How Do Transformational Leadership, Communication and Supply Chain Management Affect Commitment to Change through Readiness for Change?
This study aimed to determine the effect of transformational leadership, communication and supply chain information sharing system on a commitment to change and examine the mediating effect of readiness for change. The data were collected through a survey of 320 health workers in the hospitals of East Java who were involved in the implementation plan of the hospital service system and PL-SEM was used to test the hypotheses. The results of statistical analysis showed that transformational leadership and communication had a positive influence on the commitment to change, and the readiness for change significantly mediated the relationship between transformational leadership and commitment to change. However, it did not mediate communication and commitment to change. The study was carried out cross-sectional in government hospital institutions so that the limitations occurred in recognizing the development of the phenomenon under study
An Analysis of Aligning Supply Chain Management With Business Strategy
Abstract- The main objective in this research is attempting to demonstrate alignement mechanism of supply and bussiness strategy. Companies are beginning to view supply chain management and procurement as a rising priority. Procurement has traditionally been a cost-driven model, finding suppliers that can provide the best product at the lowest cost. In stressing the sociotechnical qualities of the supply chain, it is argued the bussiness is the only common element to the entire demand chain. Brand strategy management should be both a demand and supply chain priority, in contrast to its general demand chain focus. It is restrictive lawful rights that secure works of initiation, structure or work of art. A business strategy of any work save the distribution, creation or clearance of the rights to education, melodic, imaginative work, sensational, computer program, or to utilization of a business print or mark. Results showed that having a strong brand not only supports your interactions with stakeholders but with your employees and suppliers too. This is especially important if you are driving transformation within the organization
A Study of Supply Chain Management Aspects of Village Owned Enterprises in Indonesia
Abstract. Supply chains depend on community resources such as entrepreneurs, natural resources, and facilities in value creation and successful operation, while communities need development opportunities from supply chains to build and maintain prosperity. The mutual influence between supply chains and communities offers opportunities to integrate sustainability initiatives into the chain. Village Owned Enterprises is the village financial institutions has been regulated by the government since the colonial era to the present. It gives an opportunity for villages to prepare themselves in an effort to establish Village Owned Enterprise accordance with local potential both human and natural resources owned by the village. The Village Law provides an opportunity for villages so that Village Owned Enterprise can be one of the tools of the struggle for economic improvement and welfare though the sustainable supply chain. The challenges of the establishment and business development of Village-Owned Enterprise are increasingly complex. This is because not all villages in Indonesia are ready with adequate human resources in making village regulations, looking for business opportunities, being administrators, making reports and implementing Village-Owned Enterprise supply chain management. The interactions among the supply chains and communities provide significant insights into how to create sustainability for both
A Search for Value Propositions for Small Food Firms
The value proposition has largely affected firms in the growth of the business. A firm needs to comprehend which needs are to be addressed in order to satisfy the market for the values created. This paper is aimed at exploring the components of value that constitute the proposition. This profound question was investigated by the collection of interviews in the media achieved. The content analysis technique was employed to manipulate data. This research indicates that there are eight values that small food firms should consider in developing a value proposition. These eight values have a substantial impact on the decision making of the gatekeepers, which are standards, product quality, relationship, profitability, convenience, food and taste, communication, and experience. The value proposition acts as a gateway to the market. The interruption in the value proposition process perilously increases the risk of being a dead-ended product. The key managerial insight contributes by this paper is that the cascading of the value tiers reveals the novelty components of how the value proposition has been constructed

Analysis of Stochastic Model of Market Sales Record
Firms in Nigeria and other parts of the world are constantly faced with the problems of production of goods and services or cost of production visa vise customers’ satisfaction need, prices attached to these goods, services and profits. The challenge of trying to meet with the customers’ needs in terms of quality and quantity within best price practices (marginal profit) remains a vital part of decision making in all producing firms (manufacturing, service rendering companies, etc.). This research is born out of a concern for such challenges. The research addresses the issues of customer satisfaction needs based on four different brands of foam (mattresses) from a foam producing company in Lagos, Nigeria by analyzing the sales record of the different brands of foam using a simple transition probability matrix of a Markov chain. The analysis of a three - months sales record of the four brands of foams is studied using a stochastic model called Markov chain (M.C.). The sales record covered the three premier regions; North, West and East. The results of the analysis show that customer’s satisfaction need can be tied to so many factors: economy, quality of foam, family size, status and purpose of purchase. Analysis of the transition probabilities shows that brands B, which is a premium class product, is the most preferred brand by the customers, followed by brand C, which is a middle-class product. The foam producing company can use this analysis to slow down the production of brands A and D and increase the production of brands B and C. Instead of scraping out Brands A and D completely from production, the company should adopt new advertising strategies to promote brands A and D to improve on their sales.Â
Modelling of the Supply Chain Planning for the Business and Economic Security
Abstract— Strategic supply-chain planning that combines aspects of business-strategy formulation with aspects of tactical supply-chain planning can make each far more valuable to the planning effort than either would be alone. The purpose of this article is to assess the economic security of the enterprise in terms of the efficiency of the use of supply chain planning, taking into account the possibility of production and sale of manufactured products. In case of falling demand for products, there are free capacities in the enterprise, which are useful to use to organize the production of additional items. Underutilization of the enterprise leads to higher costs, lower profitability and lower revenues, thus reducing the interest of the owners in the enterprise and thus threatening its existence. The article proposes a system of mathematical models, which allows to effectively use the capacity of the enterprise to increase its profitability due to the self-contained production of additional nomenclature, due to the use of temporarily increasing capacity. As the main hypothesis in the construction of the model, it is assumed that the economic security of the enterprise is determined by the degree of satisfaction of the economic interests of persons interested in the results of its activities. Therefore, it is proposed to consider the economic security of the enterprise from the point of view of effective use of the assets of the enterprise, which creates prerequisites for timely and full fulfilment of mutual obligations by the enterprise on the one hand, and by the owner, personnel, clients, partners, the State on the other. The proposed system of mathematical models implies that the enterprise is oriented towards the production of mass products, the realization of which involves a certain risk. The model assumes that the enterprise produces several types of industrial nomenclature and has the possibility to organize the production of additional nomenclature using available free capacities. The proposed model is intended to assess the feasibility of production, determine the best value for money and thereby increase the profitability of the enterprise. The use of a system of models improves the current activities of the enterprise, the feasibility and effectiveness of the existing innovation policy for the renewal of the production programme. The article provides recommendations for practical use of the model.

Replacement actions for the Lifter component were carried out in the 4,5th month, 1,17,20,29, for the Insert component in the 9,19,22,23,35 months, and for the Door component in the 1,20,27 months. . Scheduling for 36 months using the Simulated Annealing Algorithm will cost IDR. 84,119,244.60 and produce greater reliability than the previous reliability of 58.44%
The Supply Chain Process Management Methodology within the Strategic Space and Considering the Leasing For Market Development
Abstract— The development of supply chain relations implies a methodological basis for assessing the supply chain process effectiveness that is adequate to the market development. The study contains a description of the methodology for assessing and managing the supply chain process from the perspective of the interests of the lessee and the external and internal environment factors. The study is based on the methodology for modeling cash flows of the recipient enterprise and the method of discounting its cash flows generated with the participation of the industrial enterprise in the supply chain process. The proposed methodology is a universal tool for assessing and managing the supply chain process, which includes the strengths of advanced methods for assessing the effectiveness of the supply chain scheme for financing industrial investments accumulated in scientific works devoted to supply chain. The proposed structure of strategic features based on the totality of the methods for assessing the supply chain activity, market development, and leasing process allows an industrial enterprise to generate the supply chain process management strategies based on the analysis of the performance indicators. A number of definitions have been introduced into the scientific discourse and a methodology for assessing the supply chain activity, market development, and leasing process has been developed. The assessment and management methodology is of practical value for a wide range of organizations considering the possibility of technological re-equipment of industrial production in a business network
