Upaya Pendidik Dalam Menstimulasi Pengembangan Kreativitas Menggunakan Media Loose Parts Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di TK Lestari Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone
This study aims to examine educators’ efforts in stimulating the development of creativity through loose parts media for children aged 5–6 years at TK Lestari, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency, and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in this process. Early childhood creativity is a skill that can be developed through appropriate stimulation. One approach to stimulating creativity is the use of loose parts media open ended or flexible materials that can be used in various ways to produce unique and interesting outcomes that foster creativity in children. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving the principal, educators, and learners as research subjects. The study focuses on the role of educators as guides and motivators in stimulating children's creativity through the stages of exploration, experimentation, and creative production. The findings reveal that educators guide children by providing initial examples and accompanying them flexibly without restricting their creative process. As motivators, educators offer support through verbal appreciation, praise, and the creation of an enjoyable learning environment. Supporting factors include the availability of materials, engaging learning approaches, and institutional support. Inhibiting factors identified include limited facilities, lack of storage space, and differences in children’s ability to respond to activities. Nonetheless, these challenges are addressed by educators through creative, adaptive, and solution oriented strategies
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji upaya pendidik dalam merangsang perkembangan kreativitas melalui media loose parts pada anak usia 5–6 tahun di TK Lestari, Kecamatan Tanete Riattang, Kabupaten Bone, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses tersebut. Kreativitas anak usia dini merupakan keterampilan yang dapat dikembangkan melalui stimulasi yang tepat. Salah satu pendekatan untuk merangsang kreativitas adalah penggunaan media loose parts, yaitu bahan terbuka atau fleksibel yang dapat digunakan dengan berbagai cara untuk menghasilkan karya unik dan menarik yang mendorong kreativitas anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologis. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, pendidik, dan peserta didik sebagai subjek penelitian. Studi ini memfokuskan pada peran pendidik sebagai pembimbing dan motivator dalam merangsang kreativitas anak melalui tahapan eksplorasi, eksperimen, dan produksi kreatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidik membimbing anak dengan memberikan contoh awal dan mendampingi secara fleksibel tanpa membatasi proses kreatif mereka. Sebagai motivator, pendidik memberikan dukungan melalui apresiasi verbal, pujian, dan menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan. Faktor pendukung meliputi ketersediaan bahan, pendekatan pembelajaran yang menarik, dan dukungan lembaga. Faktor penghambat yang diidentifikasi antara lain fasilitas yang terbatas, kurangnya ruang penyimpanan, dan perbedaan kemampuan anak dalam merespons aktivitas. Meskipun demikian, tantangan tersebut diatasi oleh pendidik dengan strategi yang kreatif, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada solusi
Kontribusi Manajemen Lingkungan Bahasa Terhadap Peningkatan Mutu Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di Pondok Pesantren Darul Huffadh Tuju-Tuju Kajuara Kabupaten Bone
This study aims to examine the contribution of language environment management to improving the quality of Arabic language learning at the Darul Huffadh Tuju-Tuju Kajuara Bone Islamic boarding school. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, and analysed inductively through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results of the study indicate that the creation of an Arabic language environment (bi'ah 'arabiyyah) is carried out systematically through programme planning, organisation of the Language Advisory Council (LAC) structure, implementation of language activities, and continuous evaluation. The contribution of language environment management includes improving istima’, kalam, qira’ah, and kitabah skills; increasing students' motivation and confidence; shaping a disciplined character and love for the Arabic language; and integrating formal and non-formal learning. Supporting factors include leadership commitment, student involvement, availability of facilities, and a religious pesantren culture. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include variations in student backgrounds, limited teaching staff, low language awareness, and time constraints. These findings are in line with behaviourism theory (Skinner, 1953) and social learning theory (Bandura, 1986), which emphasise the importance of the environment in shaping behaviour and language acquisition. This study recommends strengthening the institutionalisation of LAC, a differentiated approach, language awareness campaigns, and the integration of language programmes with the curriculum. IMPLEMENTASI KOMPILASI HUKUM ISLAM DALAM PENGASUHAN ANAK DI KABUPATEN BARRU PERSPEKTIF MAQASHID AL-SYARIAH
This study examines the implementation of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) in child care practices in Barru Regency, focusing on Article 77(3) concerning parental obligations to nurture and care for children from the perspective of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research draws on primary data from working parents in Barru District and secondary data from relevant studies. The analysis employs policy implementation theory and maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. The findings reveal three predominant parenting models among dual-income families—direct, delegative, and participatory—each aligned with maqāṣid principles. The implementation of Article 77(3) is influenced by five key factors: limited understanding of KHI provisions, spousal communication and relations, time constraints and work demands, religious and local cultural values, and emotional stability within the household. Couples adopt seven main strategies to fulfill these obligations, including flexible role-sharing, spiritual guidance through daily worship, emotional communication, exemplary conduct, collaboration with third parties during work hours, adaptive parenting based on children’s needs, and open communication between spouses.Penelitian ini membahas tentang Implementasi Kompilasi Hukum Islam dalam pengasuhan anak di Kabupaten Barru dengan fokus utamanya KHI Pasal 77 Ayat 3 mengenai kewajiban mengasuh dan memelihara anak perspektif Maqashid Al-Syariah dengan mengkaji tiga permasalahan: 1) Bagaimana pola pengasuhan anak di Kabupaten Barru, 2) Apa yang memengaruhi dalam menerapkan KHI Pasal 77 Ayat 3 tentang pengasuhan anak di Kabupaten Barru, 3) Apa strategi pasangan suami istri dalam menerapkan KHI Pasal 77 Ayat 3 tentang pengasuhan anak di Kabupaten Barru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah para orang tua yang sudah mempunyai anak dan keduanya memiliki profesi atau pekerjaan di Kecamatan Barru (data primer) dan jurnal atau hasil penelitian yang telah membahas hal serupa (data sekunder). Teori yang diterapkan mencakup teori implementasi dan maq??id syariah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola pengasuhan anak di Kabupaten Barru, Kecamatan Barru khususnya pada keluarga di mana kedua orang tua bekerja, dengan tiga model yakni pengasuhan langsung, delegatif, dan partisipatif yang masing-masing selaras dengan prinsip maq??id syariah. Implementasi Pasal 77 Ayat 3 Kompilasi Hukum Islam dipengaruhi oleh lima faktor utama yang terkait dengan variabel implementasi kebijakan yaitu : Keterbatasan Pemahaman Terhdap Teks KHI, Relasi dan Komunikasi Suami dan Istri, Kesibukan dan Pembagian Waktu, Pengaruh Nilai Agama dan Budaya Lokal dan Stabilitas Emosional Dalam Rumah Tangga. Strategi yang diterapkan oleh pasangan suami istri dalam menerapkan KHI Pasal 77 Ayat 3 terdiri dari tujuh yaitu: Pembagian Peran Pengasuhan secara Fleksibel dan Saling Melengkapi, Pendampingan Spiritual melalui Ibadah Harian, Pemberian Ruang Ekplorasi dan Komunikasi Emosional, Penerapan Nilai Keteladanan dalam Kehidupan Sehari-hari, Kolaborasi dengan Pihak Ketiga saat Orang Tua Bekerja, Menyesuaikan Pola Pengasuhan dan Kebutuhan Anak dan yang terakhir Komunikasi Terbuka antara Suami dan Istri
ANALISIS HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP PEMENUHAN HAK DAN KEWAJIBAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA (STUDI KASUS PADA ISTRI BERSTATUS PEGAWAI DI RS KABUPATEN BARRU)
This study analyzes the fulfillment of marital rights and obligations of wives employed at Barru Regency Hospital from the perspective of Islamic Law and Indonesian Marriage Law. The research focuses on the implementation of spousal rights and obligations, influencing factors, and legal perspectives under Islamic and positive law. This qualitative study employs a case study approach, using primary data from employed wives at Barru Hospital and secondary data from relevant literature. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate a generally good level of cooperation between spouses in fulfilling their rights and obligations, despite challenges related to working hours and cultural norms. Cultural, educational, and economic factors significantly influence this fulfillment. The study emphasizes that marital rights and obligations should be carried out based on principles of justice, mutual respect, and cooperation in accordance with Islamic Law and statutory regulations.Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis kukum Islam terhadap pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban dalam rumah tangga pada istri berstatus pegawai di RS Kabupaten Barru, dengan mengkaji tiga permasalahan: 1) Praktik pelaksanaan hak dan kewajiban suami istri di kalangan pegawai rumah sakit di Kabupaten Barru. 2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban suami istri di lingkungan kerja pegawai rumah sakit. 3) Analisis tinjauan hukum atas pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban suami istri status pegawai dalam perspektif Hukum Islam dan Undang-undang Perkawinan.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Istri berstatus Pegawai di RS Barru (data primer) dan jurnal atau hasil penelitian yang telah membahas hal serupa ( data sekunder); Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Praktik pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban di kalangan pegawai rumah sakit memperlihatkan kolaborasi yang baik, meskipun terdapat tantangan akibat jam kerja yang panjang dan norma budaya yang masih mengakar. Suami dan istri cenderung saling mendukung dalam hal finansial dan emosional, sementara komunikasi yang efektif menjadi kunci dalam mengatasi konflik. 2) Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban, termasuk budaya, pendidikan, dan kondisi ekonomi. 3) Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban harus dilakukan dengan tetap mempertimbangkan prinsip keadilan, saling menghormati, dan kerjasama, baik dalam perspektif Hukum Islam maupun Undang-undang Perkawinan. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan kebijakan yang lebih baik dalam mendukung kesejahteraan pegawai dan keluargany
INTEGRASI NILAI AGAMA DALAM KURIKULUM PENDIDIKAN FORMAL DI INDONESIA: KAJIAN KONSEPTUAL DAN PRAKTIK DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN
This study analyzes the development of religious education curricula in three educational settings in Indonesia: Islamic boarding schools, schools, and madrasahs. The curriculum is positioned as a strategic instrument in shaping students’ religious character and adaptive capacity in facing contemporary challenges. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature study to examine curriculum models, principles, and implementation strategies tailored to the characteristics of each institution. The findings indicate that Islamic boarding schools emphasize preserving classical Islamic scholarship, moral education, and spiritual formation. Schools integrate religious values into the national curriculum through modern pedagogical approaches, while madrasahs apply an integrated model that combines religious and general education with a greater focus on religious subjects. In addition, curriculum contextualization, digital integration, and the implementation of religious moderation values are identified as the main innovations and challenges. These results highlight that curriculum development in these three institutions significantly contributes to shaping a generation that is academically competent, morally grounded, and able to play a constructive role in society

Di Kabupaten Bulukumba, tantangan ini semakin diperparah oleh pengaruh digitalisasi, tekanan sosial, serta rendahnya literasi kesehatan mental di kalangan remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pendidikan Islam dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental remaja melalui pendekatan nilai-nilai spiritual, moral, dan budaya lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan menelaah berbagai sumber yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan Islam dan kesehatan mental remaja. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam, yang diimplementasikan melalui kegiatan seperti menghafal Al-Qur’an (tahfizhul Qur’an), konseling Islami, psikoedukasi berbasis nilai-nilai religius, serta integrasi nilai budaya lokal seperti siri’ na pacce, memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk ketahanan mental, stabilitas emosional, dan keseimbangan spiritual pada remaja. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputi tekanan akademik, lemahnya dukungan sosial, rendahnya literasi kesehatan mental, pengaruh media sosial, serta faktor sosial-ekonomi. Solusi yang direkomendasikan mencakup peningkatan kapasitas guru, peran aktif keluarga dan masyarakat, serta implementasi program literasi digital Islami. Reinforcing Public Compliance Through Strategic Communication: Implementation of the Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) Program in Parepare City
This study analyzes the strategic communication approach in the implementation of the Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) program in Parepare City. ETLE was introduced as a digital-based traffic law enforcement system to increase transparency, efficiency, and community discipline through automated surveillance and ticketing. The effectiveness of ETLE, however, is highly influenced by how the program is communicated to the public. Using a qualitative descriptive design, data were obtained through interviews with traffic officers and community members, non-participant observation, and documentation analysis. The findings reveal that the Parepare Traffic Police employ a multi-channel communication model that integrates interpersonal communication, digital media campaigns, and stakeholder-based socialization. This strategy positively affects public understanding and compliance, although several challenges persist, including misconceptions about ETLE, limited digital literacy among certain age groups, and inconsistent dissemination of information. The study concludes that ETLE success requires not only technological readiness but also a strategic, targeted, and participatory communication approach. Strengthening collaboration between law enforcement institutions, local government, media, and community leaders is recommended to optimize law compliance and improve acceptance of digital policing.Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi komunikasi yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) di Kota Parepare. Sebagai sistem penegakan hukum berbasis digital, ETLE bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan berlalu lintas, transparansi, dan efisiensi melalui pemanfaatan kamera pengawas dan mekanisme penilangan otomatis. Namun, efektivitas ETLE sangat bergantung pada seberapa baik program ini dikomunikasikan kepada masyarakat. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pola komunikasi, saluran media, keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, serta respons publik terkait program ETLE. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Satlantas Polres Parepare mengombinasikan komunikasi interpersonal, media digital, dan kampanye informasi publik untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan masyarakat. Meskipun demikian, tantangan tetap ada, khususnya terkait kesalahpahaman publik, keterbatasan literasi digital, dan perlunya sosialisasi yang lebih konsisten pada berbagai kelompok demografis. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan komunikasi yang strategis, terarah, dan partisipatif sangat penting untuk memaksimalkan keberhasilan ETLE sebagai sistem modern penegakan hukum lalu lintas
DISTORTION OF TRADERS' BEHAVIOR IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF SHARIA ECONOMICS : (CASE STUDY ON THE TRADITIONAL MARKET OF APALA DISTRICT, BAREBBO DISTRICT)
This research aims to determine the distortion of trader transaction behavior in the market, determine customer perceptions of the distortion of trader transaction behavior and to determine the sharia economic perspective on the distortion of trader behavior and customer perception in the traditional market of Apala District. Barebbo. This research is field research whose research approach is a qualitative approach. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research reveal a positive picture regarding trader transaction behavior at the Apala market. There is no evidence of hoarding of goods which shows transparency in the supply of goods. However, there is still a tendency for unfair pricing, indicating the need for stricter market regulations. Other findings highlight a reduction in the quantity of goods and deficiencies in the quality of goods. However, the research results also illustrate that the relationship between traders and customers tends to be positive
Transformation of Islamic Law in Responding to the Challenges of Plurality in the Digital Era
This study examines the transformation of Islamic law in addressing the challenges of religious and ideological plurality in the digital era. Drawing on a qualitative, descriptive-analytical approach, the research explores how Islamic legal norms adapt to the complexities of online religious discourse, the decentralization of authority, and the rise of interpretive subjectivities. Using the framework of maqÄá¹£id al-sharī‘ah, wasatiyyah (moderation), and Islamic multiculturalism, the study highlights the dynamic role of Islamic law as both a normative system and a socio-ethical mechanism. Findings indicate that Islamic law, when recontextualized through digital realities and pluralistic values, remains responsive to contemporary issues such as freedom of expression, extremism, and identity diversity. However, the fluidity of online interpretations and the erosion of traditional legal authority pose challenges to legal stability and epistemological coherence. The study concludes that a renewed interdisciplinary approach - integrating Islamic legal theory, digital sociology, and pluralism studies - is essential to ensure the continued relevance of Islamic law in shaping justice and coexistence in a globally connected society
Pembebasan Bersyarat bagi Pelaku Extraordinary Crime (Analisis Empiris dan Maqashid Syariah)
Penelitian ini membahas kebijakan pembebasan bersyarat bagi pelaku extraordinary crime di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Watampone dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris dan tinjauan Maqashid Syariah. Fokus utama adalah implementasi prosedural pemberian pembebasan bersyarat dan prinsip keadilan dalam hukum Indonesia berdasarkan UU No. 22 Tahun 2022 tentang Pemasyarakatan serta Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 99 Tahun 2012 tentang Syarat dan Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Hak Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara hukum positif dan Maqashid Syariah, pembebasan bersyarat tetap menjunjung prinsip keadilan dan kesetaraan. Implikasinya mencakup pentingnya optimalisasi kebijakan tanpa intervensi serta perlunya sosialisasi publik mengenai perbedaan prosedur bagi pelaku extraordinary crime agar tidak terjadi kekeliruan dalam penafsiran keadilan hukum
