Get PDFBreast cancer is cancer that occurs in the mammary glands due to cell malignancy or uncontrolled growth of cells from the gland cells and their ducts.Cancer treatment has consumed BPJS funding of approximately 7.6 trillion rupiah at 2019 – 2020 years. This study is needed to determine the ratio of treatment effectiveness and the average cost comparison of the drug combinations Doxetaxel-Doxorubicin and Cyclophosphamide-Doxorubicin at X Bungo General Hospital in 2022. Cost Effectiveness Analysis Method (Cost Effectiveness Analysis) is an analysis by looking at the effectiveness of treatment seen from medical record information and calculating the value of ACER and ICER.The object of this study is the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in Bungo Regency. It is known that the component of direct medical costs is in the form of BPJS payments. Based on the ACER value, it shows that Cyclophosphamide - Doxorubicin has a lower ACER value than the ACER value for Doxetaxel - Doxorubicin. It can be concluded that Cyclophosphamide - Doxorubicin has a cost-effectiveness value, namely cost-effective and effective therapy compared to Doxetaxel - Doxorubicin

Public services in question are various forms of service-related activities carried out by an organization or individual. Every organization is formed to achieve certain goals, and if these goals are achieved, the organization can be said to be successful. Competence is a strong foundation for achieving success. Employee competence is needed when carrying out services. The services provided to the community are part of the identity of the organization. If in providing services, there is a good impression from its employees, then the organization looks good in the eyes of the public. This study aims to determine how competence influences the quality of administrative services in the Setiamanah Village, Cimahi City. The method in this study used quantitative methods with a population and sample of 21 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the partial linear regression test summary model table above it proves that the magnitude of the R Square correlation value is 0.600 or 60%. This means that the influence of competence on the quality of administrative services is 60%. And 40% is influenced by other factors that are not present in this study

Get PDFThe prevalence of high blood pressure in the population aged 18 years and above increased from 25.8% to 34.1%. The significant increase in cases of non-communicable diseases is expected to increase the burden on society and government, because handling it requires large costs and requires high technology. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between lifestyle, family support and the role of health workers and compliance with taking medication with controlled blood pressure at the Tembilahan City Health Center in 2023. The research method uses quantitative methods with a Cross Sectionl design approach. The number of samples in this study amounted to 160 hypertension prolanis patients. The sample technique used was Proposional stratified Random Sampling. Data collection through primary data by distributing questionnaires with independent variables (diet, smoking habits, physical activity, stress conditions, family support, the role of health workers and compliance with drug consumption) and the dependent variable is controlled blood pressure. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between adherence to taking anti-hypertensive drugs (p value = 0.000 and OR 14.744), smoking habits (p value = 0.000 and OR 7.082), diet (p value = 0.000 and OR 4.899), family support (p value = 0.012 and OR 2.977), with controlled blood pressure in hypertension prolanis patients. The variable of adherence to taking anti-hypertensive drugs is the dominant factor that most influences controlled blood pressure in hypertension prolanis patients with an OR value of 14.744

Get PDFUltisol is a soil that contains low nutrients N, P and K and has the potential for Al-poisoning. Ultisol also has a low Cation Exchange Capacity, acidic soil pH and is sensitive to erosion. Improvements need to be made to increase Ultisol productivity, one of which is by adding organic ingredients. In addition to sugarcane bagasse compost, chicken manure contains many benefits because it contains a lot of organic materials that are good for the soil and plants. Increasing soybean yield is one of the priorities and can be done by utilizing Ultisol land. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of composting a mixture of bagasse and chicken manure on ultisol fertility and soybean crop production. The research method carried out is experimental by conducting initial analysis of soil samples, compost application, maintenance, harvesting, soil analysis after compost application, calculation of height and crop yield. The results obtained were that the application of mixed compost of bagasse and chicken manure did not have a real effect on soil pH, P-available and Aldd, but could increase soil pH and P-available and lower Aldd in the soil. The application of mixed compost of bagasse and chicken manure was significantly different from plant height and was very different for soybean yield with the highest crop P3 (average plant height of 84.678 cm) and the highest yield of P3 3.938 tons/ha. The recommended treatment for soybean plants is P3 treatment with a dose of 15 tons/ha

Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to analyze the assessment of the level of financial performance at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, using the Du Pont System analysis method for the 2017–2021 period, to analyze the assessment of the level of financial performance at PT Indosat Tbk, using the Du Pont System analysis method for the 2017 period –2021, and to analyze the assessment of the level of financial performance at PT XL Axiata Tbk, using the Du Pont System analysis method for the 2017–2021 period. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The research results show that the financial performance of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as measured by Du Pont System analysis during the research period was still in poor condition. This was caused by sales and profits after tax decreasing. Likewise, total assets turnover decreased, this was caused by a decrease in sales value and total asset value. Return on investment belonging to telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2021 period experienced a decline. This was caused by a decrease in the value of net profit margin and total assets turnover in that period

The quality of operations staff performance is an important factor that can influence consumer satisfaction. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research has a sample population, namely guests who have used Pacto services using a sample of 98 respondents. This research technique uses data analysis techniques using simple linear regression. The results of this research state that the quality of operations staff performance has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, which means that increasing the quality of operations staff performance can increase consumer satisfaction with Pacto Bali Travel Agents

The reality that occurs in the field is that many students are not creative in addressing problems in life in relation to life in accordance with the teachings of their faith. Because students lack creativity, it causes many students to disrespect friends, disrespect teachers, parents and also people in the surrounding environment. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of teachers in developing students' creativity in PAK subjects at St. Thomas 4 Medan Elementary School. PAK teachers have an important role in guiding students in contrast to the role of teachers in general. Students at SD Santo Thomas 4 Medan experienced an increase in creativity, this can be seen from the achievement of creativity indicators, namely having a high drive, having high involvement, having great curiosity, daring to express opinions and beliefs. From the results of research or research see that PAK teachers at SD Santo Thomas 4 Medan are very instrumental in developing creativity in the learning process. 2. Get PDFThe intersection of Jalan H. Rais is where 3 (three) roads meet, namely Jalan H. Jamat Gang Rais, Jalan Puspitek Segment 1, and Jalan Puspitek Segment 2. This intersection often experiences long queues due to inadequate intersection capacity so that it cannot accommodate the volume of vehicles during morning and evening rush hours. The research method used was a direct survey method at the research location to collect traffic data at the H. Rais intersection and the surrounding roads. The research results found that the average length of the queue before handling during peak hours on weekdays was 168.52 m and delays were 35,471 with an intersection service level (LOS) D, while the average length of the queue before handling during peak hours on holidays was 119 .82 m and a delay of 33.52 with a level of service (LOS) D. H. Rais intersection performance for the next 5 years, before handling becomes worse with the result that the average queue length during weekday peak hours is 219, 64 m and a delay of 49,137 with an intersection service level (LOS) E, while the average queue length during holiday peak hours is 218.28 m and a delay of 43,635 with an intersection service level (LOS) E. Handling that needs to be done at the intersection H. Rais road in short-term scenario 1 is by providing road equipment facilities and assignment of traffic officers, and in short-term scenario 2 by widening the bend radius to a minimum of 7.8 m and widening the H. Jamat Gang Rais road to 6 m, while The treatment carried out at the H. Rais intersection in the long term is to change the Puspitek road type to 4/2-T with a width of 6 m per direction
