MATERI PENDIDIKAN AKHLAK DALAM KITAB MINHAJUL MUSLIM DAN RELEVANSINYA TERHADAP MATERI PAI SMA/SEDERAJAT KURIKULUM MERDEKA
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis materi pendidikan akhlak dalam kitab Minhajul Muslim yang merupakan hasil pemikiran dari Syaikh Abu Bakar Jabir Al-Jazairi, untuk diteliti relevansinya dengan materi PAI tingkat SMA/Sederajat kurikulum merdeka, sehingga dapat diadopsi dan diterapkan serta diambil manfaatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui library research atau penelitian literatur dengan teknik komparatif. Sumber data terdiri dari sumber data primer (pokok) dan sekunder (penunjang). Sifat penelitian berupa deskriptif kualitatif yakni sebuah metode untuk menggambarkan kondisi apa adanya tanpa memberi manipulasi pada variabel yang diteliti, data yang didapatkan kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Berdasakan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan, diketahui bahwa materi akhlak yang terdapat dalam kitab Minhajul Muslim cukup relevan dengan materi akhlak pada mata pelajaran PAI tingkat SMA/Sederajat kurikulum merdeka, oleh karena itu kitab Minhajul Muslim ini dapat diadopsi oleh para pendidik untuk menjadi rujukan dalam menjelaskan materi secara lebih luas khususnya materi akhlak, dan bagi peserta didik dapat juga menjadikannya sebagai bacaan tambahan untuk meningkatkan wawasan keilmuannya Kata kunci : Materi Akhlak, Minhajul Muslim, Al-Jazairi, Kurikulum Merdek
PROBLEMATIKA PERKAWINAN USIA DINI MASYARAKAT KABUPATEN SIDRAP
This study identifies the issue of early marriage in Sidrap Regency by exploring the factors influencing the tendency for marriage at a young age. Using qualitative research methods such as in-depth interviews and participatory observation, the author analyzes the social, economic, and cultural impacts that drive early marriage. The findings reveal that social pressure from the community, gender inequality, and limited access to education are the main factors influencing the decision to marry at an early age. Declining education levels, traditional views, and social norms that regard early marriage as a solution to economic problems further exacerbate the situation. This research provides important insights for the government and stakeholders in designing more effective policies to prevent early marriage. The findings are also expected to contribute to a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by the Sidrap community, as well as guide efforts to protect the rights of children and adolescents from early marriage
THE APPLICATION OF CORPUS TECHNOLOGY TO IMPROVE STUDENTS' READING SKILL
This research aims to determine the application of corpus technology to improve students' reading skills at SMAN 26 Bone. The participants in this research were students of class XI IPS 2 SMAN 26 Bone with a sample of 20 students selected using cluster random sampling technique. In this research, the researcher used quantitative method with pre-experimental design. In addition, the instrument used was a test where the test consisted of pre-test and post-test. In the data analysis technique, the researcher used the SPSS version 23 program. The results of this research showed that the average value of class students in the pre-test (34.75) and post-test (65.00) after being given Corpus Technology treatment. The t-test value showed that the sig. (2-tailed) of 0.00 which means 0.00 <0.05. Based on the description above, the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) of this research is accepted and the Null Hypothesis (H0) of this research is rejected. Based on this, it can be concluded that Corpus Technology is effectively used to improving students' reading skills at SMAN 26 Bone.Â
EXPLORING FAMILY-BASED ENGLISH LANGUAGE ACQUISITION IN DAILY LIFE: A NARRATIVE INQUIRY
Family-based English language learning gained attention as an alternative to formal education, yet limited research explored its practical implementation. Discrepancies existed between theoretical models of language acquisition and how families applied them at home. This study aimed to investigate how interactive learning strategies within a family environment supported English language development. Using a narrative inquiry approach focused on one multilingual family, this research explored daily practices and challenges encountered. Findings revealed that engaging in daily English conversations, utilizing multimedia, fostering self-directed learning, offering emotional support, and promoting a growth mindset significantly enhanced language acquisition. These practices reflected major theories such as Vygotsky’s Zone of Proximal Development, Mayer’s Multimedia Learning Theory, Benson’s Self-Directed Learning Framework, Krashen’s Affective Filter Hypothesis, and Dweck’s Growth Mindset Theory. Challenges included limited parental proficiency, time constraints, learner motivation fluctuations, technology access issues, and the need for careful error correction. The study concluded that family involvement, even without formal training, successfully bridged theoretical and practical gaps in language learning. Further research was recommended to examine diverse family settings and develop intervention programs to strengthen family-based learning.Â
Methodological Analysis of the Transformation of Contemporary Fiqh Muamalah Practices at Maahad Vokasional Aman Bistari Selangor
This study investigates the transformation of contemporary fiqh muamalah practices at Maahad Vokasional Aman Bistari Selangor (MVABS), focusing on the dynamics of ijtihad jamā‘ī and the methodologies of legal reasoning (istinbāṭ al-ḥukm) in addressing challenges arising from modern economic transactions. The research is driven by the need to bridge the epistemological gap between classical Islamic legal thought and the realities of digital finance and global Islamic economics. Adopting a qualitative case study design, data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, then examined using thematic analysis. The findings reveal a distinctive model of collective ijtihad that integrates maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah principles with the operational mechanisms of contemporary financial systems. This integration has resulted in a contextualized framework of fiqh muamalah that supports the formulation of adaptive legal opinions (fatāwā) aligned with modern socio-economic realities. The study’s novelty lies in demonstrating how a vocational-based pesantren can function as a living laboratory of Islamic law, producing dynamic, applicable jurisprudence while maintaining fidelity to classical traditions. Conceptually, this research contributes to the development of living fiqh theory in Islamic education, and practically, it provides a replicable model for designing responsive Islamic legal and economic governance in the digital era
KEBIJAKAN INTEGRAL PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM ANAK KORBAN KEKERASAN SEKSUAL DI SATUAN PENDIDIKAN
This study analyzes the integral policy of legal protection for child victims of sexual violence within educational institutions. The research focuses on the forms of integral policies developed by local governments to protect child victims of sexual violence in schools, as well as the innovative measures and challenges faced by the government in providing such protection. The study employs an empirical legal research method with a case study approach. Both primary and secondary data were utilized and analyzed through a qualitative descriptive method in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the government holds responsibility for protecting child victims of sexual violence in schools through affirmative policies that ensure special protection, as mandated by the Child Protection Law, the Human Rights Law, and the Sexual Violence Crime Law (UU TPKS). In essence, children are entitled to special assistance in the form of psychosocial services involving professionals across various fields to restore their mental well-being, including counseling, trauma therapy, social rehabilitation, and child mentoring. However, the implementation of psychosocial services in schools has not been effective due to several factors: the scope of protection has been limited to juridical aspects without addressing non-juridical dimensions, shortages of professional human resources, underperformance of school committees, lack of an integrated database of child victims, social stigma, low public awareness, and weak inter-institutional coordination. Efforts to enhance legal protection for child victims of sexual violence in educational institutions should be carried out through innovations in integral policies across juridical and non-juridical dimensions. This includes strengthening legal substance by establishing regional regulations on child sexual violence, improving legal structures through the creation of child support institutions in schools and supervisory committees on sexual violence, and cultivating legal culture by fostering awareness among parents, teachers, and communities. Commitment to protecting children from sexual violence must be built through effective communication among the three centers of education (family, school, and community), thereby ensuring that educational institutions become safe and child-friendly environments.Penelitian ini menganalisis kebijakan integral perlndungan hukum anak korban kekerasan seksual di satuan pendidikan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana bentuk kebijakan integral pemerintah daerah dalam melindungi anak korban kekerasan seksual di satuan pendidikan serta bagaimana upaya inovatif dan kendala yang dihadapi pemerintah dalam memberikan perlindungan hukum terhadap anak korban kekerasan seksual di satuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empriris dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case appoarch). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah bertanggung jawab dalam melindungi anak korban kekerasan seksual di satuan pendidikan melalui kebijakan afimasi dalam memberikan perlindungan khusus bagi anak korban kekerasan seksual sebagaimana telah diatur dalam UU Perlindungan Anak, UU HAM dan UU TPKS yang intinya anak berhak atas pendampingan khusus dalam bentuk layanan psikososial dengan pelibatan berbagai bidang porfesional untuk memulihkan mental anak seperti konseling, terapi trauma, rehabilitasi sosial, dan pendampingan anak. Namun, pelaksanaan layanan psikososial terhadap anak korban kekerasan seksual di satuan pendidikan belum berjalan efektif disebabkan scipe perlindungan pada asepk yuridis saja belum pada aspek non yuridis, keterbatasan SDM tenaga professional, belum optimalnya komite pendidikan, belum adanya data terpadu anak korban kekerasan di satuan pendidikan, stigma sosial, rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat serta lemahnya koordinasi antar instansi. Upaya perlindungan hukum terhadap anak korban kekerasan seksual di satuan pendidikan melalui inovasi kebijakan integral pada aspek yuridis dan non yuridis melalui penataan pada subtansi hukum khususnya pembentukan perda kekerasan seksual anak, sedangkan aspek struktur hukum mencakup pembentukan lembaga pendamping anak di sekolah serta komite pengawas kekerasan seksual dan terakhir aspek budaya hukum perlunya kesadaran hukum orang tua, guru, masyarakat untuk berkomitmen melindungi anak dari kekerasan seksual melalui komunikasi efektif tri pusat pendidikan sehingga terwujudnya lembaga pendidikan yang ramah dan layak bagi anak
Assessing The Effectiveness Of Differentiated Instruction In Reading Skills Learning: Its Impact On Student Motivation
This research is motivated by heterogeneous class conditions, especially in Arabic language learning, where students' abilities significantly differ. This difference is especially seen between students with a background in Islamic boarding school education and those without, thus requiring a learning approach responsive to this diversity. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of differentiated learning in Arabic language learning, especially reading skills, and to analyze its impact on students' intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. The method used is quantitative research with a pre-experimental one-group pretest post-test type design. The subjects of this study were 24 students of class XI IPS who had followed the differentiated learning process. The main instrument was a motivation questionnaire compiled based on Gardner and Lambert's theory and observations during the learning process. Differentiated learning was implemented by dividing students into three groups (superior, medium, and low) based on the initial diagnostic assessment. Adjustments were made to the context of the reading text and trigger questions as an implementation of the process differentiation.
The data analysis showed a significant difference between the pretest and post- test scores of students' learning motivation, as evidenced by the Paired Samples t-test with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). This finding indicates that the application of differentiated learning effectively increases students' learning motivation and improves Arabic reading skills. These findings confirm that adaptive and student-centered learning strategies are essential to creating meaningful learning experiences. Differentiated learning is effective in increasing students' learning motivation. With this approach, students become more active in asking questions without feeling inferior to their smarter friends. They also show higher persistence in completing assignments despite facing challenges because the level of difficulty of the material is adjusted to their respective abilities. In addition, differentiated learning also contributes significantly to strengthening students' reading skills
Analisis Kesulitan Belajar Bahasa Arab: Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Semester IV Program Studi PAI IAIN Parepare
Arabic is a language rich in rules, structures, and vocabulary. It is also one of the oldest languages in the world. As Muslims, we are obligated to understand Arabic. The Quran, the guide to life for Muslims, was revealed in Arabic. It is impossible for us to understand the Quran without mastering Arabic. This study aims to identify various difficulties in learning Arabic among fourth-semester students of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Study Program at IAIN Parepare. These difficulties will be analyzed and then solutions will be proposed. This is a qualitative study using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using inductive and deductive methods, giving meaning to the collected data, and then drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Factors contributing to difficulties in learning Arabic among fourth-semester students of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Study Program at IAIN Parepare include educators, students, educational background, limited vocabulary, methods, media, time, facilities, environment, physiological factors, and psychological factors. 2) Efforts to overcome difficulties in learning Arabic in the PAI Study Program at IAIN Parepare include Arabic language tutoring, attracting student interest, providing attention, creating a pleasant atmosphere, providing adequate facilities and infrastructure, practicing Arabic language courses, holding learning activities and creating Arabic language study groupsBahasa Arab merupakan bahasa yang kaya akan kaidah, struktur dan kosakata. Bahasa Arab juga merupakan salah satu bahasa tertua di dunia. Sebagai umat Islam, kita wajib memahami Bahasa Arab. Sebab Al-qur’an yang menjadi pedoman hidup umat Islam diturunkan dengan menggunakan Bahasa Arab. Mustahil bagi kita dapat memahami kandungan Al-qur’an tanpa menguasai Bahasa Arab.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai kesulitan belajar Bahasa Arab pada mahasiswa semester IV Program Studi PAI IAIN Parepare. Kesulitan-kesulitan tersebut akan dianalisis kemudian diberi solusi untuk mengatasinya.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode induktif dan deduktif dan memberi makna terhadap data yang berhasil dikumpulkan. kemudian ditarik kesimpulan.
Hasil Penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Faktor kesulitan belajar Bahasa Arab pada mahasiswa semester IV Program Studi PAI IAIN Parepare antara lain faktor dosen, mahasiswa, latar belakang pendidikan, minimnya kosakata, metode, media, waktu, fasilitas, lingkungan, fisiologis dan psikologis. 2) Upaya mengatasi kesulitan belajar Bahasa Arab Program Studi PAI IAIN Parepare yaitu bimbingan belajar Bahasa Arab, menarik minat mahasiswa, perhatian, menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan, pengadaan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, mempraktikan mata kuliah Bahasa Arab, mengadakan kegiatan belajar dan membuat kelompok belajar Bahasa Ara
ENHANCING SPIRITUAL COGNITION: BRUNEIAN MUSLIMS’ HOLISTIC ENGAGEMENT WITH QIRAAT PROFILES OF SURAH AL-FATIHAH AND YASIN
This study examines the perceptions and attitudes of the Muslim community in Brunei Darussalam regarding the official development of the 10 Qirā’āt profile for the foundational Qur'anic chapters, Surah Al-Fatihah and Surah Yasin. These two Surahs are central to daily Muslim devotion, necessitating an understanding of the legal status (Hukm) and standardization of their authenticated recitation variations ('Ilm Qirā’āt). Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected using a questionnaire administered to 69 respondents to assess their levels of awareness, knowledge, interest, and views towards this profiling initiative. The findings indicate a significant dichotomy: while respondents generally exhibit a moderate level of knowledge regarding the specific variations within 'Ilm Qirā’āt, they overwhelmingly express a strong interest and positive attitude towards the Qirā’āt profiling effort. A substantial majority of the community supports the dissemination and formal introduction of the profile across various platforms, specifically highlighting mass media channels for wider reach. The implications suggest a clear mandate for structured, collaborative action. Religious authorities, educational institutions, and media entities must systematically coordinate promotional and educational programs to bridge the existing knowledge gap. Such efforts are crucial not only for preserving the authoritative knowledge of the Qirā’āt tradition but also for ensuring its accurate practice, thereby strengthening the Bruneian Muslim community's comprehensive appreciation of the Holy Qur'an
MENUMBUHKAN MODERASI BERAGAMA SEJAK DINI: PERAN EDUKATIF GURU PAI di SMP MUHAMMADIYAH 3 KUTOREJO MOJOKERTO
This research was carried out with the aim of describing and analyzing the role, process and results of instilling religious motherhood attitudes by PAI teachers in students at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Kutorejo. This research applies qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects of the study were PAI teachers and students of Muhammadiyah 3 Kutorejo Junior High School. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collection technique goes through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that: First, the role of PAI teachers in instilling religious moderation attitudes in students at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Kutorejo is as: educators, supervisors, role models. The second process of cultivating religious moderation attitudes at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Kutorejo is through: PAI learning materials on moderate attitudes, morning habit of Dhuha prayers and reading short letters, Sunday Morning Public Recitation (PUAP), Gemajusa/BTQ, Darul Arqom. The three results of instilling a moderation attitude in students are: punctuality during worship, high social concern, growth of tolerance, and obedience and obedience to school regulations, accommodating to local culture
