    Status Hukum Nafkah Bagi Anak Angkat: Studi Kritis Prinsip Fikih dan Regulasi Nasional

    The process of child adoption, principally, adoptive parents have an inherent obligation to provide for the adopted child, including daily basic needs, education, and healthcare.  This obligation includes fulfilling basic daily needs such as clothing, food, and shelter, as well as ensuring the child’s education and healthcare. The fulfillment of these needs is not only material but also encompasses care, affection, and moral guidance so that the child can grow and develop optimally. This responsibility is comprehensive and must be carried out continuously to ensure the welfare and future of the adopted child, allowing them to have equal opportunities as other children. However, in practice, the implementation of this financial obligation often encounters various challenges. Some adoptive parents do not fully understand the responsibilities attached to their status as caregivers, resulting in the financial support not being provided adequately. On the other hand, economic limitations are also a major factor that hinders the optimal fulfillment of the adopted child’s needs. This indicates a gap between the legal provisions and the practices occurring in the field. Therefore, this research was conducted to thoroughly examine the practice of child adoption and the implementation of financial responsibilities using an empirical legal research method with a case study approach. The research findings indicate that the majority of child adoptions are carried out informally without court approval, while the provision of financial support generally follows the principles of Islamic law and the positive legal framework in Indonesia.   Pada prinsipnya, dalam proses pengangkatan anak, kewajiban memberikan nafkah kepada anak angkat merupakan tanggung jawab yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari peran orang tua angkat. Kewajiban ini meliputi pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari seperti sandang, pangan, dan papan, serta aspek pendidikan dan pemeliharaan kesehatan anak. Pemenuhan tersebut tidak hanya bersifat materiil, tetapi juga mencakup perhatian, kasih sayang, dan pembinaan moral agar anak dapat tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal. Tanggung jawab ini bersifat menyeluruh dan harus dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan demi menjamin kesejahteraan serta masa depan anak yang diangkat, sehingga ia memiliki kesempatan yang sama dengan anak-anak lainnya.  Namun, dalam praktiknya, pelaksanaan kewajiban nafkah ini sering kali menghadapi berbagai kendala. Beberapa orang tua angkat tidak sepenuhnya memahami tanggung jawab yang melekat pada status mereka sebagai pengasuh, sehingga kewajiban nafkah tidak dilaksanakan secara maksimal. Di sisi lain, keterbatasan ekonomi juga menjadi faktor utama yang menyebabkan pemenuhan kebutuhan anak angkat tidak dapat dilakukan secara optimal. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara ketentuan hukum dengan praktik yang terjadi di lapangan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam praktik pengangkatan anak dan pelaksanaan kewajiban nafkah, menggunakan metode hukum empiris dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pengangkatan anak dilakukan secara nonformal tanpa penetapan pengadilan, sementara pemberian nafkah umumnya mengikuti prinsip hukum Islam dan ketentuan hukum positif di Indonesia

    Perkembangan teknologi keuangan telah memudahkan akses masyarakat terhadap layanan pinjaman online, termasuk di kalangan mahasiswa. Fenomena ini menarik perhatian karena semakin banyak mahasiswa, khususnya di Universitas Negeri Medan yang memanfaatkan layanan ini untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akademik dan pribadi. Pinjaman online memiliki risiko besar seperti bunga tinggi, gagal bayar, serta penyalahgunaan data pribadi. Dalam perspektif aqidah Islam, transaksi yang mengandung riba dilarang karena dapat merugikan individu dan bertentangan dengan prinsip keuangan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku mahasiswa Muslim dalam menggunakan aplikasi pinjaman online serta sejauh mana pemahaman aqidah Islam memengaruhi keputusan mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun mayoritas mahasiswa memahami bahwa pinjaman berbunga tinggi mengandung riba dan dilarang dalam Islam, banyak yang tetap menggunakannya karena faktor ekonomi, sosial, dan kurangnya alternatif keuangan syariah. Beberapa mahasiswa menyatakan bahwa tekanan finansial membuat mereka mencari solusi instan tanpa mempertimbangkan konsekuens. Sebagai langkah solutif, penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan literasi keuangan Islam di kalangan mahasiswa, penyediaan alternatif keuangan syariah, serta edukasi mengenai pengelolaan keuangan yang bertanggung jawab. Kesadaran akan pentingnya memilih solusi finansial yang sesuai dengan prinsip Islam harus ditingkatkan untuk mencegah mahasiswa terjerat dalam utang berbunga tinggi

    Entering the era of Society 5.0, the world of education is required to be able to integrate technological advances with humanistic values ​​in order to create a more inclusive and adaptive learning ecosystem. This study aims to explore the principal's leadership strategy in developing a humanistic educational approach integrated with digital technology at SMPN 4 Bataguh. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the principal plays a central role as an agent of change, who not only directs the use of technology in learning, but also ensures the integration of ethical values, empathy, and character in every aspect of teaching and learning activities. The strategies implemented include developing a digital-based leadership vision, strengthening digital culture in schools, and ongoing training for teachers. These findings confirm that visionary and adaptive leadership is key to building education that is relevant to the demands of the 21st century and remains based on human values.Memasuki era Society 5.0, dunia pendidikan dituntut untuk mampu memadukan kemajuan teknologi dengan nilai-nilai humanis agar tercipta ekosistem pembelajaran yang lebih inklusif dan adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan pendekatan pendidikan humanis yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi digital di SMPN 4 Bataguh. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memegang peranan sentral sebagai agen perubahan, yang tidak hanya mengarahkan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, tetapi juga memastikan adanya integrasi nilai-nilai etika, empati, dan karakter dalam setiap aspek kegiatan belajar mengajar. Strategi yang diterapkan antara lain mengembangkan visi kepemimpinan berbasis digital, memperkuat budaya digital di sekolah, dan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru.     The K-Pop phenomenon has become part of global popular culture, including in Indonesia. The music, dance, fashion, and lifestyle introduced by K-Pop idols are widely followed by their fans, especially among teenagers and students. In Islam, idolizing someone is allowed, but with clear limitations. This study aims to see the extent of K-Pop's influence on the faith aspects of Muslim students who are fans of K-Pop, and how they are influenced by K-Pop. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach and survey method to analyze the faith of Muslim students at Medan State University who are fans of K-Pop. The population in this study were Muslim students who were fans of K-Pop. The sample of this study was 25 Muslim students who met the criteria as K-Pop fans. The majority of respondents have a fairly good level of awareness in practicing Islamic teachings in their daily lives. Most respondents routinely perform the five daily prayers, maintain relationships according to Islamic teachings, and try to prioritize Islamic values in their lives. However, there are still some individuals who are not fully consistent in carrying out their worship and need to get further motivation and education to be more consistent in carrying out their religious obligations

    This study aims to explore the role of Muhammadiyah in fostering interethnic harmony between the Muslim Dayak and Banjar communities in South Kalimantan through Islamic education. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method, the research relies primarily on document analysis, supported by limited informal interviews. The data reveal that Muhammadiyah employs da’wah bil hal -a practical and socially responsive approach- as a key strategy to empower Dayak converts and promote social interaction with the Banjar community. Through inclusive educational programs and culturally sensitive outreach, Muhammadiyah has contributed to building intercultural dialogue, enhancing social solidarity, and supporting grassroots integration in a multiethnic society.Â

    Criminal Sanctions for Perpetrators of Defamation: An Islamic Criminal Law Perspective

    This study explores criminal sanctions for defamation offenders from the Islamic criminal law perspective, focusing on applying maqÄá¹£id al-sharī‘ah as a normative foundation. The objective is to compare the restorative justice-oriented approach of Islamic criminal law with Indonesia's positive law, particularly the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE), which regulates defamation in the digital era. Using a normative juridical method, the research analyzes primary and secondary legal sources to extract relevant principles. The findings reveal that Islamic criminal law employs ta'zir sanctions, which are flexible and oriented toward restoring social harmony, contrasting with the retributive approach of Indonesia's positive law that often leads to legal uncertainty and risks to freedom of expression. Moreover, Islamic criminal law offers mediation and reconciliation-based solutions to mitigate the social impact of defamation. This study suggests integrating the principles of maqÄá¹£id al-sharī‘ah into Indonesia's positive legal framework to create more just and balanced regulations. These findings are relevant for policymakers in addressing legal challenges in the digital era and encourage the development of more inclusive approaches to defamation cases

    Cyber PPAT and Legal Certainty in Indonesia’s Electronic Land Certification System

    The digitalization of land registration in Indonesia, particularly through electronic land certificates, reflects a major reform in legal and administrative governance. This study examines the evolving role of the Land Deed Official (PPAT) in ensuring legal certainty amid the transition from conventional to electronic land certification. Employing a normative-empirical legal approach and case study in Bekasi Regency, the research explores how PPAT adapts to digital platforms while maintaining legal compliance. Findings reveal that electronic certification enhances efficiency, transparency, and security. However, its implementation faces significant challenges, including fragmented data systems, inadequate infrastructure, limited digital literacy, and the absence of specific legal norms regulating PPAT’s digital responsibilities. To address this gap, the study introduces the concept of “Cyber PPATâ€â€”a redefined legal actor equipped with both legal and digital competencies. This study contributes to the discourse on land administration reform by underscoring the need for harmonized regulations, improved infrastructure, and institutional readiness. It emphasizes that legal certainty in digital land governance depends not only on technology but on the strength of the legal framework and institutional trust supporting it

    Dasar Pemberat Dan Peringan Tindak Pidana Narkotika Anak Dalam Putusan Pengadilan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dasar hukum yang menjadi landasan bagi hakim dalam mempertimbangkan alasan pemberat dan peringan dalam tindak pidana narkotika, sebagaimana diatur dalam putusan pengadilan. Tindak pidana narkotika merupakan salah satu bentuk kejahatan yang memiliki dampak serius terhadap masyarakat dan memerlukan penanganan yang tegas namun tetap berkeadilan. Dalam menjatuhkan putusan, hakim mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang memberatkan, seperti peran pelaku dalam jaringan peredaran narkotika, dampak terhadap korban atau masyarakat, serta tingkat kerugian yang ditimbulkan. Sementara itu, alasan peringan dapat mencakup pengakuan bersalah, sikap kooperatif selama proses hukum, serta keadaan pribadi pelaku seperti usia muda atau tekanan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan menganalisis peraturan perundang-undangan yang relevan, seperti Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika, serta studi kasus terhadap putusan-putusan pengadilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dasar hukum alasan pemberat dan peringan diatur secara eksplisit dan implisit dalam undang-undang, namun implementasinya sering kali dipengaruhi oleh interpretasi hakim. Dalam hal tersebut, pemidanaan tindak pidana narkotika di Indonesia diatur dalam UU Narkotika dengan mempertimbangkan faktor pemberatan dan peringanan hukuman. Pemberatan diberikan jika pelaku berperan besar dalam peredaran narkotika, melibatkan anak-anak, atau menyebabkan dampak sosial luas. Sementara itu, peringanan diberikan untuk pelaku yang kooperatif, menyesali perbuatannya, atau dianggap korban yang membutuhkan rehabilitasiÂ

    This research aims to determine the effect of using mind mapping on fi'il learning at MA Al-Khairiyah. It employs a quantitative approach with an experimental method using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consists of 30 tenth-grade students from MA Al-Khairiyah. This design does not require a control and experimental class; instead, it involves a single class that undergoes a pretest, treatment, and posttest. Before the treatment, students were given 10 questions as a pretest. In the next session, learning was conducted using mind mapping, after which students' comprehension was assessed through a posttest. The posttest results were then compared to the pretest results to determine whether there was an improvement or decline. The data collection techniques used in this research include observation, interviews, and tests. The findings prove that fi'il learning using mind mapping has a significant effect, as evident in the improvement of students' learning outcomes. This is supported by the pretest score of 46.6 and the posttest score of 83.3. Furthermore, the t-test results show that the calculated t value (10.58) is greater than the critical t value (1.699), indicating that Hâ‚€ is rejected and Hâ‚ is accepted.     This article discusses the origins of Arabic from a theoretical perspective by examining various linguistic theories and developing religious views. Arabic as part of the Semitic clan has a long history that is closely related to the development of civilization in the Arabian Peninsula. With a literature study approach, this article explores popular theories about the origins of human language, such as divine theory, onomatopoetic theory, interjection theory, social pressure theory, and others, and relates it to the development of the Arabic language. In addition, this article discusses two main views on the origin of Arabic, namely that the language originated from the time of the Prophet Adam AS or developed from the Semitic language family. The results of the study show that the Arabic language has a rich phonetic system and distinctive structure, as well as a privileged position in the context of religion, culture, and history of Muslims. Based on theoretical studies, there are two main opinions about its origins: first, that Arabic originated from the Prophet Adam AS, and second, that Arabic evolved from an older branch of the Afrosiatic-Semic family.
