The Influence of Information Susceptibility and Normative Susceptibility on Counterfeit Manufacturing Products Purchase Intention
Counterfeiting products trend of production, distribution and consumption is rising at an alarming rate. In Malaysia, counterfeiting has a market value worth $772.5 million and Malaysia is ranked number 40 in the world. For counterfeiters doing counterfeiting activities might ease their marketing strategy because they can easily join the popularity of the genuine branded goods. However, for genuine entrepreneurs, makers, and designers, the effects of counterfeiting resulted in loss of goodwill, damaging the brand’s reputation, equity and trust in the company. The objective of this study is to observe the influence of two social factors including informative and normative susceptibility which is related to consumers’ attitude and consumers’ purchasing intention of counterfeit products. The foundation of the variables for this study was assessed by using a validated online survey questionnaire through convenience sampling with a total of 207 respondents involved. The result indicated that informative susceptibility has negative, but significant relationship towards purchase intention of buying counterfeit products. It has proved that the more information the consumers get on the counterfeit products the lesser their purchase intention. However, subjective susceptibility has no relationship with intention to purchase counterfeit products. Future research directions and recommendations were also discussed in this research
Agile Supply Chain Management in Agricultural Business
Abstract— The modern development of the agricultural business in the world is focused on a system of flexible network management, innovations, information, and intellectual property. Large companies are of great significance in this process; agricultural holdings are very important in Russian agricultural business. Unfortunately, the Russian agribusiness sector is dominated by small and medium-sized enterprises, namely, concurrent enterprises, farms, small businesses in rural areas. They produce and market agricultural products. Therefore, supply chain management in agricultural business requires digitalization and the use of flexible management methods. The purpose of the research is to study agile supply chain management methods in agricultural business. We have considered such flexible methods as a digital platform and a blockchain technology, which contribute to the partnership between small and medium-sized agrifood enterprises by creating a digital network platform for all parties interested in the agricultural product. These methods are more productive compared to the traditional approaches; they provide more efficient interaction between manufacturers, consumers and intermediaries in the flow of goods and services through the supply chain. Unfortunately, agile supply chain management in the agricultural business of Russia has not been widely introduced yet, which makes it difficult to collect analytical information. We believe that this may be explained by the predominance of small and medium-sized enterprises in the country, the lack of digital platforms that act as intermediaries in the supply chain to connect crop producers and consumers

The article reviews the sugarcane distillery sector of Peru and its main operational problems. Based on the literature reviewed and discussed with academics who have knowledge of the food supply chain, an integrated hybrid model was developed to help any distillery with lower levels of competitiveness than its competitors in other sectors, such as pisco, applying techniques of process management and food safety to increase the efficiency of liquor distilleries. The findings confirm that distilleries can increase their efficiency, thanks to the higher performance of their operations after their alignment with the integrated model
Integrated E-Supply Chain Management Systems Services as a form of Acceleration of Development in Indonesia
Abstract— This article examines the effect of E-Supply Chain Management Systems in the Indonesia electronics services industry. It aims to review the ease of business licensing policy through the online system in the environmental field as a follow-up to the Online Single Submission Service policy which is intended to facilitate for entrepreneurs to obtain the legality of their business activities. Licensing in the environmental field aims to prevent environmental pollution and fulfill people's rights to obtain a good and healthy environment so that the existence of environmental licensing to achieve one of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) targets, which is to reduce poverty and ensure equity development and environmental sustainability, especially the targets to minimize the danger of climate change caused by humans. Licensing service through OSS application is a policy that accelerates licensing services that have been considered long and expensive, but in the implementation of licensing services on line still raises legal problems, namely not fulfilling the principle of legal certainty, the principle of accuracy and the principle of transparency, so that the potential for business activities which has a license does not guarantee the creation of a good and healthy environment and achieving sustainable development. Discussion of this article through a conceptual analysis of licensing services and instruments for preventing pollution of the environment and analysis of laws and regulations in the field of environmental service sector licensing

Adaptation to Digitalization in Supply Chain Management
Abstract- The purpose of the study was to find out the possibilities of adapting states to global trends in the digital transformation of the main spheres of life for survival and development in an emerging multi-polar world. The work was done as part of a grant from the Russian Foundation for Basic Research and discloses the results of the initial stage of its implementation. Our task was to develop a conceptual vision for solving the problems of adapting states to global trends in digital transformation and to justify the mechanisms for its implementation in practice. Information for the study was compiled from scientific literature, the Internet, statistical reports, and other open sources available for use. In the theoretical part of the study, we needed to clarify such concepts as “digitalization in supply chain management ” and “adaptation”, justify the manifestation of their basic functions, identify and describe such new global trends in digitalization in supply chain management that affect adaptation, as the dominant role of states in this issue over other participants in digital transformations; their massive, comprehensive nature, high speed and irreversibility of digital transformation; recognition of intellectual capital as the undivided dominant power of digital transformation and the displacement of cultural and spiritual factors of human development into the background. Contrary to expectations, we came to the conclusion that the adaptation of states to the global trends of digital transformation in the main areas of life is facilitated by the timely identification, understanding of global changes and the implementation of strategies for adapting institutions, business entities, the population and society to future changes using special rules, mechanisms and decisions set out in the paper. The recommendations arising from this study can be applied at the state and interstate levels of government when developing strategies, programs, regulatory documents, regulations and standards governing adaptation to digitalization in supply chain management. They are useful for business corporations and public organizations which professional interests extend to solving the problems of socialization and adaptation of people, taking into account the diversity of cultures and national identity of citizens

Configurational Path to NPD Project Performance- Involving Source of Innovation in Supply Chain Strategy
Abstract— During past twenty years, knowledge integration and product development process, have been considered as two critical strategies for new product development process. The two mentioned strategies were the main focus of industry and also academicians as well as many practitioners). The most significant similarity among the investigations on this integration strategy is the focus on organizations as unit of analysis and in some cases, the investigations was in project level in order to have more accurate and detail results. But in this study we considered project phase and the unit of analysis to be able to take into account the project and different phase’s characteristics. In this way we will be able to find more relevant and practical results for integration different source of knowledge, in different phases of new product development. We analysed 125 new product development projects from total 85 manufacturing firms, which have implemented at least one form of external collaboration among their NPD projects, within 8 different industries in Spain. To make these analysis we used fsQCA method and our finding show that by involving different types of knowledge sources in different phase of NPD projects, the companies may achieved to different level of Cost, Market, Speed and product Novelty performance and these configurations are very between different projects
