Measuring the Comfort of Tourist Visitors at Sukaerlaran Beach, Kakuluk Mesak District, Belu Regency
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the influence of environmental sanitation and tourism management on tourist comfort at Sukaerlaran Beach, Belu Regency. This study was conducted using survey, ex-post facto, and associative methods. The population in this study consisted of visitors to Sukaerlaran Beach, Kakuluk Mesak District, Belu Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling, specifically accidental sampling with the requirement that it was considered appropriate as a data source, namely a minimum of 100 respondents. Data were obtained through questionnaires. The analysis technique used was descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of the study showed that simultaneous and partial there was a positive and significant influence between environmental sanitation and tourism management on tourist comfort. This indicates that the better the condition of environmental sanitation and destination management, the higher the level of visitor comfort

Get PDFThis study aims to explore the relationship between digital marketing, customer experience, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in the context of a digital marketplace. This study used a literature review method with a descriptive-analytical approach through a search of various relevant, up-to-date scientific sources, both from national and international journals. The results show that digital marketing plays a significant role in creating valuable customer experiences through easy access, two-way communication, and relevant content. Positive experiences subsequently increase satisfaction levels, which ultimately strengthen customer loyalty and repurchase intentions. This study confirms that digital transformation focuses not only on technology but also on understanding consumer behavior and integrative strategies oriented toward customer value

This study used a quantitative pre-experimental test using a one-group pre-test-post-test design, the sample in this study amounted to 35 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Get PDFThis research aims to find out how the M-Passport application is implemented and the factors inhibiting the M-Passport application. This research focuses on the implementation of the M-Passport application, which has basically been implemented well, but there are still people who do not know about the M-Passport application due to socialization that has not reached all community networks. The approach used in this research refers to Rogers' (1995) innovation theory which has 5 (five) dimensions, namely relative advantages, compatibility, complexity, trainability, observability. Data collected through interviews, documentation and observation and analyzed qualitatively. The research results show that 1) the relative advantages dimension has a profitable novelty value; 2) the compatibility dimension is compatible with the innovation being replaced and adapts to existing needs; 3) the complexity dimension seems more difficult because there are additional features and processes; 4) the trainability dimensions of the M-Passport application have been tested with good results before being implemented; and 5) the observability dimension is easy to observe and communicate because the M-Paspor application was created to be clear, concise and concise
Pengaruh Pemberian Kudapan Berbasis Ikan terhadap Peningkatan Kadar Hemoglobin pada Remaja Putri yang Mengalami Anemia
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of fish-based snacks on increasing hemoglobin (Hb) levels in adolescent girls with anemia. The study was conducted using the Quasi Experiment method with a randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The population was all female students with anemia at SMPN 1 Campalagian who were obtained from the results of hemoglobin level examinations using an Hb-meter and were willing to become respondents by filling out informed consent. Sampling was carried out using probability sampling. The treatment group was given fish-based snacks and iron tablets, while the control group was only given iron tablets for 4 weeks each. The research data were analyzed using the Kruskall-Wallis test. The results of the study on the Hb levels of subjects in each group increased significantly, allegedly because both groups received intensive iron tablet intervention from the school, so that both showed improvements in blood hemoglobin levels. The body weight (BW) and nutritional status of the subjects did not show significant differences until the end of the intervention, but based on the difference in changes in body weight (BW) in the treatment group there was a tendency for improvement compared to the control group with weight gain (BW). Providing high protein intake will affect weight gain and can significantly affect the hemoglobin (Hb) levels in the blood of adolescent girls

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic leadership and a sharia-compliant work environment on Islamic work ethics among Islamic banking employees in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with a survey of 150 respondents, the data were analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results indicate that Islamic leadership and a sharia-compliant work environment have a positive and significant influence on Islamic work ethics. These findings strengthen Islamic transformational leadership theory and social cognitive theory, while also providing practical implications for developing a sharia-compliant organizational culture

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of work conflict and work stress on employee performance at Bawaslu Batang Hari Regency. The population of the study was all 112 Bawaslu employees of Batanghari Regency with a sample of 45 people with respondent characteristics of gender, age, length of service and education. The analysis method used was a quantitative method with analytical tools of validity and reliability tests as well as multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test and determination test. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence between conflict variables and work stress on employee performance with a contribution of 24.5%, but partially there was no significant influence between work stress variables on employee performance at Bawaslu Batang Hari Regency

This research reveals challenges in increasing interest in learning mathematics for grade 5 elementary school students through the application of Creative Strategies for Learning Cognitive Theory. These challenges arise from the low interest in learning mathematics at the elementary level and the need for innovative learning approaches. This study is an experimental study with a focus on the subject of grade 5 students as a population. The data collection method is done through observation, interviews, and tests. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative approaches to illustrate the impact of creative strategies in increasing interest in learning mathematics. The results revealed significant differences in students' mathematical learning interest engaged in creative strategies of cognitive theory learning compared to the control group
