Green procurement is essential for sustainable supply chain management and requires leaders to integrate strategies across regulatory, operational, and organizational boundaries. This study explores how Canadian small auto parts manufacturers implement green procurement initiatives, focusing on leadership strategies that bridge policy, practice, and industry collaboration. Guided by Kotter\u27s Eight-Step Change Model and utilizing interviews, focus groups, and documents, the findings reveal that leaders adapt change steps to manage resource constraints, regulatory pressures, and collaboration needs. The study advances change management theory and offers practical insights for balancing sustainability goals with competitiveness in interconnected supply chains
