Integrasi Nilai-Nilai Islam dalam Praksis Manajemen Guru dan Self-Regulated Learning Siswa di MTs Muhammadiyah Blimbing
This study examines the contribution of systematic classroom management and the integration of Islamic values to the development of self-regulated learning (SRL) in Madrasah Tsanawiyah students. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach based on literature review, enriched with semi-structured interviews with a teacher at MTs Muhammadiyah Blimbing in November 2025 to provide an empirical picture of field practices. The analysis results indicate that proactive classroom management—including the formulation of learning objectives, orderly transition arrangements, provision of formative feedback, and reflective closures support the development of forethought, monitoring, and self-evaluation processes in learning strategies. Islamic values such as amanah (trustworthiness), discipline, and muhasabah (self-reflection) strengthen autonomous motivation so that students understand the meaning of learning activities and feel responsible for their tasks. The integration of pedagogical structure and value orientation fosters SRL as a habitual learning practice. Practically, research recommends a structured classroom routine to strengthen autonomy while maintaining the spiritual identity of Islamic educational institutions
Fixed Asset Management of Pondok Pesantren: Practices, Practitioners, and Praxis
This study investigates fixed asset management practices in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) through the lens of strategy-as-practice theory, with particular attention to the dimensions of practice, practitioner, and praxis. Employing a qualitative case study design, the research explores two contrasting pesantren: Pondok Tahfizh Daarul Qur’an (modern typology) and Pondok Pesantren BUQ (traditional salaf typology). Data were collected through in-depth interviews, institutional document analysis, and NVivo-assisted thematic coding. The findings reveal distinct patterns of asset ownership, regulation, maintenance, and reporting. Daarul Qur’an demonstrates formalized asset management mechanisms under foundation governance, though hindered by limited human resource competencies and procedural inconsistencies. In contrast, BUQ maintains a highly personalized, non-bureaucratic model rooted in kiai leadership, with minimal documentation and planning. The praxis of asset management is shaped not only by structural governance but also by the interplay of pesantren culture, practitioner agency, and socio-religious values. This study offers empirical insights into the organizational behaviors that facilitate or impede strategic asset management in Islamic education contexts. Limitations include the narrow case scope and typological selection, suggesting the need for future research across broader pesantren variants. Recommendations include the development of culturally grounded yet standardized asset management guidelines and capacity-building initiatives to professionalize resource governance in pesantren settings
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF STUDENT FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT THROUGH E-MONEY: A CASE STUDY AT SMAIQU AL-BAHJAH CIREBON
This study investigates the transformation of student financial management through the implementation of the Mumtas e-money system at SMAIQu Al-Bahjah Cirebon, a pesantren-based secondary school. The study aims to examine how the transition from physical vouchers to e-money influences institutional governance, financial supervision mechanisms, and students’ financial behavior. A qualitative case study approach was employed, drawing on in-depth interviews, non-participant observations, and document analysis involving key institutional stakeholders and parents. The findings indicate that e-money implementation enhances efficiency, transparency, and parental involvement, while supporting principles of accountable financial governance. Nevertheless, the supervision system remains partially manual due to infrastructure constraints, limited system integration, and the absence of structured financial literacy education for students. The study highlights the potential of e-money not only as a transactional instrument but also as a governance and educational tool within Islamic boarding school contexts. The research is limited by its single-case design, which restricts broader generalization. Future studies are recommended to adopt comparative and mixed-method approaches and to explore the long-term impacts of integrating e-money systems with formal financial literacy programs
Gravitational Acceleration: Its Determination from Gourami Jumping Motion Using Tracker Application
Jumping out of the water is one of the phenomena of aquatic animals. Analyzing the motions and routines of aquatic animals is a time-consuming process and tends to be subjective, prone to errors due to observer fatigue. In investigating the motion of objects is a difficult thought, but with the development of technology it becomes easy, one of them is by using the Tracker. This research aims to analyze the Gourami jumping motion using the Tracker in independent experiment activities about animal motion. The materials and tools needed include Gourami fish, Android camera, and Tracker application. The measurement results are the data on time, position, and the graph of motion. Gourami jumping motion is a parabolic motion consisting of uniform linear motion on the x-axis, while uniformly accelerated linear motion on the y-axis. The value of the gravitational acceleration can be determined from the graph and its value is close to the gravitational acceleration constant. The use of video analysis of the Gourami motion using the Tracker can be used in science learning, especially in physics experiment

Integrating Wordwall in Islamic Religious Education: A Phenomenological Study of Pedagogical Transformation in Indonesian Primary Schools
The integration of digital technology in education has driven pedagogical innovation across various disciplines, including Islamic Religious Education (IRE). This study investigates the lived experiences of primary school IRE teachers in using Wordwall, a web-based interactive learning platform. Employing a descriptive phenomenological approach, the research explores teachers’ motivations, classroom implementations, and perceived impacts on student engagement and understanding. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analyses involving two purposively selected educators from different institutional contexts. The findings reveal three key themes: a shift in teachers’ perceptions toward technology, with increased confidence and digital self-efficacy; the emergence of a more adaptive and creative professional identity; and the transformation of pedagogical practices from conventional content delivery to participatory, game-based learning. Despite notable challenges, such as limited infrastructure and initial unfamiliarity with digital tools, the study underscores Wordwall\u27s role as a catalyst for pedagogical reflection and renewal. These findings suggest that targeted institutional support, including training and peer collaboration, is essential for sustainable digital innovation in IRE. Limitations include the small sample size and localized setting. Future research should expand to diverse educational contexts to further explore scalable models of technology integration in religious instruction
Innovative Attitude Assessment in Islamic Education: Techniques, Instruments, and Technology Integration from Primary to Higher Education
This study examines innovations in attitude assessment within Islamic educational institutions, including madrasahs, pesantrens, and formal schools at the primary, secondary, and tertiary levels. The main focus is to develop affective assessment techniques and instruments that are contextually appropriate, methodologically sound, and aligned with core Islamic values such as honesty, patience, empathy, and responsibility. Using a qualitative approach through literature review and historical analysis, the study reviews primary policy documents and relevant scholarly literature. Thematic analysis reveals weaknesses in conventional assessment methods, including subjectivity, limited integration of Islamic ethical values, and a lack of adaptive systems. At the primary level, assessments rely heavily on observation and anecdotal records, which often lead to subjective results. At the secondary level, self- and peer-assessments are commonly used but are vulnerable to bias. In higher education, more contextual approaches such as case-based assessments and portfolios demonstrate better alignment with character education goals. The study highlights the potential of digital innovations, including artificial intelligence and online platforms, to enhance the accuracy and scalability of attitude assessments. These tools offer promising solutions to longstanding challenges by enabling deeper integration of Islamic values in affective evaluation. The study recommends developing standardized yet adaptable digital instruments, along with improved teacher training and curriculum development, to support effective Islamic value-based assessments
