    Transformational Leadership, Information System, Supplier Integration and Supply chain performance: Examining the mediating role of Trust

    Abstract- The main purpose of the current paper is to examine impact of information system, supplier integration and transformational leadership on supply chain performance. Moreover, mediating role of trust is examined as well. For the present research study, the data was gathered from the employees of mining industry of Indonesia. The response rate of the study was 42.3%.  Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique is used for data analysis, following linearity, autocorrelation, non-multicollinearity and homoscedasticity assumptions, to ascertain whether underlying technique meets all the required assumptions. Information system and supplier integration do not impact significantly to the trust. Whereas the mediation of supplier integration, trust and supplier performance is reported insignificant. All other hypothesis is found significant. The findings of the study are important for the practitioner and policy makers of human resource and supply chain department of the organization

    Abstract- Various methods are under current debate among academia to strengthen the efficiency of the operations. In general, three of them have gained significant recognition in the literature i.e. just in time, supply chain management and quality control. This research investigates the associations among supply chain management (SCM), just in time and quality management and also their impact on organizational performance. Findings suggest that at all strategic and functional levels, there are associations among just in time (JIT), TQM, and supply chain management and are perceived as a significant role in the operational course of actions of the firms. Statistics also demonstrate that dedication to quality and supply chain management dimensions have the highest impact on performance

This study aims to analyze the effect of Sustainable supply chian, Profitability and Industry Profile on Company Value. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research was conducted on companies that are consistently included in the SRI KEHATI Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 3 (three) years (2016-2018). The model estimation used is multiple regression analysis. The purpose of this study is to determine whether Sustainable supply chain Report, Profitability and Industry Profile have an influence on company value. The results of this study are Sustainable supply chain Report and Profitability affect the company value in accordance with Agency Theory and Stakeholder Theory. But the industry profile does not affect the company value

    Manufacturing small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) of Indonesia are suffering with low business performance due to ineffective supply chain activities. Therefore, this study is an attempt to highlight the issue of low supply chain performance in manufacturing SMEs of Indonesia and one of the attempts to provide the solution of this issue. The current study examined the effect of three corporate entrepreneurship dimensions on supply chain. Dimensions include; reward enforcement, organization boundaries and work discretion. Therefore, objective of this study is to investigate the effect of reward enforcement, organization boundaries and work discretion on sustainable supply chain performance among Indonesian manufacturing SMEs. Data were collected from the manufacturing SMEs of Indonesia and employees of these SMEs were considered as the respondents of the study. Finally, data were analysed through statistical software. Results of the study revealed that corporate entrepreneurship is important to handle supply chain issues. It is found that reward enforcement and organization boundaries have the key contribution to provide sustainable supply chain performance. Moreover, work discretion also has crucial role to enhance the positive effect of corporate entrepreneurship on sustainable supply chain performance

    The main purpose of the recent research is to investigate the importance of corporate governance in evaluating supply chain capabilities. This investigation aims to assess the direct effect of SC information systems potential, SC relational potential and CG on the SC command and control efficiency of manufacturing companies operational in Tin sector of Indonesia. Additionally, we have investigated the balancing effect of CG in the collaboration between SC capability and operating efficiency of the supply chain. The scholars have utilized the SEM-PLS technique to accomplish the distinctive targets of recent research. The observations of the recent research supported the suggested findings. The research demonstrates that the organization’s strategy to customer expectations is also associated with the manufacturing-oriented approach. The implications of the report may help decision-makers identify the problems associated with the administration of the corporate governance supply chain. It is one of the few pioneering researches on these problems as per researcher’s knowledge

    The Effect of Green Supply Chain Management Practices on the Sustainable Performance of the Textile Industry

    The aim of the current study is to examine the effect of green supply chain management practices (GSCMP) on the sustainable performance (SP) of the textile industry of Indonesia. For this purpose, data was collected from the supply chain mangers of the textile industry through the questionnaire by using a convenient sampling technique. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) has shown that there is positive and significant relationship between the green manufacturing (GM) and SP. In the same vein, it is also found that green design (GD), green distribution (GD), eco-design (ED) and green manufacturing (GM) also have a positive and significant relationship with the SP in the textile industry of Indonesia. These findings indicate that textile industry in Indonesia has a greater importance on the GSCMP to increase the SP. Therefore, it could be explained that GSCMP are considered to be an important predictor to enhance the SP. The findings of the current study could contribute a body of literature in the form of empirical findings which could become a new area of research in future. The research limitations and future directions are also discussed at the end of the study

    Abstract. The purposes of this study was to determine the implementation of marketing intelligence to the supply chain management and mix product  that  had  impact  on  purchasing  decisions on Citra Karisma, Yogyakarta. This was a descriptive quantitative research. The population of this research was the prospective consumers of Citra Karisma during 2020 with the sample were 116 respondents. The Non-probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling technique was used. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire and the data analysis method was descriptive analysis and path analysis. Each area of supply chain management requires different MI support. Management firms need to focus on relationships with suppliers and the movement and storage of goods to maximize profitable outcomes while minimizing risks and costs. The result of path analysis indicated that the marketing intelligence variable affected the supply chain and mix products which had influence on the purchasing decision while marketing intelligence had influence on the purchasing decision through supply chain with the effect of 43.10%

    Abstract— The article is devoted to the study of the effect types of supply chain digital twins implementation in branches of industry. For the purposes of this article, the problem of implementing supply chain digital twins is considered in terms of the interests of various stakeholders and their contribution to the development of the supply chain Digital Twins market. The study of Digital Twins effects analysed the indicators of digital business transformation. It is proved that the digital transformation of Russian industry should be directly linked to the development of Digital Twins. Based on the analysis of the effects of Digital Twins development in the automotive, petrochemical, oil and gas, transport, and construction industries, a map representing the relation between interests of stakeholders and their contribution to the development of the Digital Twins market has been developed. This map contains both the interests of key stakeholders in the Digital Twins market and their possible contribution to the interests of each stakeholder group. The developed methodological toolbox is an important component of the formation of institutional support measures by the state for the development of the digital industry
