Sistem Informasi Reservasi Gedung Aula Berbasis Web di Gedung Aula Balittro
The current reservation process for the Balittro Hall is still done manually through WhatsApp messages, leading to message overload and delays in providing fast and accurate service. This study aims to develop a Web-Based Hall Reservation Information System to transition the reservation process from manual to digital, facilitating managers in handling reservation data, and providing more comprehensive and easily accessible information for customers. The research method used is the waterfall model, which involves the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and system testing. The results show that the developed system successfully improves the efficiency of the reservation process and minimizes errors in data management. Customers can also easily access schedule information, hall details, and reservation status online, enhancing their convenience and satisfaction
Pendekatan Literature Reviews dalam Keterlibatan Konsumen pada Sosial Media Instagram: Mengetahui Efek Customer Complaint terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen dan Kepuasan Konsumen
The development of the internet and digital technology currently makes it easier for consumers to convey consumer responses and satisfaction. Customer response in expressing dissatisfaction with a product or service due to a difference between expectations and the actual capabilities of a product or service offered. This will have a negative effect which is believed to affect consumer loyalty. This research discusses consumer involvement in providing complaints on Instagram social media, and whether it affects consumer satisfaction and loyalty. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) analysis model. The research results show that consumer complaints given or disseminated on Instagram social media have an effect on consumer loyalty and consumer satisfaction
Usulan Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Pasien Menggunakan Metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Potensial Gain In Customer Value (PGCV) di Puskesmas XYZ
This study aims to analyze the quality of patient services at the XYZ Health Center and determine the level of importance that is useful for obtaining priorities for improving the quality of health services and making proposals for improving the quality of health services. The methods used are Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Potential Gain in Costumer Value (PGCV). The problems in this study are that the time for examination and consultation with doctors is too short due to the large number of queues, officers are less friendly in serving patients, information about drugs and diagnoses of diseases explained by officers is less clear due to patients who are in a hurry and do not read existing information and patients wait too long to be examined for more than an hour. The results of the calculation of the IPA and PGCV methods show that the attributes that need to be improved are P6, P8, P14 and P15. Recommendations for improvement are adding doctors, synchronizing schedules between the puskesmas and the doctors concerned, rewarding health workers and giving sanctions in the form of reprimands for officers who are not polite and friendly and reducing waiting times and delays in providing health services to patients
Sistem Informasi Kegiatan Karang Taruna Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus Karang Taruna Boedi Utomo)
This research focuses on improving the quality of life in communities through empowerment in various sectors, including youth involvement. However, challenges such as high costs and the risk of human error in information dissemination and documentation management often hinder the effectiveness of youth organizations like Karang Taruna Boedi Utomo. This study aims to develop a web-based information system that is efficient and effective for managing the organization’s activities and budget. The system is designed to address transparency and efficiency issues faced by Karang Taruna by integrating information technology to simplify data access and management. The research method employed is the waterfall model, ensuring a systematic and sequential software development process. The results of the needs analysis and system design show that the system successfully meets the needs of Karang Taruna Boedi Utomo, improving transparency and reducing the risk of errors in budget management and activity documentation. With the implementation of this system, it is expected to support the organization’s operations, contribute to increased effectiveness, and maximize the role of youth in the community
Membangun Integritas dalam Profesi Pendidik: Etika, Tanggung Jawab, dan Akuntabilitas
The aim of this research is to explore the role of integrity in the teaching profession and its impact on the quality of education. This research uses the literature study method. The literature study was carried out by conducting a comprehensive and systematic search through academic databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, and educational journal databases to identify literature that is relevant to integrity in the teaching profession. Keywords used include "educator integrity", "educational ethics", "educational quality", and the like. The research results show that the integrity of educators plays a crucial role in shaping the overall quality of education. Teachers who maintain their integrity create trust and credibility among students, parents, and colleagues, facilitate positive learning, and encourage student character and moral development. Integrity also helps maintain high standards of professionalism in the teaching profession and overcome injustice and discrimination in education
Sistem Informasi Laundry Berbasis Web
This research aims to develop a web-based information system using PHP and MySQL for LaundryCare, with the primary goal of recording transactions digitally, providing a module for customers to check their laundry status, and simplifying report generation and transaction monitoring. The Waterfall method was applied, covering requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and system implementation. The results show that the new system successfully reduced the risk of errors and data loss, enhanced transparency with the laundry status module, and expedited and simplified report generation. This system improves operational efficiency and increases customer satisfaction

This research aims to provide an assessment of Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes, which includes aspects of planning, objectives, types of evaluation, and implementation strategies. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection carried out through interviews and literature analysis. The results of this research found that the evaluation of Islamic Religious Education learning achievement was designed to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, with an emphasis on 3 (three) assessment domains, namely: cognitive, affective and psychomotor. This allows educators to get a comprehensive picture of student learning outcomes and provide relevant feedback
Perencanaan Strategi dan Pemasaran PT ESP dalam Memanfaatkan Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit (TKKS) sebagai Alternatif Bahan Bakar Terbarukan
This research explores the technical and economic feasibility of utilizing Empty Palm Oil Bunches (EPB) waste from the palm oil industry for energy production. The research method is descriptive qualitative which focuses on problems based on facts. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with PT ESP management, observations and internal company documentation as well as to collect input from various stakeholders. The results of this study concluded that the SWOT analysis carried out showed that PT ESP had strengths in access to raw materials (EPB) and opportunities. in the green energy market, although challenges such as government regulations and complex processing technologies still need to be faced. The marketing strategy implemented by PT ESP must focus on promoting sustainability, with an emphasis on environmental benefits and reducing carbon emissions. Potential target markets include clean energy-oriented industries and governments that support renewable energy policies. By utilizing EFB as an alternative fuel, PT ESP has the opportunity to lead innovation in the renewable energy sector while supporting the sustainability of the palm oil industry. A mature strategy and strong policy support will be key factors for success

Teknologi sebagai Sumber Kepuasan: Bukti Kepuasan Baru Media Sosial Tiktok di Kalangan Dewasa Muda
Technology plays an important role in everyday life, social media has become one of the main sources of satisfaction for young adults. One platform that stands out is TikTok, and the bandwagon is clear evidence of the newfound gratification that technology has generated in these circles. Survey and questionnaire methods were used to collect data from 213 respondents who actively use TikTok. The research results prove that motives have a significant positive effect on user satisfaction, and the use of TikTok social media has a significant positive effect on user satisfaction
