Impact of Customer Delight and Customer Satisfaction on Loyalty : A Literature Review
Get PDF本論文は，顧客感動のロイヤルティへの影響力を，顧客満足のそれと対比させながら文献レビューによって明らかにしようとする試みである．1990 年代後半以降，ロイヤルティは顧客満足で十分に説明できず，むしろ顧客感動で説明できるのではないかと探求されてきたが，2020 年代になっても，それらは十分に解明されたわけではない．実際，小売業では相矛盾する結果も明らかとなっている．このような矛盾を解くアプローチには，（1）調査に埋め込まれた何らかの条件が結果の相違を招いたのではないかと考えるアプローチと，（2）顧客感動や顧客感動の水準は非線形なカーブを示すのではないかと考えるアプローチの2 つあることが文献レビューにより明らかとなった．departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFThis paper indicates that the object relative clause (e.g., which he eats) and the temporal subordinate clause (e.g., when he eats) are the same in Nyoro, a Bantu language of western Uganda; more exactly, the latter case forms part of the former in Nyoro. This conclusion is derived from a thorough examination of the verb conjugations of Nyoro, especially from a tonal point of view. The paper farther suggests that this homology can be found in other world languages as well. Get PDFIn 1963, the Japanese theater company Tōhō created the first full-scale Japaneselanguage production of the Broadway musical My Fair Lady with an all-Japanese cast to introduce American musical theater to Japanese audiences. Despite wide recognition of My Fair Lady as a milestone in musical theater history in and outside Japan , the production's long-lasting popularity in Japan and its practical background have been overlooked in the history written from a Broadway-centric perspective. Drawing on evidence from Japaneselanguage reviews and interviews, this study explores how My Fair Lady has been performed in Japan, which factors substantially changed the production, especially discussing why the Takarazuka Revue's graduates often appeared as Eliza. It also analyzes how the Japanese notion of the Broadway musical developed within local context over time to develop future insights of a possible comparative viewpoint for musical theater studies.departmental bulletin pape
Vegetarianism and Personality Traits in Japan : Exploring the Relationship between Reduction of Animal Products and the Big Five Personality Factors
Get PDF本研究の課題は菜食主義とパーソナリティの関連性を解明することである。日本全国に居住する20–69 歳の男女を対象に2023 年7 月にインターネット調査を実施し，動物性食品削減志向と主要5 因子パーソナリティ（外向性，協調性，勤勉性，神経症傾向，開放性）を測定した（N=500）。動物性食品削減志向を従属変数，パーソナリティを独立変数として，性別，年齢，教育年数，世帯年収をコントロールしながら重回帰分析を行った。その結果，協調性が動物性食品削減志向に対して有意な負の効果を持ち，協調性が低い人ほど動物性食品削減志向が強いという関係が見られた。この結果について，日本社会における菜食者と雑食者の潜在的なコンフリクトという観点から議論した。departmental bulletin pape
