No full textThis paper explores the application of digital illustration art in agricultural product packaging design to revitalize rural cultural heritage. With the rise of digital art technologies, packaging design has become a vital medium for preserving and promoting cultural identity. Through theoretical analysis and case studies, this study examines how digital illustration art enhances the cultural value and market competitiveness of agricultural products while contributing to the sustainable development of rural heritage. The findings suggest that integrating digital illustration with traditional cultural elements fosters innovative design practices and cultural continuity.У статті досліджено застосування цифрового ілюстративного мистецтва в дизайні упаковки сільськогосподарської продукції для відродження сільської культурної спадщини. З розвитком технологій цифрового мистецтва дизайн упаковки став життєво важливим засобом для збереження та просування культурної ідентичності. За допомогою теоретичного аналізу та тематичних досліджень у цьому дослідженні розглядається, як цифрове ілюстративне мистецтво підвищує культурну цінність та конкурентоспроможність сільськогосподарської продукції на ринку, водночас сприяючи сталому розвитку сільської спадщини. Результати дослідження свідчать про те, що інтеграція цифрової ілюстрації з традиційними культурними елементами сприяє інноваційним дизайнерським практикам та культурній спадкоємності

No full textУ статті досліджуються психологічні аспекти управління командами, які враховують вплив психологічного клімату, лідерства, мотивації та комунікації на функціонування команд та їх ефективність. Дослідження підкреслює важливість цих факторів у формуванні групової динаміки команди та продуктивності її членів. В статті пропонується поглиблений аналіз ролей членів команд через призму теорії командних ролей Мередіт Белбін, яка класифікує командні ролі та досліджує, як ці ролі впливають на співпрацю та взаємодію вкоманді.В статті досліджено чинники, які визначають психологічне благопо-луччя членів команд та їх продуктивність в робочих процесах, як-от: робоча атмосфера, підтримка колег, ефективність комунікації, рівень довіри, мотивація до роботи, роль керівника. На основі експертних опитувань членів чотирьох команд авторами оцінено прояв кожного з чинників благополуччя команд, які сприяють створенню позитивного та продуктивного робочого середовища, заохочуючи більшу співпрацю та зменшуючи потенційні конфлікти всередині команд. Крім того, дослідження підкреслює важливість лідерства для спрямування членів команди до спільних цілей, підтримки мотивації та забезпечення відкритості та ефективності каналів спілкування. Результати опитування членів різних команд демонструють різний прояв чинників командної роботи, які впливають на задоволеність роботою та якість взаємодії в командах. Отримані дані свідчать про те, що позитивний психологічний клімат, який характеризується взаємною довірою та повагою, значно підвищує згуртованість колективу та загальну ефективність. Крім того, опитування підкреслює вирішальну роль гармонійної співпраці та підтримки між членами команди в досягненні високого рівня продуктивності та задоволеності команди. Увага до психологічного клімату, ефективного лідерства та вирівнювання командних ролей на основі теорії Белбіна є важливими для сприяння продуктивному та сприятливому командному середовищуThe article examines the psychological aspects of team management, which take into account the influence of psychological climate, leadership, motivation and communication on the functioning of teams and their effectiveness. The study emphasizes the importance of these factors in shaping the group dynamics of a team and the productivity of its members. The article offers an in-depth analysis of the roles of team members through the prism of Meredith Belbin's team role theory, which classifies team roles and examines how these roles affect cooperation and interaction in a team. The article examines the factors that determine the psychological well-being of team members and their productivity in work processes, such as: working atmosphere, support from colleagues, communication effectiveness, level of trust, motivation for work, and the role of the manager. Based on expert surveys of members of four teams, the authors assessed the manifestation of each of the factors of team well-being that contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment, encouraging greater cooperation and reducing potential conflicts within teams. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of leadership in guiding team members towards shared goals, maintaining motivation, and ensuring open and effective communication channels. The results of the survey of members of different teams demonstrate different manifestations of teamwork factors that affect job satisfaction and the quality of interaction in teams. The data obtained indicate that a positive psychological climate, characterized by mutual trust and respect, significantly increases team cohesion and overall effectiveness. Furthermore, the survey highlights the crucial role of harmonious cooperation and support between team members in achieving high levels of team productivity and satisfaction. Attention to psychological climate, effective leadership, and alignment of team roles based on Belbin’s theory are important for promoting a productive and supportive team environment

No full textThe paper examines the role of competition as a gamification element in enhancing learning motivation among computer science students. Drawing on gamification theory and Self Determination Theory, it analyzes how competitive mechanics influence students’ sense of competence, engagement, and perseverance. The study presents the results of a survey conducted among 124 students majoring in Software Engineering and Computer Science, which revealed a high level of involvement in game based environments and a strong potential for implementing competitive gamification in education. Effective forms of competitive gamification such as hackathons, leaderboard based activities, and team oriented classroom games are outlined. The paper emphasizes the importance of balancing competition with support to avoid stress and ensure inclusivity in the learning process. It concludes that when thoughtfully integrated, competitive gamification can significantly enhance motivation and academic activity among IT students, especially when combined with other gamification elements

Досліджено гігієнічні характеристики (гігроскопічність, повітропроникність, паропроникність та антимікробна стійкість), які впливають на комфорт при експлуатації взуття та профілактику дерматологічних захворювань. Результати дослідження засвідчили, що обробка тканини сприяє покращенню паро- і повітропроникності, а також забезпечує виражену антимікробну та фунгіцидну активність. Отримані результати можуть бути використані для удосконалення технологій виготовлення взуття із підвищеним рівнем гігієнічності та комфорту, зокрема у спеціалізованих виробах, що потребують антимікробного захисту
