The study used a qualitative approach with focus; 1) what is the system implementation of mu?ârabah financing product at bank mu'amalat indonesia jember branch?, 2) what are the factors cause the decrease of profit in mu?ârabah financing product at bank muamalat Indonesia Jember branch? The results of the research found four factors causing the decline in profit at Bank muamalat Indonesia Jember

    Shari'at is a form of manhaj (method) which is built to give birth to values that are very needed as a reference for human life on this earth. Shari'at is a overreached  movement  every text and expression as well  always work hard with any formed changes whatever happned in society. Therefore, neither all divine revelation texts contain dimension of shari'at  at the level of praxis it nor identical with the classic Ulama’s opinion which is created according to the needs of its time. On the contrary, the Shari'ah is the driving force for the style of community dynamism which is inevitably occurs as the movement of the world ball continues to accelerate. Thus, the Shari'ah is not synonymous with the dictums of Istinbath product law or principle of  Fiqhiyyah which contains the nomenclature of the Mujtahid's opinions. The other way, the Shari'ah is a mechanism of dialogue between the text of the holy teachings on the a hand and the struggle for social reality on the other. Therefore, Shari'ah at the level of substance is always up-to-date at all times because  itself has a mechanical function to update the entire series of changes and developments that occur in the community. Shari'ah is a method that processed creating laws without freezing the law itself.     The aim of this present study is to initiate Islamic education in order to rectify the educational paradigm in Indonesia. With respect to the research methodology, this study employed a qualitative approach and literature study method. In its implementation, the collected data was then analyzed using a descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of the discussion, in order to rectify the educational paradigm in Indonesia, it should initially change the secularism paradigm that has been fossilized in the world of education into the paradigm of Islam, al-Qur`an, and Tauhid. As a consequence, this paradigm will have implications for the establishment of the conceptualized education system that inevitably also affects the to-be-achieved educational objectives. In order to realize a good education system, there should be integration between the elements of education practitioners which consist of family, mosques/schools/campuses, and society. As a result, those aforementioned objectives will be successfully achieved in the moment when Islamic rules are fully implemented in all aspects of life. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously educate the public regarding the importance of implementing Islamic rules in all aspects of life, including in the aspect of education

Development design is using the inverted Taba model. The seven steps of the model applied are: first, diagnosing needs; second, formulating goals; third, choose content; fourth, organize content, fifth; choose learning experience, sixth; organize learning experiences, seventh; evaluate. The development plan is then validated by experts and declared feasible for field testing

    The used of code-switching in learning Indonesian was an overview of the situation of how the interaction between students and teacher in learning. Code-switching used in regards to communicating certainly have functions. This study aimed to describe function code switching used by speakers at SMK of Marisi Medan. This research was a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of study were the teacher and students. The objects were utterances of code-switching in Indonesian language learning at Vacational High School of  Marisi Medan.
