hadith contributes to the formation of Islamic law in accordance with the times. The findings of the study show that hadith learning based on understanding sanad, matan, and historical context can produce more relevant and applicable legal interpretations. In addition, a wrong or in-depth understanding of hadith can lead to abuse and errors in the determination of the law. Deep learning of hadith is not only to know the history or story of the life of the Prophet Muhammad, but also to understand the ways in which the Prophet applied the law in various aspects of daily life
Impact of MSIB Program on the Personal Development of Students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta
Get PDFThe Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB) program, initiated by Indonesia’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology in 2021, provides students with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in the professional world. This study aims to determine the impact of MSIB on the personal development of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) students in 2023. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation involving 10 UMS participants. Thematic descriptive analysis, validated through data triangulation, revealed significant positive impacts on students’ personal growth. The category of improved personal development is divided into four, namely: 1) improved personal development in working knowledge, 2) improved personal development in work skills, 3) improved personal development in work commitment, and 4) improved personal development in professional relationships. This research highlights MSIB’s role in fostering student development and bridging academic learning with industry demands, positioning it as a transformative higher education model
A Systematic Literature Review of Digital Skills and Human Resource Readiness for the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 and 5.0
Get PDFThe Industrial Revolutions 4.0 and 5.0 have significantly transformed the workforce, demanding human resources (HR) to possess digital skills and adaptive readiness. This study aims to identify and analyze the necessary digital skills and HR readiness to address the challenges of these industrial revolutions through a literature review approach. This article analysis of 15 scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025, the research reveals that digital skills such as data literacy, information technology proficiency, and problem-solving abilities are key factors. The readiness of Human Resources (HR) to adopt advanced technologies and human-centric approaches in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and 5.0 era depends on their willingness to acquire new skills and adapt to rapid transformations. Thus, the success of HR is greatly influenced by organizational readiness and access to technology-based training. The findings of this study provide strategic recommendations for policymakers and practitioners to design effective and relevant HR development programs in the era of Industrial Revolutions 4.0 and 5.0
Evaluation of The Achievement Development of The Sepak Takraw Sports Branch at The PSTI in Gresik Regency
Get PDFThe purpose of the study is to evaluate the implementation and achievement of the achievement fostering program in the sepak takraw sports branch in the Sepak Takraw Association of All Indonesia (PSTI) Gresik Regency, in 2024. The type of research is evaluation research, using the CIPP (Context, Input, Porcess and Product) model. The data collection technique uses questionnaires, direct observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive. The results of the study show that the results of the evaluation of the achievement coaching of the sepak takraw sports branch in PSTI Gresik Regency. Context, in PSTI Gresik regency has been implemented and running well, input, good. The process has been carried out and is running well. Product, achievements have been good in the last five years in the form of achievements that have been achieved, supported by championship result documents. The recommendation is directed at the development of sepak takraw not only in the archipelago but also on the mainland. The final conclusion of achievement coaching in the Sepak Takraw sports branch of PSTI Gresik Regency has gone well, but it is still based on the islands, it is necessary to carry out a combination of achievement coaching on the mainland and islands
The Effect of Plyometric Training Methods on The Results of Start Jump Distance in The Sport of Swimming
Get PDFPlyometrics is an explosive physical training method used to increase power output, force production, and speed. Plyometrics is a way to push muscles to achieve maximal strength quickly and thus serves to increase explosive-reactive power through a variety of movements and is a popular training approach. Therefore, plyometric training is expected to have an effect on the results of the starting jump distance, and researchers aim to study more deeply the effect of plyometric training on the results of the starting jump distance in swimming. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. The population in this study involved 70 Tritons swimming club athletes located at the Horizon Swimming Pool, Bandung City, then the sample used was 15 people selected using purposive sampling techniques, with the instruments used being taken from the results of measuring the distance of the swimming start jump with the Kinovea application. The data were processed and analyzed using a normality test withShapiro Wilkthen analyzed using the T test with SPSS 25. The T test value is with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000, based on the test results, the Sig. (2-tailed) value <.05 so that H0 is rejected. then it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between plyometric training on the results of the start jump distance of swimming sports. Thus, because of this significance, it can be seen that plyometric training can affect the start jump distance of swimming sports
STUDENT PERCEPTION USING DUET CONTENT ON TIKTOK APPLICATION TO ENHANCE SPEAKING SKILLS IN INDONESIAN VOCATIONAL SCHOOL STUDENTS
Get PDFTikTok stands out from other social media platforms due to its advanced algorithm, which analyzes user behaviors like search history, likes, and watch time to provide personalized video recommendations on its For You Page (FYP). Unlike other platforms, which require users to search for content using specific keywords, TikTok uses sophisticated artificial intelligence to tailor content, contributing to its popularity, especially among users aged 14 to 30, including students. The platform's short videos and hashtag-driven content, such as #duetme, have become popular, enabling collaborative English conversations. This study investigates the views of vocational high school students at SMK Sritanjung Banyuwangi on using TikTok's duet feature to improve their creative English-speaking skills. Using a qualitative research design, data were gathered through questionnaires and interviews. The results show that 11 out of 18 students reported a boost in their confidence when creating English conversation duets on TikTok, indicating the platform's potential as an effective tool for enhancing English communication

Get PDFSenyawa kompleks berbasis logam transisi memiliki peran penting dalam berbagai aplikasi, termasukkatalis dan material fungsional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sifat senyawa kompleksbis(benzoilasetonato)₂Fe berdasarkan studi komputasi celah energi dan spektra transisi elektronik (UV)dengan metode semi-empiris PM3. Metode yang digunakan meliputi perhitungan energi HOMO danLUMO menggunakan perangkat lunak HyperChem. Dari metode ini diperoleh celah energi ligan sebesar8,7248552 eV dan celah energi kompleks sebesar 9,3039263 eV, serta spektra UV kompleks sebesar280,45 nm dan ligan sebesar 203,76 nm. Hasil komputasi ini dapat digunakan untuk menjelaskankarakteristik elektronik senyawa secara teoritis di laboratorium. Selain itu, penelitian ini memberikanlandasan penting untuk merancang senyawa kompleks baru berbasis logam transisi, yang dapatdimanfaatkan dalam pengembangan katalis dan material fungsional untuk aplikasi industri maupunteknologi berkelanjutan.
Upaya Pengenalan Literasi Keuangan Dini Bagi Siswa-Siswi SD Pius Kebumen
Get PDFLiterasi keuangan merupakan kemampuan penting yang perlu diperkenalkan sejak usia dini untuk membentuk kebiasaan pengelolaan keuangan yang bijak. Berdasarkan penelitian, mayoritas generasi muda Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan mereka, sehingga menabung diperkenalkan sebagai langkah awal yang efektif. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif dan diskusi dengan materi tentang pentingnya literasi keuangan dan manfaat menabung. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara daring melalui aplikasi Zoom dengan partisipasi 101 siswa dari kelas 1 hingga kelas 6 SD. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa mulai memahami konsep menabung, manfaatnya, dan cara pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik. Siswa kelas rendah cenderung memiliki tujuan sederhana seperti membeli mainan, sementara siswa kelas tinggi mulai memprioritaskan kebutuhan jangka panjang. Kegiatan ini berhasil membentuk pemahaman dasar siswa tentang pengelolaan keuangan, mendorong mereka untuk mencatat pengeluaran, dan mengembangkan kebiasaan menabung yang baik. Dengan dukungan pihak sekolah dan orang tua, diharapkan pemahaman ini dapat berlanjut dan berkontribusi pada pembentukan generasi muda yang lebih sadar finansial dan bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan keuangan
ANALISIS SPASIAL PENGEMBANGAN KAWASAN PERMUKIMAN DI KOTA AMBON
Get PDFPeningkatan jumlah penduduk di Kota Ambon sejalan dengan peningkatan kegiatan manusia diberbagai sektor terutama sektor social dan ekonomi, sehingga kebutuhan akan sumberdaya lahan juga akan meningkat, sedangkan keberadaan lahan yang tetap dan pada akhirnya akan mengakibatkan alih fungsi lahan serta akan berdampak pada kerusakan lingkungan kedepannya. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, dalam pengembangan kawasan permukiman di Kota Ambon kedepannya, perlu dilakukan analisis spasial kesesuaian lahan untuk permukiman untuk penilaian kategori fungsi kawasan dan kesesuaian lahan permukiman berdasarkan kondisi fisik dan RTRW yang ada. Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara spasial kesesuaian lahan untuk pengembangan kawasan permukiman di Kota Ambon dan untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian pengembangan kawasan permukiman dengan RTRW Kota Ambon tahun 2011-203. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Spatial Multi Criteria Analysis (SMCA). Hasil penelitian kemudian digunakan untuk mengevaluasi RTRW Kota Ambon 2011-2031. Hasil analisis SMCA menunjukan bahwa seluas 13.282, 46 ha yang sesuai dan 2.019, 88 ha yang cukup seusai pengembangan kawasan permukiman. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi RTRW didapati banyak terdapat penyimpangan terkait pengembangan kawasan permukiman di kawasan lindung serta terkait jarak >100 m dari sempadan sungai yang tidak boleh dilakukan pembangun permukiman sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 38 Tahun 2011 yang belum ada di RTRW Kota Ambon, untuk ini hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi refrensi dalam evaluasi RTRW Kota Ambon kedepanny

This research is a quantitative study with practical significance and data collection. The analysis technique used was regression analysis, and Sobel test. The results obtained that active learning has significant positive effect on cognitive abilities. Learning discipline has no effect on cognitive abilities. Active learning has no effect on learning achievement. Learning discipline has significant positive effect on learning achievement. Cognitive ability has no effect on learning achievement. Cognitive ability does not function to mediate active learning and learning discipline on learning achievement. The findings suggest prioritizing learning discipline to enhance learning achievement while focusing on active learning to boost cognitive abilities, providing actionable insights for educators and policymakers. The novelty lies in this integrated and region specific exploration that challenges existing educational theories and provides tailored insights for practical implementation. The research contributes to understanding the nuanced relationships between active learning, discipline, cognitive ability, learning achievement among sixth grade students. It provides actionable insights for educators, policymakers, and future researchers to develop more holistic strategies for enhancing learning achievement
