Get PDFEntrepreneurship is one of the activities to fulfill the needs that are pretty much in demand by various parties. Entrepreneurial activity can be an alternative in terms of solving economic problems. Indonesia is a nation where the majority of the people are Muslims. Muslims are the largest people in the world. However, there are still many Muslims, even those in Indonesia, who are still very minimal interested in building a business or entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship activities basically in Islam have been taught, trained, and indoctrinated so how to become a fighter, entrepreneur, or entrepreneurship by imitating the nature of the Prophet Muhammad in entrepreneurship and also with the foundation or leading aspect of entrepreneurship contained in the Islamic values of the Qur'an and Hadith. This research was conducted by collecting several concepts which were then compiled from research variables and combined into a new scientific study, using qualitative methods, trying to discover several factors that influence a person's decision to become an entrepreneur. In addition, the purpose of this study is to add a little reference to studies related to Islamic Entrepreneurship values. A country will be strong because of its many strong entrepreneurs

Get PDFAbstrackThis study aims to examine fintech lending from an Islamic economic perspective. This type of research is library research with a qualitative and descriptive approach. The study's findings indicate that fintech lending made possible by financial technology is acceptable so long as it adheres to shariah standards, specifically avoiding riba, gharar, maisir, tadlis, dharar, zhulm, dan haram. In Fatwa National Sharia Board-Indonesian Council of Ulama (DSN MUI) No. 117/DSN-MUI/IX/2018 and the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (KHES), it has been explained that someone who gives debt may not take advantage of what is owed. Providers of fintech landings are required to submit registration and licensing to the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Providers who do not have a permit from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) are categorized as illegal providers or illegal online lenders.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji transaksi pinjaman online dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pinjaman online melalui aplikasi financial technology diperbolehkan selama tidak bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah yaitu terhindar dari riba, gharar, maisir, tadlis, dharar, zhulm, dan haram. Dalam Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN MUI) Nomor 117/DSN-MUI/IX/2018 dan Kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah sudah dijelaskan bahwa seseorang yang memberikan hutang tidak boleh mengambil manfaat atas yang dihutangi. Discourse on Religious Moderation in the View of Surakarta Students According to Indonesian Law
Get PDFReligious moderation is very important because the tendency of excessive or excessive religious experiences often leaves one-sided claims of truth and considers themselves the most right while others are wrong. Based on the above background, the researcher is interested in studying the extent of understanding of religious moderation among Surakarta students and how efforts are made to increase awareness of religious moderation among students. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach that aims to describe the data obtained in the field regarding students' understanding related to religious moderation. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. Students' understanding of religious moderation varied greatly from the results of several interviews conducted with 30 students in the Islamic Criminal Law Study Program, 20 students explained that moderation is tolerance and mutual respect between religious people. This is not wrong, because one of the indicators of religion is tolerance. Meanwhile, the other 10 students have understood that moderation is our perspective or attitude in religion in moderation, understanding and practicing religious teachings that are not extreme. Meanwhile, 30 students of the Law Study Program at the Batik University of Surakarta most of them do not understand what religious moderation is in terms of terminology, but once they are given an understanding and indicators related to religious moderation, they understand. Most of them have been taught in Pancasila and Civic Education courses. Religious moderation can be used as a learning approach so that students can think critically and analyze the courses they are taught, which of course remains based on the principles of religious moderation
Problems Related to the Exercise of Custody Rights in Algeria: Between Legal Texts and Judicial Practice
Get PDFThis research addresses the problems related to exercising custody rights in Algerian legislation. As one of the critical legal consequences of marital dissolution, custody is crucial for ensuring the child's welfare. Islamic law approves custody, and statutory laws have followed suit, prompting an investigation into the legal issues arising from its judicial application. This study is structured into two main axes: the first examines issues related to alimony and house rent allowance, and the second addresses the challenges of visiting and transporting the child in custody. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, we analyzed rulings and decisions issued by the Algerian judiciary. The study found that while Algerian family law stipulates provisions for custody, many loopholes revealed through judicial practice make these provisions incompatible with Algerian society's social and economic conditions. Our findings highlight the need for legislative amendments to address these discrepancies

BUSANA ISLAMI: KESEIMBANGAN ANTARA MODESTISME DAN KREATIVITAS FASHION
Get PDFDiscourses that talk about the concept of ethical dress in Islam have become a crucial part of providing the doctrine of religious values in Islam. Nowadays, in general, Muslim women tend to wear the hijab as a means of fulfilling their obligations, but do not pay attention to and understand the ethics of dressing in Islam itself. Muslim women's fashion faces the challenges of developing fashion trends which continue to develop in this millennial era. The aim of this article is to understand and explain how the adaptation of Muslim fashion is an illustration of the balance of modestism with currently developing fashion trends and creativity. The method used is a qualitative approach using a case method/interview methods and literature studies. Along with Islamic law, the findings of this research show that even though millennial Muslim women already know how to dress according to Islamic rules and recommendations, they are still unable to practice or apply these rules and recommendations. Millennial Muslim women still dress according to environmental trends and do not follow Islamic rules and recommendations. This research allows us to explain modestism in Muslim fashion and how to collaborate Muslim fashion with fashion trends which are currently developing very rapidly. This can be used to measure how well Muslim women understand clothing trends and the balance between modernism and current fashion trends.Â
AN ANALYSIS OF DISCRIMINATION AND ITS EFFECT IN “ELEMENTAL†(2023) MOVIE
Get PDFThis research explores the role of animated films as a medium for addressing social issues, particularly discrimination, with a focus on the film “Elemental†(2023). Using a qualitative approach, the study analyzes discriminatory actions and their impacts on the three main characters: Barnie, Cinder, and Ember. Drawing on Dovidio and Esses’ (2010) theory of discrimination and Ayón's (2015) concept of effects, the research highlights parts of the film depicting discrimination and its physical and non-physical consequences. The result of the current study shows that different types of discrimination were portrayed in the movie through explicit and implicit actions as well as institutional and cultural biases. These findings indicate that animated films can effectively convey information about discrimination to various audiences, especially children, in a creative and easily understandable manner. This reaffirms that animated films serve not only as tools for ideological communication but also as agents of social change. The study also dissects the negative impacts of discrimination on the mental health and family functions experienced by the main characters. Through the analysis of discriminatory actions presented in dialogue, settings, and actions in the film, the research provides a profound understanding of the main characters' experiences in facing discrimination. In conclusion, this research reinforces the importance of using animated films as a tool for voicing social issues
THE INVESTIGATION OF PRESENT CONTINUOUS TENSE DIFFICULTIES AT NINETH JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

One of these obstacles is that students find it difficult in learning present continuous tense because students think that present continuous tense is similar to present tense. The aimed of this research is to describe students' difficulties in learning present continuous tense. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects of this study were 4 students consist of 2 female and 2 male nineth grade students of Al-Fattah Junior High School, Jember The instruments used include observation, interview and document review. The data obtained were analyzed using source triangulation and technique triangulation methods. The results of this study show that students have difficulty in making example sentences using the present continuous tense, difficulty in understanding the meaning of the present continuous tense pattern
RASIO KEUANGAN DAN RETURN SAHAM PERUSAHAAN DI JAKARTA ISLAMIC INDEX (JII): MODEL DATA PANEL
Get PDFDalam berinvestasi, penting untuk mempertimbangkan tidak hanya return tetapi juga rasio keuangan yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Rasio dan imbal hasil keuangan tidak dapat dipisahkan karena memiliki hubungan positif; Rasio keuangan sangat kuat dalam memprediksi return saham di masa depan dan memiliki daya prediksi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan rasio lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio keuangan terhadap return saham bagi perusahaan yang tercatat di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) selama periode 2020-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan Fixed Effect Model (FEM) sebagai model analisis terbaik. Hasil uji statistik dengan nilai probabilitas 0,0000 < 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa rasio keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. In investing, it is important to consider not only returns but also the financial ratios that influence a company's performance. Financial ratios and returns are inseparable because they have a positive relationship; financial ratios are very strong in predicting future stock returns and have a higher predictive power compared to other ratios. This research aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on stock returns for companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the period 2020-2022. This study employs panel data regression analysis with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) as the best analysis model. Statistical test results with a probability value of 0.0000 < 0.05 indicate that financial ratios have a significant influence on stock returns
