No full textTo investigate the directions of the impact of war and the state of global demand for ferrous metals on the stability of the export positions of Ukrainian metal producers in foreign markets. The objectives are: to identify the factors of direct and indirect impact of the war on the foreign economic activity of Ukrainian ferrous metallurgy enterprises; to propose areas for expanding the foreign economic opportunities of Ukrainian metal producers and ways to make their presence in the markets of other countries sustainable.The loss of positions by metallurgical enterprises in foreign markets, the acquisition of an unstable nature of the presence of Ukrainian producers in these markets is proven. It is substantiated that the effects of war and the global market contribute to the strengthening of the role of transnational corporations in the export capacity of the Ukrainian metallurgical industry, and the significant differentiation of the effects of war on producers strengthens their intra-industry competition. Therefore, it is proposed to consider challenges not only as a threat, but as an opportunity to gain a competitive advantage in foreign markets. It is indicated that this increases the importance of flexibility of management and production in war conditions

No full textThe article explores the communicative strategies of Joe Biden’s political speeches in a translation aspect. This work opens up prospects for the development of innovative approaches to the analysis and translation of speeches by high-ranking officials. It is emphasized that studying the impact of modern technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, on the quality of political speech translation can lead to innovative methods that will raise the accuracy of translation to a new level. Analyzing and translating Joe Biden’s political speeches through the prism
of technology is not only relevant, but also strategically important for maintaining the
preciousness, objectivity and accessibility of political discourse for diverse audience
on an international scale. The article researches the communicative tactics, rhetorical
devices and technologies used in Joe Biden’s speeches. The specifics of translating
Joe Biden’s discourse are identified. It is proved that rhetoric is the science of the
art of effective verbal communication. It is underlined that rhetoric of leadership in
USA has a number of characteristic features: 1) it is based on ideas of democracy,
freedom, equality; 2) it uses emotional impact to engage the audience; 3) it is logical
and reasoned. These reflect values and ideas of Americans and help US leaders win
trust and support of the people. We can oversee the rhetoric impact of Joe Biden’s
political speeches on his audience. There are accomplishments and challenges: fight
against the pandemic, recovery of the economy, commitment to climate change, the
implementation of reforms. J. Biden uses alliteration, assonance, antithesis, epithets,
metaphors, periphrases. Biden’s rhetoric impact on audience made him the powerful
leader of the USA

Узагальнений перелік основних інструментів управління фінансовою стійкістю малих підприємств та деталізовано інструменти управління фінансовою стійкістю в умовах економічних циклів. Запропоновано елементи управління фінансовою стійкістю малих підприємств в умовах циклічності економічних процесів.The study found that managing the financial stability of small businesses involves a set of anti-crisis and adaptive measures at different stages of the business cycle: analysis and monitoring; planning and reserving; financial diversification; effective management policy; staff support and operational flexibility. A generalized list of the main tools for managing the financial stability of small enterprises and detailed tools for managing financial stability in the context of economic cycles are provided. Elements of managing the financial stability of small enterprises in the context of cyclical economic processes are proposed
Benefits and challenges of learning German as a second language after English
No full textУ статті розглядаються особливості процесу вивчення німецької мови як другої іноземної після англійської, зокрема лінгвістичні, психолінгвістичні та методичні чинники, що визначають ефективність засвоєння. Проведено аналіз впливу міжмовної інтерференції, яка у випадку позитивного переносу сприяє швидшому опануванню лексики та граматики через наявність лексичних когнатів, подібність граматичних структур та раніше сформовані мовні стратегії. Разом із тим, виділено основні труднощі, які виникають у процесі навчання: фонетичні особливості німецької мови (умлаути, специфічні звуки ch і r, наголос та інтонація), морфологічні складнощі (відмінки, рід і число, сильні та слабкі дієслова) та синтаксичні відмінності (позиція дієслова у головному і підрядному реченні, складні конструкції). В статті також розглянуто психолінгвістичні аспекти, зокрема мотивацію, когнітивні ресурси, рівень метамовної компетенції та міжмовну свідомість, що безпосередньо впливають на успішність засвоєння другої іноземної мови
International experience in organising non-state pension provision models: features and opportunities for Ukraine
No full textДосліджено та проаналізовано світовий досвід організації моделей недержавного пенсійного забезпечення, який демонструє широкий спектр підходів до формування фінансової стабільності громадян після виходу на пенсію. Визначено, що одним із ключових аспектів успішного функціонування недержавного пенсійного забезпечення є довіра населення до фінансових інституцій та стабільність законодавчого регулювання. Встановлено, що країни, які досягли значних успіхів у цій сфері (Швеція, Чилі, Німеччина, Велика Британія, США та Австралія) активно впроваджують механізми стимулювання пенсійних накопичень. Досвід різних країн свідчить про ефективність поєднання обов’язкових і добровільних накопичувальних систем. Визначено та проаналізовано основні світові моделі недержавного пенсійного забезпечення: Модель 1. Трирівнева пенсійна система; Модель 2. Недержавні пенсійні фонди; Модель 3. Корпоративні пенсійні програми; Модель 4. Індивідуальні пенсійні накопичення. Встановлено, що для України використання світового досвіду є особливо важливим, оскільки державна пенсійна система знаходиться під значним фінансовим навантаженням через демографічні зміни та дефіцит Пенсійного фонду.The author researched and analysed the world experience of organising non-state pension provision models, which demonstrates a wide range of approaches to the formation of financial stability of citizens after retirement. It is determined that one of the key aspects of the successful functioning of private pension provision is public confidence in financial institutions and the stability of legislative regulation. It is established that countries that have achieved significant success in this area (Sweden, Chile, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia) are actively implementing mechanisms to stimulate pension savings. The experience of different countries demonstrates the effectiveness of combining mandatory and voluntary accumulation systems. The main global models of private pension provision are identified and analysed: Model 1: Three-pillar pension system; Model 2. Non-state pension funds; Model 3. Corporate pension programmes; Model 4. Individual pension savings. It is established that the use of international experience is especially important for Ukraine, since the state pension system is under significant financial pressure due to demographic changes and the Pension Fund deficit
