Establishment of Santri Morality as a Role Nationality in Leadership Kiai Pondok Islamic Boarding School
Full text linkKyai is a leader who cares for or leads a boarding school, which has the goal of developing Islamic religious knowledge. The existence of a kyai in a pesantren environment is like the heart of human life. The intensity of the kyai shows an authoritarian role because the kyai is the pioneer, founder, manager, caretaker, leader, and even the sole owner of a pesantren. At this time the pattern of leadership in Islamic boarding schools uses various types of leadership that have different styles, but the leadership control is still held and controlled by a kyai. However, based on the results of observations made, in boarding schools led by a kyai whose duty is to supervise and manage, as well as teachers/ustadz, the development of the pesantren is handed over by the kyai to the administrators in each pesantren management unit to be responsible to the kyai for all the pesantren management systems.
This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis which is inductive. The findings of this study are: 1) The leadership pattern of Islamic boarding schools places more emphasis on the aspects of the role and function of the pesantren, namely: a) Kyai as a leader who is in charge of being an educator, b) Kyai as a leader whose duty is to be a motivator, and c) Kyai as a leader who is democratic and charismatic
Effective Thinking: Representation Implementation Word Square Learning Model on Islamic Religious Education
Full text linkThe philosophy of the learning process carries out at least five main dimensions, namely active, innovative, creative, effective and fun. The content of Islamic religious education learning materials such as the Koran, hadith, morality and others, requires a plurality of learning models. Harmony between the content of learning materials and the models used was a necessity that cannot be ruled out. One of the learning models that can be used in learning Islamic religious education is the word square. This study aims to examine more deeply the benefits of word squares in improving and developing the ability to think effectively as an indicator of the learning model. The research instrument used written interviews, with a questionnaire model with five component indicators of the ability to think effectively. The number of respondents was 35 students of class X at SMAN Darussholah Singojuruh Banyuwangi. The average research results for measuring the five component indicators of the ability to think effectively reach 93.7 per cent which confirms that the word square learning model played a role in improving and developing students' effective thinking

Sehingga dengan perkembangan zaman, You Tube tidak hanya sebagai media hiburan saja namun You Tube juga menjadi alternatif baru untuk dapat memperoleh penghasilan secara mudah dan efesien. Hal tersebut terlihat dari maraknya para You Tuber yang memonetisasi akun You Tubenya agar dapat menambah finansialnya. Dalam monetisasi you tube terjadi terjadi hubungan kerjasama antara you tuber dan you tube partner program. Pada proses kerjasama tersebut masih memungkinkan terjadi beberapa masalah seperti kejelasan status transaksi bahkan bagi hasilnya. 
Patterns of Coaching Student Discipline Through Management Islamic Boarding School in Gontor 2nd Campus at Ponorogo

The purpose of this study is to (1) Knowing the application of Islamic Boarding School management in the development of student discipline. (2) Determine the Support and Obstacles to the Factors for the Implementation of Islamic Boarding School Management in a cultivation of student discipline. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach where the discipline enforcement system is a unique phenomenon raised in this study. The data analysis techniques used are Milles and Huberman triangulation form of data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of this study are (1) The Through manajement of Islamic Boarding School by the implimenting System of POACE (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling, dan Evaluating) In the Life of Islamic Boarding School. (2) There are supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation Islamic Boarding School of management at Gontor 2nd Campus
Perspektif Maslahah Tentang Peran Istri Sebagai Pencari Nafkah Utama Dalam Keluarga
Full text linkDalam penelitian ini, pokok permasalahan yang difokuskan adalah faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan seorang istri menjadi pencari nafkah utama, dampak yang ditimbulkan pada keluarga yang istrinya menjadi pencari nafkah utama serta peran istri sebagai pencari nafkah utama dalam perspektif maslahah. Penelitian ini merupakan field Research atau penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang di lakukan . Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analisis yang mana penulis mendeskripsikan/menceritakan realita kasus keluarga yang istrinya sebagai pencari nafkah utama kemudian menganalisa pengaruhnya terhadap kehidupan rumah tangga dalam perspektif maslahah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian adalah lima keluarga yang istrinya berperan sebagai pencari nafkah utama. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa istri sebagai pencari nafkah utama adalah sebagai wujud menolak kemudaratan yang terjadi dikarenakan sang suami belum mampu memenuhi kebutuhan hidup keluarganya. Dilihat dari segi kepentingan dan masalahnya istri yang bekerja sebagai pencari nafkah utama di Desa Joresan termasuk dalam kategori maslahah daruriyah. Full text linkThis research aims to determine the law of buying and selling credit for plantation land from the perspective of sharia economic law in Kubu Raya Regency. With a sub-focus covering the Implementation and Procedures for Buying and Selling Plantation Land Credit. This research is sharia economic law research (normative-empirical research), using a prescriptive descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the sale and purchase of credit for plantation land is carried out privately without being witnessed by a land deed making official (PPAT), according to sharia economic law, the implementation of this transaction is permitted and the procedure for buying and selling credit for plantation land partially complies with the provisions in sharia economic law. However, there are several procedures that are not in accordance with sharia economic law, namely, the credit period is not clearly determined, delays in the handover of credit sale and purchase objects, and requests for rental payments by sellers to buyers for the use of plantation land which is, in essence, based on credit transactions. Relevance of the Value of Contemporary Islamic Education with Islamic Education in the Time of Umar Bin Khattab
Full text linkThis research examines and explores the implementation of Islamic education during the time of Umar bin Khattab and its relevance to contemporary Islamic education. In this study, the authors are interested in raising education during the time of Umar bin Khattab, because Umar's caliph was one of those who made Islamic education progress and develop and expand to other countries. Umar's reign, which tended to be relatively long, namely 10 years, made the Islamic territory expand beyond the Arabian Peninsula. This can be seen when Umar ordered commanders if they succeeded in controlling a city, they were ordered to build a mosque as a place of worship and education.
This type of research is literary research using analytical methods using a social history approach and using books, articles, and journals related to the caliph Umar bin Khattab. As for data collection techniques in writing this thesis by reading, understanding, clarifying, and concluding the contents of journals, books, articles, and novels related to the relevance of Islamic education during the time of Umar bin Khattab to contemporary Islamic education.
The results of this study indicate that Islamic education is relevant during the time of Umar bin Khattab and contemporary Islamic education. It can be seen from several components that are still relevant, namely educators, educational institutions, and educational methods. In terms of educators, during the time of Umar bin Khattab the recruitment of teachers already had qualifications by the scientific midwives of the educators, as well as nowadays. While the educational methods that existed at the time of Umar bin Khattab were halaqah, talaq, and lectures. These three methods are still relevant to educational methods today. This shows that Islamic education is relevant today and Islamic education at the time of Umar bin Khattab. It's just that education is now more sophisticated and facilitated by technological sophistication
Stock in the Sharia Economic Perspective
Full text linkIslam encourages all its followers to work and seek livelihood to meet the needs of life both for himself or his family. Work to find livelihood in Islam like or equal to someone who jihad in the way of Allah. Investing in the context of seeking halal profit is highly recommended in sharia. One form of investment is the sale of stocks (securities as proof of ownership in a company), which is a form of cooperation with other parties to obtain profits. Stocks are goods or assets that can be traded on the stock exchange. Buying and selling stocks is not a new thing in this country. Trade like this stock exchange regulations and systems are well organized. Stock trading is one of many types of buying and selling transactions. Buying and selling in Islamic economics is a type of business activity that can be seen from many aspects, for example from fiqh mu’amalah (Sharia Economic Law). Buying and selling stocks (securities that indicate someone's ownership of a particular company's assets, of course, are allowed as long as following sharia principles, including not containing the element of gharar, not containing maysir and so on.
 
Implementation of Fiqh Learning in the Perspective of the Book of Ghoyatul Bayan Syarah Zubad Ibnu Ruslan on the Practice of Santri Congregational Prayers

This study uses a qualitative approach to obtain or reveal the ins and outs of phenomena such as feelings, thought processes, and emotions that are difficult to reveal when using quantitative methods. The data collection techniques are data reduction, data description, and making conclusions. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: Submission of fiqh material through the book Ghoyatul Bayan Syarah Zubad Ibnu Ruslan is delivered using the wetonan or bandongan method. In addition, this recitation is also carried out Live streaming (online recitation) via YouTube S3 TV and Dakwah Media. The purpose of implementing prayer fiqh material through the book of matan zubad in the Ma'hadul Qur'an Putra hostel is none other than to make it easier for students to understand fiqh material, especially prayer fiqh. Meanwhile, the role of the Zubad matan book is considered sufficient in solving or providing solutions to problems found in congregational prayers
The Role of Islamic Religious Education Teacher in Preventing Radicalism in State Junior High Schools
Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the role of PAI teachers in preventing radicalism in SMP Negeri 1 Gondang and to analyze and describe the strategies of PAI teachers in preventing radicalism in SMP Negeri 1 Gondang. The approach used in this study is to use a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. From the research conducted, it can be concluded as follows: 1). The role of the Islamic Religious Education Teacher in Preventing Radicalism in Gondang 1 Public Middle School, namely, a) The teacher as a motivator for students, b) The teacher as a guide for understanding moral values, c) Doing good habituation by carrying out positive activities, d) Teacher as an evaluator. 2). The strategy for PAI teachers to prevent radicalism in Gondang 1 Public Middle School, namely, a) Through PAI learning in class, b) Through religious and extracurricular activities.
