    The Analysis of Market Orientation and Entrepreneurship Orientation on Company Performance Based on the Supply Chain Strategy

    Abstract- The goal of present paper is testing the entrepreneurship marketing model for analysis the effects of marketing strategies, entrepreneurship orientation, marketing orientation and performance of companies in Jey industrial park based on the supply chain strategy. For this goal we present seven hypotheses. In order to gathering necessary information for testing these hypotheses, we were used an author constructed questionnaire, this questionnaire consists of 34 questions in 6 dimensions and were distributed between 110 managers in Jey industrial park.  For analysis of data and the results of hypotheses, we use structural equation modeling in the way of Partial Least Square or PLS and using the Smart Pls software. The results show that between all discussed variable, except entrepreneurship orientation, there is a positive and meaningful effect with the marketing entrepreneurship. In addition, between all discussed variable there is a positive and meaningful effect with the company performance

    The Mediating Role of Supply Chain Integration on the Relationship among Learning, Agility and on Firm Performance: Evidence from Indonesia

    The investigation aims to identify the association in learning, agility, organization’s performance and supply chain. Data for the research was collected from Indonesia and is comprised of 350 public limited companies registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange (ISE). The results reveal that learning either it is internal or external is influenced significantly by the supply chain integration. Moreover, organizational performance and agility were not influenced by supply chain integration. While internal learning has not influenced agility but influenced firm performance. On the other hand, external learning has influenced organizational performance that is not statistically significant

    External Supply Chain Management factors and Social Performance in Thai Manufacturing Industry: Moderating Role of Green Human Resource Practices

    The prime concern of present study is to explore the dimension of sustainable performance by evaluating the relationships with external green supply chain actors. The study addresses an important dimension of sustainable performance known as social performance, the objectives of the study entails to explain the relationship between external green supply chain factors including environmental cooperation and reverse logistics. The green aspect of supply chain has gained attention of various research scholars and practitioners to explore the influence on various organizational performance related outcomes. The present study addresses the relationship between dimensions of green supply chain management and social performance with moderating role of green human resource management, greening aspect of HR entails basic functions of HR including green hiring, green training and development and green performance and compensation management. The results of the study demonstrates that there is positive and significant relationship between environmental cooperation and social performance of manufacturing firms of Thailand, hypothesis H1 accepted on statistical grounds. The relationship between reverse logistics and social performance was also found to be positive and significant on the base of statistical grounds, further, study examined the moderating role of green HR practices between the relationships of constructs, the hypothesis H3 moderating effect between environmental cooperation and social performance was found significantly positive on the base of statistical grounds, but hypothesis H4 was rejected on statistical grounds as no moderating effect was examined between the relationship of reverse logistics and social performance

    Integration of Quantity Discount Pricing into Newsvendor Model

    This research was done with a purpose to find out the solution of supply shortage problem which often occurs in supplying companies in Indonesia, which resulted by non-optimized order quantity. Quantity Discount Pricing Integrated Newsvendor Model (this term will further be called as Extended Newsvendor) was examined then having its performance compared with subjective method which has already been used by the companies. The comparison was done to discover which method is able to reduce the potential shortage of supplies, total cost of each unit, age of inventory, and order frequency. Extended Newsvendor method was chosen to be examined in the first place due to its assumption which was deemed suitable with the actual condition that is encountered by the companies, where the demand happens stochastically, and quantity discount pricing policy is applied. The calculation that utilizes 5 years of the company historical data, this research find that the Extended Newsvendor method is generally able to improve the performance of the order quantity medium-sized companies but is unable to improve the performance of the order quantity of small-sized companie

    Abstract– Supply chain Management has played a significant role in corporate efficiency and has attracted the attention of numerous academicians over the last few years. As the concept of becomes more widely accepted, supply chain integration (SCI) is gaining more attention among both practitioners and academics. With an all-encompassing pace of communication and information technology, the planet is changing over time; the gap between the rich and the poor is widening. The study employed a quasi-experimental research design to assess the effectiveness of inculcating Islamic values and supply chain using e-learning platform modality. Teaching moral values is perceived to be an important part of education in Islam. The components of the syllabic formal education slowly spit out information on the growth of character. With both the busy schedule of individuals, the position of family and community in the formation of personality is declining. There was only hope for this country with the teacher on the eLearning site, optimism always fades due to the physical absence of a teacher. This article is a short report showed that the use of e-learning platform with the integration of Islamic values is found effective to enhance students’ Islamic values. It also suggests an ICT-based model that can help to define the growth of Muslim students in the e-Learning environment

Supply chain strategy in translation industry can improve its quality and honesty in the predefined process. This study uses a qualitative method, which revealed the character of supply chain in translation. After conducting research it was found that the religiosity of the text could be judged based on 1. The mention of the name of ALLAH than Tuhan, 2. The family of languages used, 3. The techniques used and 4. The frequency of Islamic religious terms that emerged.     Determinants of Supply Chain Mangament Factors in the Commersial Banks (Indonesian IDX Case Study)

    Abstract- This study is aimed at analyzing the predictor variables used to predict the performance of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, from 2000 to 2017 by using supply chain strategies. The predictor variables used in this research are as follows: Operational Income Operational Costs (BOPO), Market Ratio of Earning Per Share (Share EPS), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). While the financial performance was measured using Return On Assets (ROA) with panel data analysis used to examine the model. The results showed that Operational Costs Operating Income (BOPO), Market Ratio of Earning Per Share (EPS), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), simultaneously affected the Return On Assets (ROA) of banks listed on the IDX. It was also able to cover the gaps of previous researches by extending the research time and multiplying predictor variables used in detecting banking performance. The study concluded there is a positive strong relationship between performance and the independent variables as shown by the Pearson?s co-efficient correlation which is significant as indicated by the P-value at 95% level of confidence.
