Abstract— Recently, in response to the credit crunch and the increased costs of financing, new solutions for supporting the financial management of supply chains, known as supply chain finance (SCF), have been developed. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the dispute raised from the situations faced by people who involved in fintech peer to peer lending can be solved in fairness. The methodology used in this research are statute approach, conceptual approach, and comparison dispute settlement among Australia and Indonesia through law case study. According to the Indonesian Law as it is stated in BW (Civil Code for Indonesia), companies can settle their loan disputes by filing a lawsuit to the district court. This method is less effective because it is time consuming and costly, while it is not worth with the nominal value of the loan which is not that much. This situation leads to a demand of a faster, simpler and low-cost solution that can be accessed online. This method is called as small claim court method. This method is considerably new and basically is a simplified procedure of the existing dispute settlement. A strong note on this method is its weakness when the disputes happen cross-border. This aspect needs to be improved in many ways considering the current method is only applicable when the parties have the same judicial territory. Hopefully, the information technology strongly supports the task of the judiciary in order to enforce law and legal justice through the application of Electronic Court (e-court) which is in line with the principle of simple, fast and low cost of justice. Vice versa, fintech lending dispute resolution requires procedural law that can compensate for the technology that is developing rapidly. The information technology management referred to information management policies, institutional information management institutional arrangements, and electronic system structuring at the Supreme Court

Construction projects are becoming increasingly complex and the conventional methods of managing them have plateaued over the years. The complexity could be traced to the complexity of designs, which requires inputs from different suppliers/contractors. This has led to fragmentation where suppliers/ contractors specialize in a given project and are contracted to deliver only on their area of expertise. The aim of this paper is to produce evidence of the areas of application of supply chain management (SCM) in the construction industry. The aim was achieved by a thorough literature review of works done in the area. The results showed that all the selected research on the SCM falls within eight major areas. They are procurement, logistics, models application, information, performance evaluation, customer relationship, environmental management and sustainability. Abstract- The export potential of a country determines the development of its economy, profit-making organizations, and a high level of competitiveness in the world markets of goods. Supply chain management can be utilized in export system to improve the efficiency and make it easy for the receiver and sender. So, in this paper impact of the supply chain management in agricultural potential for export investigated. In addition, a high share of exports characterizes the internal supply of goods, the ability to produce it at lower costs than competitors. The strategic direction in this direction is the export of food. As you know, Russia has reached the indicators of the Food Security Doctrine, and now it is possible to export agricultural products. One of the developed agricultural regions of Russia is Belgorod region. As part of the development of the Federal project “Export of agricultural products”, it is necessary to assess at the regional level the capabilities of the Russian regions in terms of developing the export component and ensuring the implementation of the relevant indicators. In order to achieve these goals, we need a rational mechanism for allocating budget funds to support those regions that have prospects for increasing the production of export-oriented products, but for objective reasons, this mechanism is not available yet. The absence of an organizational and economic mechanism for state support of agricultural exports is not an incentive for further development of production and processing of agricultural products. This also does not contribute to the growth of Russia’s export potential. In our opinion, it is advisable to determine the possible components of such a mechanism, taking into account the characteristics of each region, for further generalization and optimization. Taking into account the export potential of the region and the prospects for its improvement, it will be effective to use various tools: the development of long-term comprehensive programs for the development of export-oriented industries, stimulating regional taxpayers-exporters, and providing subsidies for the development of the export logistics system
