Get PDFLearning paradigm shift mandates the learning process that truly empower, explore the creativity of students during fun and innovative learning. 2013 Curriculum (K-13) recommending scientific approach as an approach in any learning is realized in the form of active learning, including Aqidah Akhlak learning. This study focus on how planning of scientific and normative approach in Aqidah Akhlak learning in elementary school, how to apply and how to evaluate learning? This business promise exciting rewads like money, HP, car, umroh, and others. Requirements about Islamic MLM contained in DSN MUI No. 75/DSN-MUI/VII/2009 as one of reference in determining the halal haram of MLM. This research have purpose to present practice 4Jovem MLM business completely and it’s analysis based on Fatwa MUI until the society can take a stand about this 4Jovem MLM. Based on analysis presented, it be concluded that the implementation of the 4Jovem MLM business in Situbondo especially, most of them is have been fulfilled provisions and applied the contract in Fatwa MUI about Syari’ah Direct Sales. However, in the fied practice, there are some 4Jovem practice that have not been fulfilled provisions of Fatwa MUI, that is advanced prerequirement in the Agya reward. Get PDFThis research was carried out at schools in Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Boarding School Situbondo with the population of 648 teachers, while the sample of 87 teachers used in this study. This research is a quantitative research, using multiple regression approach by SPSS 16 for windows. The results of this study are (1) Effect of teacher motivation (X1) on teacher performance (Y) obtained Fcalculate 4.906 and sig. (p) 0.029. That p value less than significance value a = 0,05 on the degree of freedom (df) = N – 2 = 87 – 2 = 85, table value on p value 95% (5% significance) is 1,697; (2) Effect of teacher competency (X2) on teacher performance (Y) obtained Fcalculate 1,118 and sig. (p) 0.000. Based on the probability value of X1 : p = 0,000 because of p < 0.05 so that Ho is rejected. It means that teacher motivation is affect on teacher performance. Based on the probability value of X2 : p = 0,032 because of p <0.05 so that Ho is rejected. This also means that teacher competency is affect on teacher performance

The result of the research shows the bai 'al-wafa agreement in BMT Sidogiri Bondowoso Branch is in accordance with the existing syariat in syaria economic theory. because it has fulfilled the terms and conditions, there are many differences among the ulama. But it can be underlined that this contract is based on the concept of mature istihsan, so it can be applied in Islamic finance institutions and the implications of consistent following this madhab is very good because it does not come out of the line Ahlussunnah Wal jama'ah which became a pillar firm for the Islamic religion
