Digital transformation of logistics business processes in the agro-industrial complex: a strategic approach to sustainable development
No full textThis article proposes a structured theoretical and analytical approach to assessing digital transformation (DT) as a strategic program for implementing digital changes focused on BPM for business processes in the field of logistics. DT is viewed as the synergy of necessary sets of digital tools. It is proposed to divide the transformation into three management levels and apply two practical implementation tools: a set of concise indicators and a phased roadmap. The findings are threefold. First, the proposed three-layer evaluation model clarifies managerial responsibilities by distinguishing strategic governance (alignment with ISO 9001/22000/14001, UN SDGs, and explicit data-governance and cybersecurity policies), tactical capabilities (deployment of WMS/TMS, IoT telemetry, AI-based forecasting for planning and routing, blockchain mechanisms for trust, and Big-Data analytics for decision support), and operational execution (PDCA-driven routines, role clarity, and partner onboarding through open APIs). Second, the indicator suite operationalizes the model across five dimensions - readiness and governance, process performance, transparency and trust, sustainability, and inclusion and capability – capturing, among others, connectivity and interoperability, MAPE, OTIF, order-to-delivery lead time, inventory turns, traceability coverage, data-integrity incidents, waste reduction, SME participation, training intensity, and digital literacy. Third, the roadmap sequences investments from foundations through core digitization and transparency at scale to full sustainability integration, thereby avoiding fragmented, technology-only rollouts. Overall, the framework translates generic managerial levers into actionable capabilities and KPIs that raise reliability, reduce losses and costs, strengthen transparency, and embed sustainability goals. It is sector-agnostic in illustration yet directly applicable to complex, multi-actor logistics networks, and it sets up empirical validation through case studies and surveys
Proposed ways to increase motivation for learning professional communication among future cybersecurity specialists
No full textВ умовах наймасштабнішої кібервійни, яка на даний момент діє у світі та в Україні, яка буде тривати і в майбутньому, підготовка фахівців зі спеціальності «Кібербезпека та захист інформації» є важливим завданням системи вищої освіти нашої держави. Фахівець з цієї спеціальності має володіти технічними компетентностями з питань кібербезпеки, а саме – питаннями забезпечення безпеки інформаційно-комунікаційних мереж, технічного захисту інформації, побудови системи управління інформаційною безпекою, аудиту, обробки інцидентів кібербезпеки та багато іншого. Але дуже важливим є формування професійної мовно-комунікативної компетентності майбутніх фахівців з кібербезпеки. Це обумовлено тим, що фахівці цієї спеціальності у своїй професійній діяльності повинні комунікувати зі своїми співробітниками під час інструктажів, тренінгів, навчальних занять з питань кібербезпеки, спілкуватися з ними під час розслідування кіберінцидентів і проведення аудитів, налагоджувати контакти зі стейкхолдерами, фахівцями компаній та установ, які розробляють технічні та програмні засоби кібербезпеки, комунікувати з кіберполіцією та іншими правоохоронними структурами нашої держави з питань кібербезпеки, писати політики та інструкції, листуватися тощо. І якщо студенти цієї спеціальності розуміють необхідність вивчення фахових технічних дисциплін, то вдосконаленню своєї професійної мовно-комунікативної компетентності вони приділяють мало уваги. Тому актуальним завданням системи вищої освіти з цієї спеціальності, зокрема для керівництва університетів, факультетів і кафедр, для науково-педагогічних працівників, є формування такої системи освітнього процесу, завдяки якій студенти були б вмотивовані отримувати не тільки суто технічні компетентності, але й професійні мовно-комунікативні. У статті запропоновано застосовувати як зовнішню непряму спонукальну, так і внутрішню пряму мотивації при формуванні професійної мовно-комунікативної компетентності майбутніх фахівців з кібербезпеки. Використання непря мої спонукальної мотивації є більш ефективним для бакалаврів, які навчаються на першому та другому курсах. Для третього курсу бакалаврів запропоновано застосовувати внутрішню пряму мотивацію, яка пов’язана з тим, що студенти аналізують своє майбутнє в цій спеціальності. У статті наведені структура й основні принципи організації мотивації до навчання студентів з кібербезпеки щодо оволодіння навичками професійного спілкування, запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності мотивації студентів під час освітнього процесу.
In the context of the largest-scale cyberwar currently underway in the world and in Ukraine, training specialists in the field of cybersecurity and information protection is an important task for Ukraine’s higher education system. Specialists in this field must possess technical competencies in cybersecurity, namely in ensuring the security of information and communication networks, technical protection of information, building information security management systems, auditing, handling cybersecurity incidents, and much more. However, it is also very important to develop the professional language and communication skills of future cybersecurity specialists. The reason being: specialists in this field must connect with employees during briefings, training sessions, and classes on cybersecurity issues, communicate with them during incident investigations and audits, establish contacts with stakeholders, specialists from companies and institutions that develop technical cybersecurity tools, communicate with the cyber police and other law enforcement agencies of our state on cybersecurity issues, write policies and instructions, correspond, etc. And while students in this field understand the need to study specialized technical disciplines, they pay little attention to improving their professional language and communication skills. Therefore, an urgent task for the higher education system in this specialty, in particular for the management of universities, faculties, and departments, as well as for scientific and pedagogical workers, is to form an educational process system that would motivate students to acquire not only purely technical competencies, but also professional language and communication skills. The article suggests the use of both external indirect incentives and internal direct motivation in the formation of professional language and communication skills of future cybersecurity specialists. The use of indirect incentives is more effective for bachelor's students in their First and Second year. For the Third-year students, it is proposed to use internal direct motivation, which is related to the fact that students analyze their future in this specialty. The article depicts the structure and basic principles of organizing motivation for cybersecurity students to master professional communication skills and considers ways to increase the effectiveness of student motivation during the educational process
