Обґрунтовані особливості розвитку організаційної культури топ-підприємств харчових підприємств з рейтингу Forbes Ukraine, а саме: KERNEL, МХП, ROSHEN, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Nestlé, Carlsberg. Узагальнені елементи забезпечення інтелектуалізації менеджменту персоналу, які впливають на розвиток організаційної культури підприємств-лідерів харчової промисловості, зокрема: корпоративна соціальна відповідальність, що включає запровадження стандартів ISO, ДСТУ, Кодекси етики та поведінки, Політику охорони праці та безпеки, Політику управління талантами та розвитку персоналу, Політику дотримання прав людини, Практику wellbeingThe article examines the modern development of organizational culture on the basis of the processes of personnel management intellectualization in food industry enterprises. The processes of personnel management intellectualization in the organizational culture of food industry enterprises are studied. The peculiarities of the development of organizational cultures of the leading food enterprises of the Forbes Ukraine rating, namely: KERNEL, MHP, ROSHEN, Coca-Cola, McDonald's, Nestlé, Carlsberg. The elements of ensuring the personnel management intellectualization, on which the development of organizational culture of the leading food industry enterprises is based, are generalized, in particular: corporate social responsibility, which includes the introduction of ISO standards, DSTU, Code of Ethics and Conduct, Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Talent management and personnel development Policy, Human Rights Policy, and Wellbeing Practice. It is proved that the personnel management intellectualization contributes to the deep transformation of organizational culture of the enterprise, ensuring its evolution through the integration of innovative approaches, knowledge and standards. This contributes the formation of sustainable, adaptive and socially responsible business that meets modern market requirements and contributes to the long-term success of the company. The advantages of the impact of the personnel management intellectualization on the organizational culture of food industry enterprises are substantiated: promotion of more balanced and informed management decisions, which positively affects the overall company productivity; introduction of modern social standards, policies, codes of ethics and conduct is integrated into the overall development strategy of the enterprise; formation of intellectual potential contributes to a rapid response to changes in the business environment, which allows the company to remain competitive, the use of intellectual resource development methods increases staff motivation, strengthens team spirit and creates a positive creative working climat
