    Efektivitas Pengelolaan Zakat Melalui Dana Alokasi Khusus dalam APBN

    Many thinkers and Muslim scholars who continuously strive to make zakat as the main alternative in overcoming social inequality in the economic field. This effort starts from the reformulation of thought to its application stage. Prof. Dr. Yusuf al-Qardhawi (born 1926) who has gassed the concept of zakat through his two books Fiqh al-Zakat and Musykilatu al-Faqri wa kaifa ‘alajaha al-Islam. His two works are concrete proof that zakat has a strategic position in overcoming poverty. In my opinion, one of the problems which has not completed at the concept level is that the position of zakat is equated with prayer, fasting, and pilgrimage as fiqh of worship. This results in positioning zakat on privacy matters so that the state feels limited in intervening in the management of zakat because it feels uneasy and there is fear of criticism of people who do not want the state to take care of one's privacy when practicing their worship. The reasons that motivated the writer to study zakat in a dissertation entitled "Reconstruction of Zakat on Prayer to Mu'amalah in the perspective of Maqashid al-Shari'ah. The conclusion is that zakat is mu'amalah jurisprudence which has the dimension of worship and it doesn’t have a social dimension

    Penguatan Receptive Skills Santri Melalui Pendekatan Mastery Learning dalam Pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren

    This study presents the strengthening of santri receptive skills through the mastery learning approach of  al-Quran learning in pesantren. Receptive skills as competencies that must be possessed by santri related to listening and reading skills of the Qur'an must be possessed by every person santri. Therefore a mastery learning approach is needed in realizing the skills of these students. This study uses qualitative with a case study. This research site is Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo, East Java. The results showed that the mastery learning approach in strengthening students' receptive skills of the Qur'anic learning in Nurul Jadid was carried out through several stages of learning carried out through four stages; that are; (1) orientation, (2) perception, (3) presentation, and (4) evaluation. Based on this study, an answer was found that the mastery learning approach was able to strengthen the santri's receptive skills to reading the Qur'an goodly and correct, understanding of the rules of tajwid, and more importantly, the santri is able to continue at the next level

    Pesantren as one of the religious education institutions that are the womb of the prospective Muslim scholars, they also have a mandate to carry out educational missions based on Article 1 (1) of Law No. 20 of 2003 namely developing the potential of students to have religious spiritual power, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character and skills needed by him, society, nation, and state. Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 (here in after: Era 4.0) has an unimportant impact. It affects all aspects of human life. Included in this case is education. This era is characterized by the increasingly central role of cyber technology in human life. So do not be surprised if in the world of education the term "Education 4.0" appears. Availability of various information is born from the 4.0 digital revolution makes everyone able to access knowledge without being limited by space and time, therefore the pesantren curriculum continues to be encouraged to be contextual to the needs of the times, but on the other hand the pesantren is still able to maintain its identity as guardian of tradition. Efforts that can be developed in Islamic boarding schools in the era of 4.0 include building digital literacy in Islamic boarding schools and creating Islamic study channels

    Waqf specifically can help activities in society. However, the management of waqf of Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah in Banyuwangi Regency is not professional because Nadzir's human resources are low. This research is a descriptive qualitative using a sociological empirical approach. The results of this research show that first, the waqf management of Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah has categorized into Mahdhah worship (main worship), which is most of the waqf material is intended for physical development. Second, the problems of waqf management are the control system weakness and the lack of understanding and awareness of the society towards waqf. Third, efforts in waqf management must be carried out by an integrated and well-planned arrangement. Those include human resource development of Nadzhir, implementation of control and supervision system so that waqf can be managed optimally and beneficial for social interests

    In Permendikbud No. 65 of 2013 concerning process standards, the characteristics of learning on curriculum 2013 use a scientific approach. The essence of the scientific approach curriculum learning includes: observing, asking, reasoning, trying, and communicating for all subjects, including Islamic Education. Teaching materials are one of the important components in advancing students in learning, especially in Islamic Education subjects that contain characteristics with a scientific approach, so that interactions can occur well for students, because the core of learning is the occurrence of interactions between students and learning resources. The core of the development of teaching materials is how to develop teaching materials with a scientific approach to the subjects of Islamic Education and how the results of the implementation of teaching materials with a scientific approach to PAI subjects. Based on the results of field trials, this teaching material general is good. This can be proven by responses, assessments made by the expert team, by using SPSS 16.0 calculations by testing the pretest, posttest on the control class, and the experimental class which confirms that there are differences significant between learning outcomes using teaching materials through a scientific approach

    Based on the development process and the test results of the target, it can be concluded as follows (1) result of this activity in the form of textbook of Akidah Akhlak for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, (2) average learning outcomes in the final test after using textbook increased to 77.25% compared with 67.00% of average learning outcomes in the final test before using textbook. Refers to the T-test and Sig (2-tailed) test result is 0.001 after being compared with the received error rate is 0.05, the developed textbook has been effective

    Islam has taught all aspects of life, both of ritual worship and muamalah, worship which is needed to maintain the strength and harmony of human relations as servants with to Allah, while muamalah is said to be rulers of the game. It is one of the noble cultures of the Indonesian people which is always inherited and continues to be preserved from generation to generation until now, from this togetherness a tradition emerges in some societies known as "building materials". This custom has become a rooted tradition in the midst of community life including in Sumberejo Village, Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the practice of returning debts with the format of mutual cooperation in the construction of houses of them that are practiced in the form of debt-receivable transactions. Practices like this in fiqh are known as Qardh. The view of Islamic law on the practice of debt-debts with the format of legal cooperation because it has been based on the basis of mutual willingness and the existence of benefits that return to both parties

    Qardl hasan is the treasure given by the debt provider (muqridh) to the debt recipient (muqtaridh) then to be returned to them (muqridh) according to the amount received when he has been able to pay without obligation to pay interest or other benefits, because in qardl actually there is no clause with coercion where one side does not abuse the other. Muqtaridh is only burdened with paying off debts as big as the loan within a certain period. However, muqtaridh is recommended to return the better of debts to muqridh. Because the essence of qardl hasan is to reward Allah for Islamic interests, and of course the repayment is not same as the repayment made by humans. In this case of Islamic banking represented by Bank Muamalat Indonesia has completely arranged matters relating to qardl hasan which are generally in accordance with the rules in fiqh. If qardl hasan is implemented properly and those distributions of funds can reach all levels of middle to lower class in society, so it will be the solution for the economic progress in society

    Insurance is an institution engaged in services and helping people. In Arabic, insurance is called "Al-ta’m?n", means to provide protection. According to the National Sharia Board-Indonesian Ulama Council (DSN-MUI), shari'ah insurance is an effort to protect one another and to help one another among people or groups through investments in the form of assets or tabarru’ funds (endowment), and repayment. The essential of the Islamic insurance implementation is cooperation (ta'âwun). To maintain consistency in the implementation of sharia in the financial sector and the enhancement of the nation’s prosperity, tabarru’ funds (endowment) are considered to be the same as grants (donation) so that the funds donated cannot be canceled. There are fundamental differences between conventional insurance and shari’ah insurance because shari’ah insurance uses the principle of risk-sharing so that sharia insurance companies called the operators wouldn’t call the guarantors. Customers in sharia insurance companies called participants wouldn’t call guaranteed. Besides other differences are the contract, premium elements, ownership of fund, investment of fund, payment of claims, profit sharing, there is Sharia Supervisory Board, vision and mission, accounting methods, there is no charred fund, and there is no charge (loading)
