    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas permainan engklek pada perkembangan psikomotorik anak usia dini, metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah Literature Review. Dengan melakukan beberapa  tahapan yaitu mengidentifikasi, mengkaji, dan menafsirkan dari berbagai penelitian. Artikel Literature Review ini menggunakan artikel terbitan dengan rentan tahun 2020-2024 yang diakses melalui Google Scholar  kemudian dilakukan peninjauan literatur untuk menemukan penelitian yang berkaitan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa engklek tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana hiburan, tetapi juga sebagai media untuk mengembangkan kekuatan, keseimbangan, dan daya tahan fisik anak. Selain itu, permainan ini melatih kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan pengambilan keputusan yang penting bagi perkembangan kognitif anak.     Management is a systematic and structured process that integrates aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, controlling and evaluating to achieve main goals. This research was conducted at UPTD SD Negeri 03 Muaro Paiti, with the aim of describing management implementation at this institution. The approach used is qualitative research with analytical descriptive methods, using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research reveal that the leadership of the UPTD principal of SD Negeri 03 Muaro Paiti, since its founding until now, has mostly applied the concept of management as an art. . This is caused by the absence of a formal or professional educational background in the field of management among the serving school principals. Replacement of school principals is based more on family factors, which then have an impact on the quality of school management and the achievement of the institution's goal

    Among the technology products that are widely used in education, especially Arabic language learning, are YouTube and Wordwall. This is what is applied in Arabic language learning at MAN 2 Yogyakarta. This paper aims to reveal how the combination of YouTube and Wordwall in Arabic language learning that is seen from the perspective of teachers and students. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative approach and case study type. This research was conducted at MAN 2 Yogyakarta with the research subjects were Arabic language teachers and students in class X-H. The data were collected through classroom observation and interview methods. From the data obtained, it is known that the utilization of YouTube and Wordwall in Arabic learning in class X-H MAN 2 Yogyakarta is carried out within the framework of introducing new mufradat starting from providing stimulants in the form of songs to vocabulary mastery exercises. In the series of using these two media, the advantages and disadvantages based on the perspectives of Arabic language teachers and students are also revealed. Some of the shortcomings have been realized from the beginning by Arabic teachers and strategic efforts have been made to overcome them

    Pengaruh Penguasaan Qawaid Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Siswa Madrasah Aliyah YMPI Rappang

    Mastery of qawaid (Arabic grammar) is a fundamental component in Arabic language learning, particularly in supporting students’ writing skills. This study aims to examine the influence of qawaid mastery on students’ guided writing skills (insya' muwajjah) at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) YMPI Rappang. Guided writing refers to the ability to compose structured texts based on specific instructions or frameworks provided by the teacher. Using an ex post facto approach, the study involved a population of 113 eleventh-grade students, with a sample of 53 students selected through probability sampling using proportionate stratified random techniques. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through tests measuring students’ mastery of qawaid and their guided writing skills. Data analysis employed product-moment correlation and simple linear regression techniques. The results showed that qawaid mastery had a positive and significant influence on students' guided writing skills, with a coefficient value of 0.536. These findings indicate that strengthening Arabic grammar mastery contributes significantly to the development of guided writing abilities. Therefore, the integration of qawaid learning needs to be emphasized in the Arabic curriculum to support the optimal achievement of students’ writing competencies

    HOLDING EMPLOYEE DIPLOMAS: LEGAL IMPLICATIONS AND WORKERS' RIGHTS CONCERNS

    The detention of diplomas is carried out under the pretext that employees do not resign before the contract period ends. However, this action raises legal problems because it has the potential to violate the basic rights of workers, especially the right to private property and freedom of work. This is because every individual has the constitutional right to maintain ownership of the assets he or she legally acquires, including the results of work or income that are part of his or her personal property. If the policies or actions of the company, the government, or other parties limit or even confiscate part of the property without a clear and fair legal basis, then this can be considered a violation of the principle of non-deprivation of property without due process. This study aims to examine the practice of diploma retention from the perspective of employment law based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, as well as examine its legal implications for companies and workers. The research method used is normative juridical, with a legislative approach. The results of the study show that there is no strict provision in Law Number 13 of 2003 that allows the retention of diplomas by companies. On the contrary, the practice is contrary to the principle of protection of workers' rights regulated in the law and contrary to the principles of legal certainty and justice. Workers have the right to be actively involved in the process of drafting employment agreements through joint deliberation with employers, as stipulated in Article 52 of the Manpower Law. Diploma detention can be categorized as a form of violation of the law and the company can be subject to administrative or criminal sanctions if proven to be detrimental to workers. To overcome this, stronger and integrated law enforcement mechanisms are also needed, such as increasing the capacity and authority of labor supervisors, the establishment of special units to deal with violations of workers' rights, and the application of strict administrative and criminal sanctions against violating companies

    Fenomena pergeseran instrumen investasi syariah menjadi tren baru di kalangan generasi Z di Indonesia. Generasi ini cenderung lebih memilih menyimpan uang mereka dalam bentuk investasi syariah dibandingkan menabung di bank konvensional. Pergeseran ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk peningkatan literasi keuangan, preferensi terhadap instrumen berbasis syariah, serta kemudahan akses melalui platform digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana perubahan minat tersebut berdampak pada pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan studi pustaka sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi NVivo untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema utama dalam perubahan perilaku investasi generasi Z. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin banyak anak muda yang berinvestasi mendorong pertumbuhan investasi secara keseluruhan, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Peningkatan dana investasi syariah juga menciptakan lebih banyak lapangan pekerjaan di sektor-sektor berbasis syariah, seperti pertambangan, pertanian, dan industri barang konsumsi (barang konsumsi). Selain itu, fenomena ini berdampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional melalui peningkatan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB). Studi ini memberikan wawasan bagi pemangku kepentingan, termasuk regulator, lembaga keuangan, dan investor, untuk memahami dinamika perubahan investasi generasi Z dan bagaimana kebijakan dapat disesuaikan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pengajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di MAN 2 Kota Bengkulu dengan fokus pada pengembangan spiritualitas siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru PAI, observasi kelas, serta analisis dokumen kurikulum dan rencana pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengajaran PAI di MAN 2 Kota Bengkulu telah berjalan cukup baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu diperbaiki dalam upaya pengembangan spiritualitas siswa, seperti variasi metode pembelajaran, peningkatan peran guru dalam mentoring spiritual, serta pengintegrasian nilai-nilai agama dalam kegiatan non-akademik. Penelitian ini menyarankan peningkatan kualitas pengajaran PAI melalui pelatihan bagi guru, serta penyusunan program-program yang lebih mendalam dalam membentuk karakter spiritual siswa

    AN ANALYSIS OF ENGLISH EDUCATION STUDENTS' DIFFICULTIES AND PREFERENCES IN LEARNING GRAMMAR (A STUDY AT STAIN MAJENE)

    This research examines the difficulties and learning preferences of English Education students at STAIN Majene in mastering grammar. Despite its significance for effective communication, Indonesian students face difficulties due to differences between Indonesian and English structures. Using a mixed-method approach, the research includes semi-structured interviews with 15 students from the 2021-2023 cohorts and a questionnaire distributed to all 70 students. Findings indicate that students struggle with environmental factors (lack of practice, limited class time), psychological factors (fear of judgment, varied perceptions of grammar's importance), and linguistic factors (material complexity, tense diversity). Students preferred active learning strategies, such as interactive videos and practical exercises. This highlights the need for educators to adapt teaching methods to address these difficulties and accommodate diverse learning preferences. Implementing engaging instructional strategies can enhance student comprehension and retention of grammar, offering valuable insights for improving English education programs and guiding future research

    Legal Review of the Implementation of Human Rights in Handling Cases of Violence Against Women

    Violence against women constitutes a violation of human rights and reflects entrenched structural gender inequality. In Indonesia, despite the existence of Law No. 23/2004 on the Elimination of Domestic Violence and the ratification of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), significant challenges persist in the implementation of legal protections. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of existing legal frameworks in addressing violence against women and to identify necessary regulatory reforms. Utilizing a normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches, the study analyzes the alignment of national laws with international human rights standards. It also assesses policy implementation by examining court rulings, institutional reports, and empirical data on victim protection outcomes. The findings reveal pervasive gender bias in both regulatory provisions and law enforcement practices, which undermines victims’ access to justice. Key obstacles include the absence of a gender-sensitive legal perspective, inadequate protection mechanisms, and the limited capacity of law enforcement personnel. The study concludes that comprehensive legal reform, capacity building, and integrating a human rights-based approach are essential to establishing a more inclusive and effective legal protection system for women in Indonesia
