Integrating Deep Learning and Augmented Reality in English as a Foreign Language Teaching (EFLT): a Literature Review
In recent years, both Deep Learning and Augmented Reality (AR) have emerged as transformative approaches in education, particularly in English as a Foreign Language Teaching (EFLT). However, a gap remains in synthesizing research that explores their combined pedagogical potential, especially in the context of developing countries such as Indonesia. This systematic literature review aims to examine the integration of Deep Learning and AR in EFLT, focusing on their roles in enhancing learner engagement, critical thinking, and language acquisition. Relevant peer-reviewed studies published between 2015 and 2024 were collected from databases such as Scopus, ERIC, and Google Scholar. The analysis identified recurring themes including AR\u27s positive impact on student motivation and contextual understanding, and Deep Learning’s support for higher-order thinking and collaborative tasks. Challenges such as limited infrastructure, insufficient teacher training, and lack of localized content were also highlighted. The review concludes with recommendations for future research, including the need for culturally responsive AR tools, professional development for teachers, and longitudinal studies on learning outcomes. This synthesis offers practical and theoretical insights for educators, policymakers, and researchers aiming to innovate EFLT through technology integration

Voment Electrical (Volt Measuring Tools of Electrical Materials): Voice-activated DC Voltage Meter for the Blind: Physics Education
Science learning involves studying natural phenomena in the universe, such as dynamic electricity. Dynamic electricity is a topic that frequently requires measurements during instruction. This presents a challenge for visually impaired students, because they are unable to read the measurement results displayed visually, therefore, innovation in measuring tools with audio output is necessary. Voment Electrical (Electric Voltage Measuring Instrument) is a DC voltage measuring instrument with audio output, which is a development of a digital voltmeter. This tool uses an Arduino Nano as a microcontroller and voltage sensor. The voltage value measured on this tool is output in the form of sound. Therefore, this tool can be an alternative measuring tool in dynamic electricity learning that can overcome the limitations of blind children in making measurements. The objectives of this study are 1) Designing Voment Electrical: a sound-output DC voltage measuring instrument for impaired children on dynamic electricity material, and 2) Testing Product Feasibility. This research is a development research with a 4D research method. Data was collected through evaluation sheets from media and subject-matter experts. Data analysis from the assessment sheets of media experts and material experts is used to determine the quality of the device developed. Based on the research results, the device\u27s quality was rated "Excellent" by both media and subject-matter experts, with average scores of 3.54 and 3.42. Therefore, this voltage measuring tools of electrical materials for visually impaired students is appropriate for teaching dynamic electricity in physics learning

Integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in PAI Learning and Its Implications for the Learning Independence of Grade X Students at State Senior High School 8 Yogyakarta
The development of digital technology, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), has brought significant changes to the learning process, particularly in Islamic Religious Education (IRE). SMA N 8 Yogyakarta utilizes AI to support interactive learning and access to digital references, although supervision is still necessary to prevent students from becoming dependent on technology. This study uses a descriptive-analytical qualitative method with a field approach. The research subjects consisted of 10 tenth-grade students and PAI teachers selected through purposive sampling. Data were obtained through non-participatory observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles & Huberman model and tested for validity through triangulation. The results show that the integration of AI in PAI learning includes the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Teachers prepare modules, select applications, and set rules for use. Implementation includes game-based learning, creative notes, digital resources, and chatbots as learning assistants. The evaluation proves that AI can increase student motivation, discipline, responsibility, activity, and confidence. The impact is evident in learning independence: students are more proactive, able to manage the learning process, and develop creativity and critical thinking. The main obstacles are teacher readiness, device limitations, and potential student dependence, thus requiring continuous supervision and guidance
The Role of the Islamic Boarding School Environment in the Internalisation of Akhlāqul karīmah Values: A Study at the Ibnul Qoyyim Putri Islamic Boarding School through the Book Akhlāq Lil Banāt
The phenomenon of moral degradation among youth, particularly female students, has become a serious challenge for Islamic education. This condition demands the strengthening of moral education through classical texts and the pesantren environment. This study aims to analyze the values of akhlāqul karīmah in the book Akhlāq Lil Banāt, their internalization in students’ daily lives, and the role of Ibnul Qoyyim Islamic Boarding School in supporting the internalization of these values. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using interviews, observations, and documentation, involving the kitab instructor, students, and the caretaking division. The findings reveal that akhlāqul karīmah values include morality towards Allah, parents, teachers, siblings, peers, and society. These values are practiced through worship, discipline, manners of speech, and social interaction. The pesantren environment, both physical aspects (dormitory, mosque, classrooms, library) and non-physical aspects (boarding culture, caretaking, teacher role models, and religious atmosphere), plays a crucial role in shaping students’ morality. Thus, the internalization of moral values depends not only on kitab learning but also on a supportive pesantren environment
