Haematological Characteristics of Clarias gariepinus Exposed to Graded Levels of Dexamethasone
A feeding trial was conducted for seventy days in order to evaluate the effect of dexamethasone on the haematological parameters of Clarias gariepinus juveniles. The fish were fed with diets containing four different levels of inclusion of dexamethasone which were: 3mg/kg, 6mg/kg, 9mg/kg and 12mg/kg. However, the diet fed to the fish as the control had no inclusion of the additive. At the end of the experiment, blood samples were obtained from all the treatments and were analyzed to determine their haematological parameters and electrolyte composition. The study revealed that Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and packed cell volume (PCV) were not significantly different from those of the control except in the treatment fed with diet containing 6mg/kg of dexamethasone (p˂0.005). Also, red blood cell counts (RBC) in all treatments differed significantly from the control except in the one fed with a diet containing 12mg/kg of the additive (p˂0.005). The white blood cell counts (WBC) in all treatments differed significantly (p˂0.005) from and were higher than that of the control except in the one fed with a diet containing 9mg/kg of the additive. Haemoglobin concentrations were also not significantly different (p˂0.005) from that of the control in all the treatments. In addition to that, blood sodium levels in all treatments were significantly different from that of the control, while calcium concentrations only differed significantly from the control in fish fed with diets having 3mg/kg, 6mg/kg and 12mg/kg inclusions of dexamethasone respectively (p˂0.005). Moreover, blood magnesium and potassium levels in all treatments were not significantly different from that of the control (p˂0.005). This study has therefore shown that the doses of dexamethasone included in the diets of C. gariepinus juveniles induced some changes in the haematological characteristics and ionic composition of their blood and could consequently induce negative changes in their physiology and health status.

The questionnaires were reviewed, coded and analyzed by the Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS), and the arithmetic means and standard deviations were used to describe the study sample opinions and trends on the effect of applying ESR on the performance of health organizations. As well, the Pearson correlation and Alpha Cronbach coefficient were used to test the validity of the tool and the stability of the tool, respectively. The results of this study revealed that the application of ESR providing a feeling of safety and confidence in the hospital, along with its contribution in motivating the employees to develop and improve. Furthermore, the adherence to the ESR leads to raising the level of hospital personnel and boosting the focus on providing an appropriate environment for its employees. Analysis of the influence of economic factors on the dynamics of interest rates of banks on loans
The banking system as a component of the financial system of any country plays a decisive role in its economic development. The main functions of banks are the mobilization of temporarily free funds and their placement on their own behalf and at their own expense on the basis of repayment, urgency and payment in the form of lending to the state, legal entities and individuals, in conducting financial calculations and the formation of the payment system of the state, the implementation of monetary issues in bank and deposit forms, etc. As you know, banking institutions are intermediaries between the owners of funds and their users. At the same time, the status of the bank serves as a kind of guarantee of the preservation and return of funds to the owners for a specified period of time. Banking activity is characterized by multiple excess of borrowed funds in comparison with own capital, therefore operations are carried out mainly due to attraction of funds, and not of own capital of banks. Therefore, banking activity primarily involves control activities aimed at forming interest rates on credit and deposit transactions. However, today's instability of the political situation, as well as the rather rapid growth of the market of credit and deposit services, form the environment for the emergence of interest risk. In this regard, the differentiation of interest rates among the most urgent issues of the banking sector of Ukraine, which needs to be studied in more detail, is now. It is the dynamics of changes in interest rates on loans and deposits of Ukrainian banks and is the subject of study of this work. The purpose of the study of the subject of this course work is to identify the real factors that influence the dynamics of the level of interest rates on credit and deposit operations of commercial banks of Ukraine, as well as the identification of possible interest risks and finding ways to protect them. The tasks of the work are: - study of theoretical materials, in which the content of this topic is revealed; - analysis of the dynamics of the level of interest rates of commercial banks; - research on the factors influencing the differentiation of interest rates; - research of risk aspects arising in the process of differentiation; - finding ways to overcome interest rates. The topic of differentiation of the interest rate has not been considered by such domestic scientists as Kovalenko VV, Lagutin VD, Stoyko O.Ya., Butinets F.F., Gerasimovich AM, Alekseenko M.D., Parasi- Vergulenko IM, Moroz A. M., Savluk M. I., Pukhovkina M. F. The study of the differentiation of interest rates are very important in the process of forming interest in both credit and deposit operations. It is these studies that help to identify the risk factor and problems that already exist and adversely affect banking, find effective ways to overcome all negative aspects. What will further enable employees of banking institutions to respond promptly to the occurrence of certain complications in the process of work and eliminate them

Natural sweeteners are preferable over artificial sweeteners because of its nutritional benefits, it Is of a great interest to research on replacement of artificial sweeteners with natural sweeteners. The self produced natural sweeteners was extracted from there various plant sources and they are date syrup, grape sugar alcohol, honey, coconut sugar and Jaggery. Further analysis were carried out on some of these natural sweeteners such as total sugar content determination using refractometer, reducing sugar determination using Benedict reagents and sensory evaluation test. The results of these analysis that was carried out on some of these natural sweeteners are as follows, for total sugar content determination, the results of date syrup, coconut sugar, honey, grape sugar alcohol and Jaggery are 83.17,84.83,81.85, 8.12 and 17.90 respectively. Benedict test that was carried out were determined by there colour change during heating process, were the colourchanges from colourless solution to either blue, orange, red PPT, and greenish yellow PPT, the results on the sweeteners shows blue, brick red PPT, green yellow PPT, orange and blue for coconut sugar, date sugar, Jaggery sugar, honey and grape sugar alcohol respectively while the sensory evaluation test that was carried out by volunteered persons results at 10%,1%,0.1% and 0.01% only grape sugar alcohols that maintain it's baseline test at 0.01%% while other samples are tasteless at 0.01%.natural sweeteners are highly nutritive and maintains it's vitamins even after processing.
