Ziyadah Dalam Transaksi S-Paylater di Aplikasi Shopee Perspektif Maqasidus Syari’ah
Full text linkS-Paylater is one of Shopee's sought-after features because it allows Shopee users to purchase items whenever desired without immediately burdening their financial condition. Essentially, users buy items on Shopee and pay for them at a later date, often phrased as 'buy now, pay later.' However, in practice, S-Paylater entails certain additional fees or interest ('ziyadah'), causing the prices of items through Paylater to be higher compared to cash purchases. Consequently, the legality of S-Paylater has sparked considerable debate among scholars. This article aims to bridge that debate by examining and assessing each instance of 'ziyadah' in S-Paylater transactions. The research conducted falls within the realm of qualitative field research, utilizing the Maqasid Shariah theory. The research findings indicate three types of 'ziyadah' in S-Paylater transactions: a 1% 'ziyadah' and an approximately 2.95% 'ziyadah,' both of which are considered permissible as they align with Shariah principles such as mutual consent, absence of speculation, and the absence of riba. However, a 5% 'ziyadah' imposed as a late fee is deemed impermissible due to its violation of Shariah principles, specifically riba. Nevertheless, instances of this late fee are rare and avoidable. Therefore, fundamentally, the practice of S-Paylater constitutes a legal and permissible transaction

Full text linkThe occurrence of a marriage based on the consent of the child is a marriage requirement by the compilation of Islamic law article 16 paragraphs 1 and 2 that marriage is based on the consent of the prospective bride and groom, and the form of consent of the prospective bride can be in the form of a firm and real statement in writing, verbally, or with gestures and also by acting. silence as a sign of no objection to the marriage process. As explained in article 98 paragraph 1 of the compilation of Islamic law, "the age limit for a child who can stand alone or be an adult is 21 years", as long as the child is not physically or mentally disabled or has never been married. Library research is a study that studies various reference books and the results of similar previous research which is useful for obtaining a theoretical basis regarding the problem being studied. Based on a review of the literature, it can be explained that parents forcing their children aged 21 years to marry is not permissible based on Article 98 paragraph 1 of the compilation of Islamic law, but it is permissible for children under 21 years of age. In this research, it can be recommended that several factors are behind parents often forcing their children into marriage, namely, local traditions, the desire of parents in the form of responsibility, and on the basis of an antipathetic understanding of one of the concepts of the Imam Madzhab
Nationalism Education at the Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School, Kediri
Full text linkThis paper answers about nationalism education at the Lirboyo Islamic boarding school. This paper uses an ethnomethodological method. The results of the research, namely: first, Nationalism Education does not only focus on education in the classroom, even outside the classroom. This can be seen from several aspects. Both from the social environment, culture, state symbols and also in every process of Pondok Pesantren activities. Second, the task of the teacher must be able to provide an example of nationalism and tenacity in educating the students. Therefore, a teacher must have standardization, terms and criteria in teaching nationalism education. Third, the Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School made a nationalism curriculum that was taught to students at the Ma'had Aly level which was contained in the National Fiqh book.
Sustainable Islamic Education: Literature Study Towards Achieving the Vision of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Full text linkAbstract: Sustainable Islamic education has an important urgency in realizing the vision of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to explore important concepts in continuing Islamic education that are relevant to the SDGs. The results of the study show that a contextual learning approach is key in increasing students' understanding of religious values and their application in everyday life according to their social and cultural context. In addition, the use of technology in Islamic learning has a significant role in expanding access to learning resources and increasing the interactivity between teachers and students. Adequate teacher competence in the fields of science and pedagogy is also a crucial factor in producing quality Islamic education. Competent teachers are able to provide teaching that is effective, in-depth, and relevant to the needs of students. Assessments tailored to students' needs and contexts help teachers monitor student progress holistically and provide constructive feedback to improve learning. Finally, good institutional management involves clear policies, optimizing resources, and creating a conducive learning environment. Overall, sustainable Islamic education that integrates the concept of contextual, technology-based learning, adequate teacher competencies, assessments according to needs, and good institutional management plays an important role in realizing quality education in accordance with the vision of the SDGs

Full text linkThe Banongan area is a tourist area and plantation owned by a Regional Company which provides a source of income for the local government. There are economic transactions carried out in this area. In practice, Banongan Plantation collaborates with several parties. The transaction used uses a mukhabarah agreement and this research also explains the distribution of profit sharing. In this research, qualitative research was used and the researcher's data collection process used observation, interview and documentation methods. Meanwhile, the data analysis uses perspective descriptive qualitative analysis techniques, namely data that is described in words or sentences. From the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded as follows: 1) In the practice of mukhabarah at the Banongan Regional Company, the cultivators have fulfilled the pillars and also the requirements of the mukhabarah contract. And according to Islamic law, this is in accordance with the mukhabarah agreement. 2) In practice, the Banongan regional company and the cultivating farmers make an agreement as stated in the cooperation agreement letter which clearly explains the distribution of results that will be shared after the harvest period has been completed by calculating the net harvest income which has been reduced by the initial capital for cultivation and so on. etc

The Quality of Learning in Mu’adalah Boarding School
Full text linkRecognition of Islamic boarding schools shows a stronger existence with updates and changes to the system, also supported by government policies with the term mu’adalah. The level of learning independence that was the potential of the mu’adalah Islamic boarding school students was the result of the construction of a comprehensive learning implementation system. The totality from the planning stage to implementation was a reflection of the quality of learning in mu’adalah Islamic boarding schools. The transformation and modernization of the mu’adalah Islamic boarding school were marked by the quality assurance of teaching staff starting from the aspects of qualifications and competencies aligned with government policies. The embodiment of the quality of learning mu’adalah was competence. The reflection of this description forms the basis that the purpose of this study was to look comprehensively at the quality of learning in the mu’adalah Islamic boarding school. This research took place at the Baitul Arqom mu’adalah Islamic boarding school and used a qualitative approach with the main respondents being ustadz, students, and boarding school administrators. The results of the study showed the quality of learning at Baitul Arqom Islamic Boarding School due to the evaluation of the implementation of the learning process in stages from weekly to the end of each semester. As for the evaluation of student learning, written tests, oral tests, and practice were carried out consistently with original assessments

This prompted the author to write an article discussing how to build a sakinah-mawaddah-warahmah family following the Marriage Law and KHI. The writing method uses literature studies that take from existing books and writings. In this paper, there are efforts to form households, namely those contained in articles 30-34 of the UUP and articles 77 of the KHI and solutions to forming equal households.
