The ability of farmers in the village's economic life is very varied and tends to be in a weak position, especially in terms of saving skills. This study aims to determine the influence of socioeconomic factors on the ability to save, pull, and push elements of farmers to keep and resource savings fund farmers. This research is a case study in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatera, where 60 people from 312 populations of paddy rice farmers were sampled purposively. The results showed that simultaneously social factors: the number of dependents, education supply, experience, and age of farmers significantly affected the ability to save. While partially, the number of dependents and skills influence substantially the ability to save, while the education supply and age of the farmer have no significant effect on the ability to save. Simultaneously economic factors: land area distribution, income supply, price, and consumption have a substantial impact on the ability to save. Partially, use has a significant effect on the ability to save, while land area distribution, income supply, and the price has no significant impact on the ability to save. The factors attracting farmers to keep are security, the interest of money, prizes, proximity to their homes, and familiarity with bank officers. While the elements are driving farmers to save the desire to change lives, children's education supply expands the business, supplies sudden necessities, and insurance. Source of farmers' savings comes from farm income supply, off-farm income supply, and other family income supply. The study recommends that farmers increase their farming skills to better earnings so that the ability to save the better. Farmers can utilize existing financial institutions as much as possible for farming needs
Aspects of Information and Analytical Support for the Supply Chain Management of Healthcare Customers’ Loyalty
Abstract- The practice of managing customer loyalty to the organization’s services based on the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is becoming increasingly relevant in the supply chain strategies. It is necessary to study potential consumers, identify their requirements and develop a competent marketing strategy for building mutually beneficial relations of the organization with customers. The development of a mechanism for assessing consumer loyalty to the healthcare facility services, its automation with the help of customer relationship management tools should be methodologically justified. Purpose. The research is aimed at developing a methodological approach to healthcare customer loyalty assessment, including identification of target and profitable segments, regulation of business processes, analysis of the customer database and business environment of an organization to increase the effectiveness of its marketing activities. Systemic research of customer relationships includes the following methods and tools: Data Mining methods with instrumental support of Statistica software, including factor analysis and formation of databases of endogenous and exogenous variables; specification of a mathematical model; correlation analysis; variable multiple linear regression analysis based on the generalized least squares method; model verification using R2-statistics and Fisher (F-test) and Student (t-test) criteria; ABC- and XYZ analysis of revealing customer consumption profiles; the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on expert assessments of the multicriteria problem solution while evaluating the support tools for managing consumer loyalty with a hierarchical structure. The practical and theoretical significance of the results. A methodological approach has been developed to identify healthcare facility (HCF) customer preferences, implemented using a variable multiple linear regression model, including both quantitative (age, number of bed days, etc.) and qualitative (social status, gender, marital status, parental status, education, medical service type) exogenous variables. Consumption profiles of HCF services have been constructed on the basis of their clustering and classification using ABC- and XYZ analyzes. An algorithm for evaluating the support tools of the consumer loyalty analysis has been proposed. The analysis of consumer demand for the organization’s services enables to develop an algorithm for assessing consumer loyalty management information systems, to form a system of indicators characterizing potential customers and their preferences in the medical services market; the most rational and customer-oriented services that reflect the customer’s consumption profile. The results can be used as practical tools for improving the economic efficiency of the organization depending on the cluster dynamics of consumption and changes in personal customer characteristics and CRM-based marketing performance support tools

Creation of Supply Chain Management Aimed At Improving the Quality and Accessibility of Municipal Services
Abstract— Supply chain management of regulation are mainly used in the field of municipal services management. Coordination between local governments and other organizations that control the provision of municipal services is poorly developed on the territory of municipal entities. The solution to this problem becomes particularly relevant in the context of creating the supply chain system for the management. It is quite obvious that a review of approaches and methods in organizing the provision of municipal services is necessary under supply chain strategy. First of all, we implemented the effective supply chain for allocation of resources in the context of the transition to medium-term budget planning, and also to the integration of supply chain mechanism for organizing the provision of municipal services in the existing territorial development management system. This article provides an insight into supply chain management practices in a municipal context. Supply Chain and Finance Integration: Facts from Companies in Indonesia
Abstract— In order to minimize costs and increase productivity, businesses around the world are reforming their supply chains. As they do so, operations are also transferred to countries that levy lower rates of income tax. Recent evidence suggests that some businesses are connecting supply chain decisions with income tax planning in order to create a tax-efficient supply chain aimed at optimizing net revenue. The population in this paper was companies in the city of Semarang, Indonesia. The sampling technique is based on incidental sampling technique. Respondents becoming the sample is 200 respondents. The results of the analysis using the Warp-Partial Least Squares (PLS) 5.0 model indicate that continuity, strategy and finance influence the supply chain and tax planning. The results of the paper also indicate that finance and continuity do not mediate the relation between supply chain and company performance. The implication of the research is that integration perceptions of supply chain and tax planning may be influenced by intrinsic and extrinsic factors of each individual. Therefore, the importance of awareness implanting the moral values of each individual to avoid supply chain and tax planning is urgent. However, it requires the participation of the government through the world of education
Role of the Supply Chain Finance Application in Indonesian Listed Banking Industries
The issue of supply chain management has been raised for nearly three decades, and based on available statistics, countries and organizations that have applied this knowledge have made significant progress in their respective fields and have made huge profits and large financial savings. In this study, while examining the existing infrastructure and the needs of the bank to enter the financing industry as one of the links in the supply chain of banks, the current state of the capital market and financing companies to the title of financing leaders was examined. Also, the profitability of financing companies and their types of services were studied and various methods of entering the industry were studied. In this regard, the strengths and weaknesses of entering the financing market as well as the opportunities and threats ahead were examined. In the end, the scheme of received commissions and hypothetical profit was proposed. One mechanism used to establish good supply chain management is the existence of a monitoring and monitoring system. The supply chain management mechanism in this study is shared with an internal mechanism proxy by an independent audit committee, audit committee financial expertise, frequency of audit committee meetings, managerial ownership, and an independent board of commissioners. The external mechanism is proxied by leverage. The population in this study is all banks that go public and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a purposive sampling method, which is a sample based on the suitability of the characteristics of the sample with the specified sample selection criteria, with the following criteria: (1) Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015– 2017; (2) The Bank publishes annual reports from 2015 - 2017 and is published on the IDX website or the company's official website; (3) Having complete data relating to the variables used in this study.
