This study conducts a comprehensive examination of the frameworks designed to protect the rights of children adopted informally, without judicial oversight. It focuses specifically on the mechanisms that support their legal recognition and inheritance rights within adoptive families. Employing a normative research approach, the paper investigates the legal challenges arising from the lack of clear statutory provisions for these children's protection. Primary legal sources including the Child Protection Law, Law Number 25 of 2014, which revises Law Number 23 of 2002, and Government Regulation Number 54 of 2007 concerning Child Adoption procedures are analyzed. Further insights are derived from secondary sources such as the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 3 of 2018, which describes the protocols for monitoring and reporting on the child adoption process. The study identifies three potential strategies to safeguard the interests of informally adopted children: formalization of adoption through notarial deeds, securing inheritance rights through wills, and maximizing protection under national child welfare laws. These measures offer vital safeguards for these children, particularly in securing inheritance claims and preventing disputes. The findings highlight the need for explicit legal frameworks to ensure the welfare and rights of children adopted outside formal judicial systems

This study aims to analyze the urgency of legal ambiguity in determining the benchmark for imposing sanctions on notaries based on the Law on Notary Positions (UUJN). The UUJN regulates various sanctions for notaries who violate the law but does not provide clear guidelines regarding the criteria for imposing sanctions. This results in legal uncertainty and inconsistency in the enforcement of sanctions, as evidenced by the different sanctions imposed on two notaries, DS and MI, despite their similar violations. This research employs a normative juridical method with a statutory approach and a case approach. The results show that the ambiguity of norms in the UUJN has the potential to cause injustice in the enforcement of sanctions, as well as disrupt legal certainty and the integrity of the notary profession. In conclusion, a revision of the UUJN or the addition of supplementary regulations that include clearer and more proportional benchmarks for sanctioning is necessary. This will ensure justice and consistency in the application of sanctions, as well as uphold the integrity of the notary professio

This research aims to explore the potential of animation media as a tool for da'wah from the perspective of Quranic verses relevant to the principles of da'wah. Animation media was chosen due to its high visual appeal, its ability to simplify complex religious concepts, and its relevance to the lifestyle of the digital generation. In this study, a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach was used. Data were collected through a literature review of Islamic sources, content analysis of available Islamic animation, and interviews with experts in the fields of da’wah and animation media. The results indicate that animation has great potential to support da’wah by delivering Islamic values in an engaging manner, especially for children and young generations. Other findings show that the use of animation as a media for da’wah often does not fully leverage the principles of Islamic da’wah as outlined in Quranic verses such as QS. An-Nahl: 125 and QS. Ali Imran: 104. The main challenges identified include the lack of high-quality Islamic animation production, limited understanding of audience preferences, and the dominance of non-Islamic content on digital platforms. This research concludes that a more systematic strategy is needed to integrate Islamic da’wah values into animation production. With the right approach, animation can become an effective and relevant media for supporting the spread of Islamic values in the digital ag

In Indonesia, there is a new form of sexual crime whether verbal, non-physical, physical, or online. The prevalence of such incidents reflects a troubling trend that needs urgent attention from both authorities and society. This research was field research, equipped with qualitative data. The data sources included observational research, interviews, and documentation as well as literature studies by reviewing documents relating to criminal sanctions for adultery, especially from the Criminal Code, outside the Criminal Code, and manuscripts of Islamic criminal law. The beneficial theory used was the Al-BÅ«tÄ« version, which emphasized the validity of al-‘uqÅ«bah al-IslÄmiyah. The research findings revealed that in the event of changes to criminal law in Indonesia, maslahat considerations are prioritized, particularly in cases of grave sexual crimes, the death penalty should be applied. The government must consider things such as benefits, cultural values, and societal perspectives when making criminal punishment policies. In Indonesia, several backgrounds supported the choice of the death penalty for sexual crimes. The expected benefits are community protection, preventative action, justice for victims, and the elimination of dangerous perpetrators in the future. The legal situation governing sexual crimes in Indonesia is increasingly pitiful, and a change is needed
