Methodological instructions for practical classes in English language
No full textThe purpose of these guidelines is to develop students' skills in performing English language test tasks in such areas as reading, vocabulary, grammar, oral and written language use, and to help them prepare for the exam. The guidelines are designed to prepare bachelor's degree students. They meet the requirements of the Bachelor's language training programme for the English language exams in the test form in the areas of reading, vocabulary, grammar, oral and written language use. The materials of the guidelines are structured and allow students to objectively assess their readiness to perceive information in a foreign language both orally and in writing. They include the latest teaching materials on modern achievements in certain aspects of science and technology, which encourages students' learning and motivates them. The guidelines consist of 4 main parts, each of which is divided into 2 parts: grammar (multiple-choice tasks) and language use (filling in the gaps in the text); reading (tasks to determine the correctness of statements). Each task contains instructions, a text and questions or statements to the text. The material used was authentic literature and original popular science texts

No full textThe subject of study in the article are methods of secure dissemination of combat commands in open and closed communication channels using multi-channel cryptography and post-quantum algorithms. The purpose of the article is to develop a new approach for secure transmission of classified information that ensures resistance to current and future cyber threats, minimizes interception risks, and optimizes financial and energy costs. The following results were obtained. A model of secure data dissemination based on the principle of “scattering” with multi-channel cryptography on flawed codes is proposed. The developed mechanism guarantees message recovery even in the case of partial fragment loss, increases resilience against interception, and reduces the probability of content disclosure. Comparative analysis demonstrates the advantages of post-quantum crypto-code structures, which combine protection and error correction, surpassing classical symmetric and elliptic-curve systems.
Предметом дослідження є методи безпечного поширення бойових команд у відкритих і закритих каналах зв’язку з використанням багатоканальної криптографії та постквантових алгоритмів. Метою статті є розробка нового підходу до захищеної передачі секретної інформації, який забезпечує стійкість до сучасних і перспективних кіберзагроз, мінімізує ризики перехоплення та оптимізує фінансові й енергетичні витрати. Були отримані наступні результати. Запропоновано модель безпечної передачі даних, засновану на принципі «розсіювання» з використанням багатоканальної криптографії на дефектних кодах. Розроблений механізм забезпечує відновлення повідомлень навіть при частковій втраті фрагментів, підвищує стійкість до атак і знижує ймовірність розкриття змісту інформації. Порівняльний аналіз показав переваги постквантових криптокодових структур, які поєднують захист і корекцію помилок, перевищуючи класичні симетричні та еліптичні системи

No full textСтаттю присвячено розробленню методичного підходу до управління за формалізованими процедурами інноваційним розвитком організацій сфери послуг України в руслі концепції інноваційного маркетингу. Визначено і систематизовано зовнішні передумови, що формують можливості і загрози інноваційного розвитку організацій сфери послуг. Уточнено склад внутрішніх можливостей організацій сфер послуг які характеризують їх спроможність реалізувати зовнішні можливості інноваційного розвитку. Розроблено методичні засади оцінювання відповідності внутрішніх можливостей інноваційного розвитку організації сфери послуг зовнішнім, що дозволяє обирати перспективні зовнішні (ринкові) можливості для реалізації яких є необхідні внутрішні умови, переходити на шлях інноваційного розвитку. Розроблено методичні засади визначення в руслі перспективних ринкових можливостей стратегічних напрямів і формування стратегій інноваційного розвитку організації сфери послуг.The article is devoted to the development of a methodological approach to management of innovative development of service organizations of Ukraine using formalized procedures in the concept of innovative marketing. The turbulence of the modern economy caused by technological transformations of the fourth industrial revolution and changes in technological orders pushes the service organizations to search for survival and development strategies in permanently changing environmental conditions. Innovative development strategies are most effective in conditions of technological transformations and economic turbulence. Accordingly, the innovative marketing becomes vital, and is considered as a concept of conducting innovative business focused on finding new areas and ways to implement the potential of the organization (including the service sector) causing radical transformations of existing markets and the formation of new ones. In this context, the problem of developing methodological principles for managing strategies for innovative development of service organizations in the concept of innovative marketing arises. The external prerequisites that form the opportunities and threats of innovative development of service organizations in the conditions of technological transformations and turbulence of the modern economy are determined. The nature of the prerequisites’ influence is revealed, as well as the essence of the opportunities and threats they initiate. The components and characteristics of the internal capabilities of innovative development of service organizations are specified, which indicate the ability of organizations to realize external opportunities for innovative development generated in the external macro- and microenvironment. Methodological principles for assessing the compliance of internal capabilities of innovative development of a service organization with external ones have been developed, including the scheme and procedure for assessment, evaluation indicators, an assessment scale, and a table for making management decisions based on the assessment results. The assessment results allow choosing of promising external (market) opportunities that match with internal capabilities, to provides conditions for the innovative development of service organizations. Methodological principles for determining strategic directions and strategies for innovative development of a service organization in line with promising market opportunities have been developed. Правове регулювання протидії корупції в Україні
No full textВідповідно до наказу МОН «Про внесення змін до деяких стандартів вищої освіти» та розпорядження проректора з науково-педагогічної роботи Національного технічного університету «Харківського політехнічного інституту» №3/24 нв від 18.06.2024 р. до всіх освітніх програм усіх спеціальностей, які акредитуються в НТУ «ХПІ», була внесена нова загальна компетентність: «Здатність ухвалювати рішення та діяти, дотримуючись принципу неприпустимості корупції та будь-яких інших проявів недоброчесності». Такі зміни в освітніх програмах зумовили перегляд змісту навчальної дисципліни «Правознавство» та введенням нових тем лекцій т практичних занять, розробки проблемних питань, практичних завдань, тестових питань, кейсів в межах змісту нової компетентності щодо неприпустимості корупції. Ефективна боротьба з різними проявами корупції в будь-якій державі сприяє забезпеченню досягнення успіху при вирішенні завдань у політичній, військово-політичній, військовій, соціальній, економічній та інших сферах державної діяльності. Протидія корупції має на меті забезпечення рівності усіх громадян у зазначених сферах державного та суспільного життя. З цією метою викладачами кафедри Права НТУ «ХПІ» був підготовлений конспект лекцій «Правове регулювання протидії корупції в Україні» з навчальної дисципліни «Правознавство» для студентів усіх спеціальностей. У даному конспекті лекцій висвітлюються проблеми правової протидії корупції в Україні та у світовій спільноті. Корупція розглядається як одна із домінантних перешкод розвитку української державності та реалізації основних засад Конституції України щодо забезпечення охорони та захисту прав людини, громадянина щодо рівності у політичній, економічній, соціальній сферах. Конспект лекцій з «Правового регулювання протидії корупції в Україні» спрямований на розвиток здатності ухвалювати рішення та діяти, дотримуючись принципу неприпустимості корупції здобувачами освіти в НТУ «ХПІ» в сучасному суспільстві, розкриваються основні напрями їх діяльності щодо неприпустимості такого шкідливого явища, як корупція, висвітлюються особливості правового механізму запобігання і протидії корупції в Україні, юридичної відповідальності за корупційні або пов’язані з корупцією правопорушення та усунення їх наслідків в Україні
