Get PDFViolence occurred in many stadiums during and after sports matches. The champions were fans of different sports teams. Violence took many forms. Some are of a physical nature (beatings and smashing vehicles and playground equipment), some are verbal (such as insults, insults, low chants), others are symbolic (with racist gestures and slogans), and sometimes go beyond the sport to take on political dimensions. Violence in stadiums has motive reasons behind its continuous growth. The effect of developing sensory receptors on the performance level of motor sentence on still rings among students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Palestine Technical University
Get PDFThe study aimed to know the effect of developing sensory receptors (visual - physical) on the performance level of motor sentence on still rings among students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Palestine Technical University. To achieve this, the study was conducted on purposive sample of ( 40 ) students from gymnastics course in physical education department. The researchers used the experimental method, According to the experimental design and the study variables, the researchers used statistical tests: mean standard deviation, skewedness and T test. The results showed, after applying the training program to the members of the experimental group and the regular program to the members of the control group, that the proposed training program for sensory receptors, which the experimental group was exposed to, has a positive and effective effect in developing static and dynamic balance and related to the level of skill performance of the motor sentence on motor sentence on still rings. The researchers recommend the need to increase attention to the development of sensory receptors, which appear clearly in balance, which plays an important role in improving the level of skill performance in gymnastics, and they also recommend the need to conduct similar studies to identify the effect of sensory receptors on gender and different ages
The reality of using information and communication technology to support knowledge sharing in international airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: a case study
Get PDFThe study aimed at identifying the reality of the use of information and communication technology to support knowledge sharing in international airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By applying a case study to those Saudi airports in the field of transportation; To know the status quo using information and communication technology (ICT) in supporting knowledge sharing in those airports of great economic importance in the Kingdom. And it was conducted as a survey study in order to know the reality through one of the scientific research tools, which is the questionnaire. The study relied on the descriptive survey method. The study population consisted of (463) managers, and a random sample of (231) managers was selected. Data of (135) questionnaires were analyzed, and they were retrieved after distributing (231) questionnaires. After analyzing the data he collected, the study concluded a set of results about the reality of using information and communication technology in support of knowledge sharing, the most important of which are: The reality of using information and communication technology in international airports in the Kingdom is going positively, as the application of information and communication technology contributes to supporting the participation of administrations airports under study; Especially using applications and networks such as e-mail and WhatsApp, and networks: the Internet, the intranet, and the extranet. The study revealed that there are best practices for applying information and communication technology in support of knowledge sharing; Including the practice of recording and documenting ideas and suggestions in meetings to share them with one of the media and communication technology. The use of WhatsApp, the Internet, the Intranet, and the Extranet in facilitating the exchange, transfer and sharing of knowledge among workers, as well as workers’ acquisition of new experiences and knowledge through the means of information and communication technology in sharing knowledge, the most important of which are: weak infrastructure and adequate technical support for media and communication technology, The working individuals lack sufficient skills to use the means and tools of information and communication technology. The study recommended the need for the senior management of each airport to enhance the awareness and awareness aspect of the importance of the role of information and communication technology in supporting knowledge sharing, and to pay attention to the development of tools, means, applications and networks of information and communication technology used in knowledge sharing, and to overcome the difficulties and obstacles facing the application of information and communication technology in knowledge sharing. Develop flexible internal policies and procedures at international airports administrations that allow all employees to use information and communication technology to share knowledge. The researchers also recommend conducting more studies related to the subject of the study with the aim of enriching Arab intellectual production on the use of information and communication technology in support of knowledge sharing in organizations
The impact of Human Resources Management (development and training, motivation, performance evaluation) on achieving entrepreneurship for Public Hospital administrations in the Najran region of Saudi Arabia
Get PDFThe study aimed to learn about the role of human resource management (development, training, motivation, performance evaluation) and to achieve the management of the work of the hospitals in the Najarn region of Saudi Arabia. The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach that helps describe the heterologies and axes of the study on the ground and to show the relationships in it, and to link the results of the analysis used to detect interactions between the hetero study in a logical scientific method. The study community included administrative staff in public hospitals in the Najarn region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, numbering about 3,500 employees, where a random sample of the Al-Arsa community consisted of (325) employees was selected, and the data was collected from them using a questionnaire and then analyzed using (SPSS) to reach the results. The study reached several results, the most important of which is the presence of a high degree of appreciation for human resources management in public hospitals in the Najarn region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in order to the efficiency of its dimensions (development and training, motivation, performance evaluation). The results of the study also indicated a statistical impact of human resource management on the investigation of the work of the management of the hospitals in the Najarn region. In light of the results, the study recommends strengthening the management of human resources in the common hospitals in the Najarn region in Saudi Arabia

The questionnaire was prepared, and a set of conclusions were drawn about the reality of the practice of knowledge sharing, the impact of knowledge sharing, and the facilities provided by the International Consulting Corporations to support knowledge sharing. Additionally, challenges prevent knowledge sharing were also investigated and studied. Study was also conducted to explore any actual applied model for knowledge sharing with the set of recommendations by adopting application of knowledge sharing as an entry point for developing and improving individual and institutional performances. This study will bring many benefits to the above institutions; the most important ones are: increasing their ability to adapt to the changes taking place in their surroundings, increasing their ability to meet the needs of the surrounding community, increasing their creativity and innovation capabilities, making good investment of information and knowledge acquired by the employees and making them valuable through their participation and opinions. The idea of discrimination and its impact on tort liability in Palestinian legislation
Get PDFThis study focuses on the question of tort liability for damages committed by an underage, especially when he or she is not under the control of a third party, and if the tort liability means that, in the event of harm, it must be compensated, does this mean that an underage is held liable to the extent that he or she causes harm to another person regardless of age or mental state? The exercise of the discretionary responsibility of the distinguished underage for all his or her harmful acts is recognized in jurisprudence and law. s responsibility has been discussed in depth in its jurisprudence and judiciary, this entailed differing status legislation on this issue, and some of the legislation discriminated a condition for the omission. Another aspect does not require discrimination, applying how Palestinian legislation establishes the discretionary liability of privileged underages. What is his position on the extent to which this responsibility is incumbent upon the unmarked underage? Accordingly, the study reviewed the underage's derogatory liability for wrongful acts in the Journal of Judicial Provisions, thus addressing the underage's tort liability for wrongful acts in the Civil Offences Act and the Palestinian Civil Code Bill. Therefore, after reviewing the items of the study that are the subject of the response to the study's problem, the study concluded that the Journal of Judicial Provisions does not establish the requirement of discrimination for the performance of default liability. There is no difference between a distinct underage or a non-distinctive underage, where it is required to establish tort liability or guarantee that the underage has to do directly or cause, in direct terms, it has made the immediate underage a guarantor, even if he did not intend and deliberately do so, it guarantees damage. As for the cause, the underage causing intentional harm is required to be a guarantor of the injury inflicted on others. We found that the Code of Judicial Provisions does not assess or know the responsibility of the supervisory officer. Nor did it specify a specific age of discrimination, and we concluded that an undisclosed underage would be liable for any wrongful act. Nor did the magazine explicitly provide for liability for the actions of another, Since the magazine based its warranty on a no-harm-no-damage rule, A underage is liable for the harm he or she causes either by his or her act or as a guardian of the object. On the other hand, the Civil Offences Act did not require discrimination against underage, He asserted that a civil offense is not brought against a person who committed it under the age of 2. Unlike the Palestinian Civil Code bill that made the notion of discrimination liable for default, Where the age of discrimination is set at seven years, who is considered to be distinctive and therefore responsible for his harmful act, whether personal or other or for doing something in his custody. Those who do not do it are considered non-distinctive and the origin is not responsible for it. University Teachers’ Perceptions of Online Assessment during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Lebanon
Get PDFAfter the Covid-19 pandemic forced universities worldwide to adopt remote learning, several studies on student perceptions of online assessment were conducted. However, only a small number of research addressed the perceptions of teachers. This study aims to fill this gap by exploring and reporting on the perceptions of teachers in the Faculty of Pedagogy/Education at the Lebanese University of online assessment during country’s first lockdown in the spring of 2020. Participants were 10 teachers from four different departments. Data were collected online through individual interviews. Findings reveal that participants received limited training to conduct classes online, and no training to assess their students. Moreover, because of their lack of guidance on how to implement diagnostic, formative, ipsative, and summative assessments online, almost all participants chose not to use online quizzes and exams to assess validity, reliability, and other practical elements. Instead, they used projects, oral presentations, reflection papers, and performances as assessment tools. Consequently, participants reported being very satisfied with the university’s decision to administer final exams in-person and on campus, all the participants agreed that this practice should be used in the fall of 2020-2021 in case remote or blended learning are maintained
