Mediation of Domestic Conflict in Divorce Cases at Religious Courts in Banten Province
Get PDFIn running a household, no one is free from domestic conflicts. These domestic conflicts are caused by various factors, which ultimately lead to the filing of divorce cases in the Religious Court, either through talak or gugat. These cases can be resolved through mediation in various forms. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of mediation in resolving domestic conflicts in divorce cases at the Religious Court in Banten Province. The research method employed is qualitative research with a juridical approach, utilizing data collection techniques that include observation and document study. The results show that mediation plays a significant role in reducing the divorce rate by providing couples with a space to dialogue and seek reconciliation solutions. However, various obstacles such as the psychological unpreparedness of the couples, family pressure, and a lack of understanding of the mediation concept often hinder the success of mediation. Juridically, mediation has been carried out by the applicable regulations. This is evident from the procedures followed during the mediation process based on the regulations governing it, but mediation conducted in the Religious Court in Banten Province still experiences many failures. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the quality of mediation through mediator training, socialization regarding the benefits of mediation, and psychological support for couples facing marital conflict
Implementasi Manajemen Kurikulum untuk Menghasilkan Kesejahteraan Sekolah
No full textCurriculum management is a strategic component in ensuring educational quality, particularly in the context of vocational education such as Vocational High Schools (SMK). Changes in national education policy and the dynamics of industry demand an adaptive, participatory, and contextual curriculum management system. This study aims to uncover how the implementation of curriculum management at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bambanglipuro contributes to improving school well-being, encompassing the dimensions of teachers, students, facilities, and institutions. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological design was used to understand the direct experiences of educational stakeholders related to the curriculum management process at the school. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies with three main participants: the principal, the vice principal for curriculum, and teachers. The results indicate that the implementation of curriculum management reflects synergy with industry, adjustments to the Independent Curriculum, and ongoing teacher training. Collaborative practices, such as the Teaching Factory with industry partners (Astra, Daihatsu, Jogja TV), also support the achievement of school well-being, both professionally, materially, and institutionally. This study recommends strengthening the curriculum evaluation system and developing industry partnerships as sustainable strategies to improve school quality and well-being.Manajemen kurikulum pendidikan merupakan komponen strategi dalam menjamin mutu, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan vokasi seperti Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Perubahan kebijakan pendidikan nasional dan dinamika dunia industri menuntut sistem manajemen kurikulum yang adaptif, partisipatif, dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana implementasi manajemen kurikulum di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bambanglipuro berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan sekolah, yang meliputi dimensi guru, siswa, sarana prasarana, dan kelembagaan. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi digunakan untuk memahami pengalaman langsung para pemangku kepentingan pendidikan terkait proses manajemen kurikulum di sekolah tersebut. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dengan tiga partisipan utama: kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum manajemen mencerminkan sinergi dengan dunia industri, penyesuaian Kurikulum Merdeka, dan pelatihan guru yang berkelanjutan. Praktik kolaboratif, seperti Teaching Factory dengan mitra industri (Astra, Daihatsu, Jogja TV), juga mendukung pencapaian kesejahteraan sekolah, baik secara profesional, materi, maupun kelembagaan. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan sistem evaluasi iklim dan pengembangan kemitraan industri sebagai strategi berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kesejahteraan sekolah
Transformasi Gaya Hidup Aktif di Era Digital: Analisis Literatur pada Pendidikan Jasmani Sekolah
Get PDFThe advancement of digital technology has significantly influenced various aspects of life, including a shift in students’ lifestyles toward increased sedentary behavior. This article aims to analyze the transformation of students’ active lifestyles in the digital era and its implications for physical education practices in schools. Using a library research approach and content analysis of relevant literature, findings indicate a negative correlation between intensive digital technology use and students’ physical activity levels and interest in physical education. However, digitalization also presents pedagogical opportunities, such as the integration of gamification, fitness applications, and project-based learning, which can enhance student participation and motivation. The study highlights the importance of adaptive, relevant, and digital-friendly teaching strategies in physical education. It recommends a transformation of curricula and instructional methods to maintain physical education’s relevance in promoting healthy lifestyles amid digital dominance. Thus, physical education can play a strategic role in balancing technological advancement with students’ physical well-being.
Perkembangan teknologi digital telah memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk perubahan gaya hidup siswa yang semakin sedentari. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi gaya hidup aktif siswa di era digital dan implikasinya terhadap praktik pendidikan jasmani di sekolah. Melalui pendekatan studi kepustakaan dengan analisis isi terhadap literatur relevan, ditemukan bahwa penggunaan teknologi digital secara intensif berkorelasi negatif dengan tingkat aktivitas fisik dan minat siswa terhadap pelajaran jasmani. Namun demikian, digitalisasi juga menawarkan peluang pedagogis, seperti integrasi gamifikasi, aplikasi kebugaran, dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang mampu meningkatkan partisipasi dan motivasi siswa. Hasil kajian menunjukkan pentingnya strategi pembelajaran yang adaptif, relevan, dan digital-friendly dalam pendidikan jasmani. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan transformasi kurikulum dan metode pengajaran pendidikan jasmani yang lebih kontekstual agar tetap mampu membentuk gaya hidup sehat di tengah dominasi teknologi. Dengan demikian, pendidikan jasmani dapat berperan strategis dalam menjaga keseimbangan antara kemajuan digital dan kesehatan fisik siswa

Get PDFPenelitian ini mengkaji pengelolaan zakat di Masjid Amirul Ikhtiar dengan fokus pada kepatuhan syariah dan dampaknya bagi komunitas Muslim Bugis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi sejauh mana masjid menerapkan prinsip syariah dalam penghimpunan, pengelolaan, dan penyaluran zakat serta bagaimana hal ini memengaruhi kesejahteraan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Masjid Amirul Ikhtiar telah menerapkan prinsip syariah dalam pengelolaan zakat, namun masih terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam distribusi yang merata dan transparansi laporan keuangan. Meskipun demikian, zakat yang dikelola masjid memberikan manfaat signifikan bagi penerima, terutama dalam peningkatan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan sosial. pengelolaan zakat di masjid ini cukup efektif dalam mendukung komunitas Muslim Bugis, namun perlu peningkatan sistem akuntabilitas dan transparansi agar semakin optimal
The Meanig of ‘Halal’ from the Perspective of Business Actors in the Post-BPJPH Era: A Qualitative Phenomenological Analysis
No full textThis research is a qualitative phenomenological analysis of the meaning of 'halal' from the perspective of business actors in Indonesia following the enactment of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Assurance (UU JPH). This research focuses on the lived experiences and meaning-making of business actors after the certification authority shifted from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) to the Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH). Using a methodology focused on in-depth understanding, this report identifies a paradigm shift from a voluntary community initiative to a mandatory state mandate, and examines how the meaning of 'halal' has shifted from a mere religious obligation to a strategic economic asset. Key findings indicate a dissonance between the narrative of bureaucratic convenience used by the government and the practical realities on the ground, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This analysis concludes that while the new policy aims to protect consumers and increase global competitiveness, there is a risk of losing certification's legitimacy if fundamental issues related to the integrity of the process, particularly in self-declaration schemes, are not comprehensively addressed. This research provides strategic recommendations for regulators and stakeholders to bridge these organizations and build a sustainable and trusted halal ecosystem
KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM DAN HUKUM PUBLIK
Get PDFThe issue of domestic violence has received relatively little attention among legal experts, both in terms of regulation and implementation. This paper aims to raise awareness and explore the extent to which Islamic legal norms and public law align with the spirit of anti-violence, particularly within the household. This study employs a normative juridical approach. Data were collected through documentation techniques, focusing on Islamic legal literature such as the Quranic texts and Hadith, as well as classical fiqh texts and statutory regulations currently in force in Indonesia. The study reveals that acts of domestic violence are prohibited in Islam, which is consistent with the anti-violence principles embedded in Indonesian legislation related to acts of violence

Get PDFThis research analyzes the strategies employed by wives in Rejoagung Village to maintain family harmony while navigating long-distance relationships due to their husbands working away from home. The study adopts a qualitative method with a case study approach, conducting in-depth interviews with five informants. The findings reveal that regular communication through phone calls, video calls, and text messages serves as the primary strategy to sustain emotional connection. Trust, moral support, and celebrating important moments such as birthdays also strengthen relationships, albeit virtually. These findings are examined within the framework of Al-Ghazali’s thought, particularly the concept of maslahah mursalah, which aligns with the principles of maqasid al-shariah. Communication strategies are associated with hifz al-nafs (protection of the soul), while trust and moral support relate to hifz al-nasl (protection of progeny) and hifz al-mal (protection of wealth). The study concludes that Islamic principles remain relevant in guiding Muslim families to address modern challenges such as long-distance relationships by applying shariah values that are both flexible and grounded in maqasid al-shariah
PENGARUH MOTIVASI BELAJAR, KREATIVITAS BELAJAR, DAN KOMPETENSI GURU TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR AKIDAH AKHLAK SISWA
Get PDFEducation plays a vital role in shaping students’ character and moral values, particularly through the Aqidah Akhlak subject, which focuses on instilling Islamic teachings. This study aims to examine the influence of learning motivation, learning creativity, and teacher competence on students’ academic achievement at MTsN 4 Surabaya City. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach, and the instrument used is a questionnaire.The population consisted of 723 students, with a sample of 173 eighth-grade students selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The findings reveal that learning motivation, learning creativity, and teacher competence each have a positive and significant impact on students’ achievement in Aqidah Akhlak. Learning motivation and creativity contribute to enhancing students’ understanding, while teacher competence plays an important role in creating a conducive learning environment. Based on these results, it is recommended that teachers continue to develop their competencies and implement innovative and interactive teaching methods to foster student motivation. Schools are also encouraged to support teacher quality improvement and provide facilities that stimulate students’ creativity and learning motivation
KONTRIBUSI PERHATIAN ORANG TUA TERHADAP PENCAPAIAN AKADEMIK PAI SISWA KELAS XI SMAN 1 SABANG
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the contribution of parental attention towards pai academic achievement of grade xi students of sman 1 sabang. Religious education, especially Islamic Religious Education (PAI), plays an important role in the formation of students' character and personality. However, parental attention to children's religious education is often less than optimal due to busyness, changes in lifestyle and the influence of technology. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational method. The sample of the study was 68 grade XI students of SMAN 1 Sabang, with a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a closed questionnaire and documentation of PAI subject PTS scores. The results showed that the contribution of parental attention had a positive and significant impact on PAI academic achievement of grade X1 students of SMAN 1 Sabang, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.768 and r table of 0.201. Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, because r count > r table with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the more attention parents give their children, the more positive the impact on their academic achievement in Islamic religious education. Conversely, the less parental attention a child receives, the lower their academic achievement in Islamic religious education. 
PENGARUH TREN FASHION, GAYA HIDUP, LITERASI SYARIAH, TERHADAP PERILAKU KONSUMTIF MAHASISWA DI UNISNU JEPARA
Get PDFThis study aims to identify the influence of sharia literacy, lifestyle, and fashion trends on the consumer behavior of UNISNU Jepara students. This study collected quantitative data using a questionnaire. This study involved active students from various study programs at UNISNU Jepara. Hypothesis testing, t-test, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis were applied. The findings of the study indicate that fashion trends and lifestyle have a significant impact both simultaneously and separately on the consumer behavior of UNISNU Jepara students. Lifestyle has a more significant influence than sharia literacy on student consumption behavior
