This study came to raise the issue of compensation for traffic accidents, collision between cars and work injuries, or at the international level in particular, to address a basic and legal issue related to the extent of the victim’s contribution to causing damage and its impact on the estimation of compensation, especially in the case of multiple responsible for the damage in Palestine. This determines the liability of the air or sea carrier in the event of the damage occurring and there is a fault on the part of the traveler, the exporter of goods, or the importer. And in order for us to clarify the role of the judge in estimating the amount of compensation when the act of the injured person participates in the production of the damage by choosing the appropriate solutions, either he shall rule for full compensation or to rule for incomplete compensation, or not to rule for compensation. As it is often difficult for the judge to determine the responsibility of explaining each of the The injured and the defendant, and it is also difficult for him to rate the contribution of each of them to the production of the damage, the lesson in that is the availability and preponderance of the causal relationship between the act of the injured and the defendant on the one hand and the damage caused. direct and offender. And then addressing the responsibility of the contractor and the engineer according to the nature of the obligation and its impact on them. In order to review the legal impact according to the causes of the damage and its impact on the right to compensation, in terms of legal adaptation to the commitment of multiple actors to compensate the aggrieved and the criterion for the distribution of responsibility. And then the extent of the injured person’s contribution to causing harm and its impact on the assessment of compensation. And if this is the basic division of the research material that came in a way that covered all the details and details of the subject, and after reviewing all the axes of the study in line with the answer to the problem of the study, the study concluded that what is happening who is injured and contributes to causing the harm so as to have an impact on the value of the compensation, which is considered legal when the act of the injured party is unlawful, or the action of the injured party is not an inevitable result of the action of the defendant, and also that the act of others is not provoked by the injured party   &nbsp

We have A Three Dataset Heart Attack Analysis and Prediction and the other one is cardiovascular disease and the last one is Car price Prediction. We used These Dataset to make a machine Learning Algorithms and deep learning Model. The medical industry generates a tremendous quantity of data, known to as "big data," it includes hidden information or tendencies which can be used to make a decision. The large amount of data is used to make more accurate decisions than intuition. Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) identifies errors, locates necessary data, confirms assumptions, and discovers the relationship between explanatory factors. In this context, EDA is defined as data analysis without conclusions or statistical modelling. Analytics is a crucial skill for each career since it predicts the future and discovers underlying patterns. In the recent past, data analytics was deemed a cost-effective technology, and it now plays a major role in healthcare, encompassing new study discoveries, emergency scenarios, and disease outbreaks. In healthcare, analytics improve healthcare by facilitating preventive care, and EDA is a key step in data. The risk factors for cardiovascular disease are discussed

Data were collected on Monday, March 9th, 2021, through self-administered questionnaires that 740 surveys were distributed, and only 544 patients participated in the survey. The data finished collecting on April 1st, 2021. Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) was used to analyze the data. Overall, 544 respondents completed the survey. This study clearly shows that access to health care services is a significant concern that accessibility of physical therapy was confirmed by 36.6%. Low accessibility due to the high cost of physical therapy was reported by 36.9% of patients included. Accessibility to physical therapy upon need was not written in a high frequency 30% versus 29.6% as not sure. Accessibility to facilities was highly reported by 29.6%; insurance companies enhancing accessibility to physical therapy was not approved by the majority of the included participants 37.1%. Also, insurance companies offering multiple choices for physical therapy were only agreed on 26.8%. Finally, the quality of service differs based on the facility's nature and was approved by 50.2% of included patients. Direct access to physical therapy is an example of providing an innovative primary care service that is achievable, acceptable to both users and service providers, and health insurance will positively impact access to the healthcare system. However, accessibility is a necessary term that must be taken care of to define the need for healthcare to deliver healthcare services and organizational structures to match the community's needs
