Запровадження тайм-менеджменту у поєднанні з нормуванням праці на підприємствах
No full textВ статті розглядається тайм-менеджмент у поєднанні з нормуванням праці як стратегічного інструменту, який дозволяє підвищити продуктивність і забезпечити досягнення цілей для підприємств. Досліджені сучасні причини згідно, яких тайм менеджмент є важливим для впровадження на підприємствах. Узагальнені фактори та звички, які сприяють неефективному використанню робочого часу, зокрема: перфекціонізм, прокрастинація та інші. Обґрунтовані поширені методи, які допомагають оптимізувати робочий процес і досягти гармонії між продуктивністю та виробничим регламентом: метод Помідора, 9 справ (1-3-5), техніка тимчасових блоків, Канбан, система Ферріса, система 4D та інші. Проаналізовані поширені помилки, які заважають ефективно управляти часом та досягати цілей від Інтернаціонального інституту з тайм-менеджменту. Узагальнені практичні поради людей (С. Бріна, У. Баффета, Б. Гейтса), які досягли значних успіхів у бізнесі, використовуючи конструктивні методи тайм менеджменту. Запропоновано підхід поєднання тайм-менеджменту з нормуванням праці, який дозволяє оптимізувати процеси і підтримувати баланс між навантаженням співробітників та досягненням результатів підприємстваThe article deals with the issue of using labor standards methods in time management as a strategic tool for enterprises, which allows them to manage working time effectively, increase productivity and ensure the achievement of operational and strategic goals. The object of this article is scientific substantiation of the introduction of time management using methods and functions of labor standards at the enterprises, which is especially relevant in a dynamic business environment. The scientific novelty of the research is the development of theoretical and practical approach to combining time management with labor standards, which enable to optimize processes, to ensure the achievement of goals and maintaining the balance between employees’ workload and achievement of enterprise’s results. Results. The reasons why time management is important for implementation in enterprises today are investigated. The factors and habits that contribute to inefficient use of working time are summarized, in particular: perfectionism, procrastination, and others. Wide range of methods that help to optimize the workflow and achieve harmony between productivity and production regulations is substantiated: the Pomodoro Method, 9 tasks (1-3-5), the technique of time blocks, Kanban, the Eisenhower Matrix, Tim Ferris system, the 4 D system and others. Common mistakes that prevent from managing time effectively and achieving goals from the International Institute for Time Management are analyzed. The practical advice of people (S. Breen, W. Buffett, B. Gates) who have achieved significant success in business using constructive time management methods is summarized. The main theses are those important for managers of any level of management to be able to allocate time rationally to achieve their goals in short period of time and with minimal resource costs. Conclusion. Thus, the relationship between time management and labor standards is close, because both systems are aimed to increase the efficiency of time and labor resources in the production process or fulfillment of the company’s task

No full textThe studied probiotic strains meet the key criteria for effective probiotics and demonstrate significant potential for the development of functional products with hypocholesterolemic effects aimed at the prevention and adjunctive treatment of CVDs.
Future research will involve the use of small animal models of CVD to further evaluate the in vivo therapeutic effects of these cholesterol-lowering probiotic strains. Employing animal models that closely mimic human pathophysiology is essential for elucidating the mechanisms underlying cardiovascular diseases and for validating the clinical relevance of probiotic interventions.
Досліджувані пробіотичні штами відповідають ключовим критеріям ефективних пробіотиків та демонструють значний потенціал для розробки функціональних продуктів з гіпохолестеринемічним ефектом, спрямованих на профілактику та допоміжне лікування серцево-судинних захворювань (ССЗ).
Майбутні дослідження включатимуть використання моделей ССЗ на невеликих тваринах для подальшої оцінки терапевтичного ефекту цих пробіотичних штамів, що знижують рівень холестерину, in vivo. Використання моделей на тваринах, які точно імітують патофізіологію людини, є важливим для з'ясування механізмів, що лежать в основі серцево-судинних захворювань, та для підтвердження клінічної значущості пробіотичних втручань
