When a woman has a career, she has a double responsibility as a wife. From that phenomenon, there are several problems in this research. They are how is the understanding of the female lecturers at Akbid Ibrahimy about sakinah family? How are their efforts to create a sakinah family? And how are career women’s efforts in realizing a sakinah family from Islamic law perspective? This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which describes some data obtained from the field by interview, observation, and documentation. Then followed by the editing, classifying, and analyzing process. Female lecturers’ efforts in realizing a sakinah family from the Islamic law perspective is they are permissible to initiate a career according to her expertise and motivation but must prioritize the family. She must be able to provide good control and service to her husband and children so that her responsibilities in the household and in the work are equally balanced

It was applied to minimize students’ delinquency in Pondok Pesantren Al-Basyariyah, so the students have awareness in discipline. The educational environment can shape the character of each individual according to what is taught in their activities. This study aims to: 1) find out the values ??of Islamic education in equestrian extracurricular activities, 2) know the implementation, 3) know the inhibiting and supporting factors, 4) know the effect on BAKU character education. The method used is a case study with qualitative research. The results of the research and discussion, that of equestrian extracurricular there are values ??of Islamic education such as leadership, taaruf values??. In addition, from the results the spread of questionnaires to students’ perceptions of the influence of BAKU character education were fairly good. This is seen from the results of a percentage of 53% the good category of the results of the questionnaire of 55 people

The number 80 teachers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conclude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of transformational leadership on achievement motivation.
