Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Solvabilitas terhadap Kebijakan Dividen Perusahaan yang Terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Indeks
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of profitability represented by return on asset, liquidity represented by current ratio and solvency represented by debt to equity ratio on dividend policy represented by dividend payout ratio. The method used in this research is quantitative with associative research type. The object of research is companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Indeks in 2020-2022. The sampling technique is purposive sampling so that there are 14 companies that are the object of research so that there are 42 observation data. The data in this study is panel data processed with the rstudio application. The results showed that return on asset has a significant negative effect on dividend payout ratio, current ratio has no significant effect on dividend payout ratio and debt to equity ratio has no significant effect on the dividend payout ratio. Simultaneously, all independent variabels have a significant effect on the dividend payout ratio. This research is useful for assessing the concept on finansial performance contained in finansial management using finansial ratios

This research is a quasi-experimental design research with one group pre and post design research methods. The population in this study was 34 postpartum mothers who experienced breast swelling on day 3 to day 14. The results of the Wilcoxon test found differences in breast swelling scores before and after applying cold cabbage leaf compresses and breastcare, so it can be concluded that there is a statistically significant average difference between breast swelling scores before and after treatment, where the mean after treatment decreased by 1.15 compared to the mean before treatment 2.79. This means that giving cold cabbage leaf compresses and breastcare can effectively reduce the problem of breast swelling in puerperal mothers. Applying cabbage leaf compresses (Brassica Oleracea var. Capitata) cold and Breast Care combined with very effective in reducing breast swelling in puerperal mothers

Get PDFThe aim of the research was to determine the effect of brain exercises on cognitive function in the elderly at the Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Social Home, Jambi Province. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design approach, pretest-posttest control group design. This research was conducted at the Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Social Home, Jambi Province.The sampling method was purposive sampling of 22 people. 11 respondents in the control group and 11 respondents in the intervention group. Data measurement uses MMSE. Bivariate analysis used the Wilcoxon Rank Test and the Man Whitney test. The research results showed that the age frequency distribution of respondents was mostly elderly, female, and had elementary school education. The cognitive function of the pretest intervention group was mostly mild and severe cognitive function. The pretest and posttest results showed a significant increase, so that there was an influence of brain exercise on cognitive function in the elderly, with a p value = 0.002 (< 0.05). There was a significant effect of increasing cognitive function before and after being given brain exercises at PSTW. It is hoped that PSTW can develop brain exercises to improve the cognitive function of the elderly

This research is to find out the nurse's interpersonal communication between patients with mental disabilities at the Phala Martha Sukabumi Center. This research found that at the stage of social penetration theory is an effective exchange of various information exchanges as well as in Social Penetration activities. This primary data was obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. This research method uses a qualitative research method that examines the condition of an object. The results showed that the Interpersonal Communication of Nurses in patients with Mental Disabilities at the Phala Martha Sukabumi Center established good communication relationships. Communication between nurses and patients with mental disabilities is an interpersonal approach. With this stage of the nurse's approach to building a relationship of mutual trust is one of opening patients to be open to nurses, and a supportive attitude by providing positive encouragement for patients who are relapsed during rehabilitation

Get PDFSewage sludge is a major by-product of the wastewater biological treatment process. Wastewater Treatment Plants at Palm Oil Mills (PKS) produce a lot of sewage sludge and until now it has not been optimally utilized. This study aims to examine the potential of PKS sewage sludge as an adsorbent for the removal of kromium (Cr) by the fixed bed column method. The study will also analyze the effect of recirculation on the reduction of kromium levels. The sludge was carbonized in a furnace at 300°C for 2 hours. Synthetic kromium wastewater was made at three concentrations of 2000 ppm, 3000 ppm, and 4000 ppm. The sludge adsorbent used was 100 grams which was filled into the fix bed column. Recirculation of kromium wastewater was performed 3 times. Adsorption isotherms were analyzed using Langmuir and Freundlich models. The results showed that the best removal without recirculation occurred at a kromium concentration of 3000 ppm with a removal efficiency of 48.07%. Furthermore, recirculation was carried out 3 times and resulted in varying removal values at the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd recirculation of 37.9%, 40.06% and 35.4%. The highest removal occurred in the second recirculation. The addition of recirculation led to a decrease in the sorption of chrome as the adsorbent had reached saturation point. This allows the release of kromium ions that have been adsorbed and causes the removal efficiency to decrease. A suitable adsorption isotherm model for sludge adsorbent is the Langmuir model, where the adsorption process occurs in a single layer and is homogeneous

The use of palm oil as fuel is generally achieved through the biodiesel manufacturing process; however, this process remains costly and thus less economical. Additionally, the primary obstacle in using crude palm oil (CPO) is its high viscosity, which can cause blockages in the fuel injector channels of diesel engines. Therefore, modifications are necessary to enhance the characteristics of CPO so that it can be used directly as diesel engine fuel. This can be achieved through heating and the addition of 2-EHN additives. This study aimed to optimize the characteristics of CPO using Response Surface Methodology (RSM) to determine the optimal combination of temperature and 2-EHN concentration. The optimal point was identified at a temperature of 50°C and a 2-EHN concentration of 2%. The results of the CPO characteristic test showed a viscosity of 4.45 CSt, a density of 0.884 g/ml, a cetane number of 56.9, and a calorific value of 9314 kcal/k
