    Terrorism is a transnational crime that endangers world peace and security. The terrorist danger is imminent in Indonesia and the United Kingdom. One of the efforts to counter terrorism is by establishing international cooperation. The latest counter-terror cooperation carried out by BNPT is with The Homeland Security Mission of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. As a new collaboration, more in-depth studies are needed regarding the implementation of this work. Therefore, researchers conducted research related to the Implementation of BNPT RI Counter Terrorism Cooperation with The United Kingdom. The theory used is neoliberal institutional theory and the concept of counter terrorism. The concept of counterterrorism as defined by the United Kingdom CONTEST document in 2018 is utilized in this study to examine the research topic. The concept consists of four strategic pillars namely prevent, protect, prepare and pursue. The researcher’s finding confirmed that the collaboration was conducted in accordance with the agreement. The forms of activities that have been implemented are Joint Working Groups, visits to the Royal College of Defense Studies, Expert Group Meetings on Prevention of the Terrorist Use of the Internet and Joint Overseas Protect and Prepare Representative Meetings.     The Musi Banyuasin Regency Government has implemented an information system to support its business processes, one of which is the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD). To carry out its function in managing regional finances and assets, BPKAD mostly utilizes the Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) which has been used for approximately five years, but has never been evaluated. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate SIMDA information technology governance. In this study, the author uses a qualitative approach using the Process Assessment Model (PAM) consisting of indicators on process performance and process capability COBIT 5: A Business Framework for the Governance and Management of Enterprise IT which is the material research standards to process primary data and secondary data. The result of the research is that there is a staffing requirement evaluation process carried out by the BPKAD secretary by positioning it to the staffing sub-section in the form of ASN Requirements Formulation, Plan, Fulfillment and Proposal Forms. This study also revealed that there is a process in the backup log in the operation of Simda carried out by the ICT management section of the MUBA Regency BPKAD, the EDM04 process, EA01 Monitor, is at level 2, which means that the process already has good governance, such as being properly managed and controlled. and the APO07, BAI09 and DSS01 processes are at level 1, which means that the process has been carried out by the MUBA Regency BPKAD, the IT governance capability level at SIMDA BPKAD MUBA Regency is on average at level 1

Screen Printing Shift Nganjuk is now competing for business profits through one of the superior products found in the business or has its own uniqueness from a business that makes the screen printing industry in Nganjuk Regency has great potential to be developed in the development of its potential. the obstacle faced by Sablon Shift Nganjuk and at the same time the weakness of an industry is the lack of market information and the need for new innovations to gain new market share. The purpose of this study is to find out SWOT analysis to improve new innovation strategies that can be applied to Nganjuk Shift Screen Printing to be developed in the t-shirt screen printing industry, as well as to find out the implementation of the 4P marketing mix strategy that can help Nganjuk Shift Screen Printing in increasing competitiveness in the t-shirt screen printing industry. . Data was collected through interviews with informants who had been selected by the researcher. The results of this research are expected to be one of the references and inputs for developing innovation strategies and marketing strategies in order to increase sales after the Covid-19 pandemic. Innovation strategies to increase competitiveness in Screen Printing Shift can be carried out through new innovations in SWOT analysis and marketing mix.     Analisis Dinamika Sektor Investasi Unggulan dan Iklim Investasi di Kota Palembang: Pendekatan Keuangan Keperilakuan

    The aim of this study to determine the leading investment sector, the investment climate in Palembang City is seen from a behavioral finance approach. The studies have been contained in the analysis and discussion of the results of calculations using LQ and SSA analysis. The Location Quotient (LQ) method is an analysis that aims to identify the economic base that is concentrated in an area, while the Shift Share Analysis (SSA) method is used to assess the level of competitive advantage in sectors within a particular region, which is seen from its growth rate. The next step is to conduct a survey to find out the constraints/barriers to investment in the city of Palembang using indicators developed by the International Financial Corporation (IFC). The results show that the basic sector and has high and strong competitiveness against the economic shocks that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic in Palembang City are 1) Manufacturing Industry, 2) Wholesale and Retail Trade; Car and Motorcycle Repair, 3) Information and Communication, 4) Financial Services and Insurance, and 5) Real Estate. Based on the results of a survey conducted using a questionnaire, the results of the analysis show that the overall investment climate is considered good by business actors in Palembang City. The good investment climate in Palembang City will further affect various aspects such as investor behavior. Viewed from a financial perspective, behavior can affect all aspects, for example facilitating access to finance (making it easier for investors to obtain the necessary financing).     Pemanfaatan Google Earth Engine dan Citra Terra Modis Untuk Analisis Suhu Permukaan Tanah di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan

    ABSTRACT The increase in surface temperature can be caused by several factors, such as population growth followed by infrastructure development. Continuous development is often accompanied by land use changes that can affect the surrounding environment, leading to a reduction in green spaces, which in turn can trigger the phenomenon known as the Urban Heat Island (UHI) effect. Information on surface temperature can be obtained using remote sensing technology, specifically by utilizing the MODIS Terra Land Surface Temperature and Emissivity Daily Global 1km imagery. Remote sensing technology has rapidly advanced with the introduction of cloud-based image processing, such as the Google Earth Engine (GEE). GEE enables users to process images for free and can be done simply by utilizing an internet connection. Previously, image processing required specialized software and took a long time, as it involved downloading image data and required high-performance computers for smooth processing. This research aims to analyze surface temperature using GEE with the temperature algorithm available in the MODIS imagery. The results of this study provide the average surface temperature over an 8-year period in South Sumatra Province, with the highest temperatures predominantly found in Palembang City. The findings demonstrate that GEE can be utilized for analyzing surface temperature. Keywords : Land Surface Temperature ; Cloud Computation ; Google Earth Engine.   ABSTRAK Kenaikan suhu permukaan tanah dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti pertumbuhan penduduk yang diikuti dengan pembangunan infrastruktur. Pembangunan yang terjadi secara terus-menerus tidak akan lepas dari alih fungsi lahan yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap kondisi lingkungan di sekitarnya yang menyebabkan berkurangnya Ruang Terbuka Hijau sehingga dapat memicu munculnya fenomena yang dikenal dengan Urban Heat Island (UHI). Informasi suhu permukaan tanah dapat diperoleh dengan memanfaatkan teknologi penginderaan jauh yaitu dengan menggunakan citra MODIS Terra Land Surface Temperature and Emissivity Daily Global 1km. Teknologi di bidang penginderaan jauh telah berkembang pesat dengan hadirnya pengolahan citra berbasis komputasi awan yang dikenal dengan Google Earth Engine (GEE). GEE memungkinkan pengguna melakukan pengolahan citra secara gratis dan dapat dilakukan hanya dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet. Pengolahan citra yang sebelumnya dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena harus dilakukan proses unduh data citra, selain itu dibutuhkan komputer yang memiliki performa tinggi agar pengolahan dapat berjalan lancar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis suhu permukaan tanah menggunakan GEE dengan algoritma suhu yang terdapat pada citra MODIS. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh rerata suhu permukaan tanah di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan selama 8 tahun dengan dominasi daerah yang memiliki suhu tinggi berada di Kota Palembang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa GEE dapat digunakan untuk melakukan analisis suhu permukaan tanah. Kata Kunci : Suhu Permukaan Tanah ; Komputasi Awan; Google Earth Engine

    Durabilitas Geopolymer Foam Concrete Terhadap Ketahanan Sulfat

    ABSTRACT  Geopolymer is an inorganic polymer material which is rich in silica and alumina and undergoes a polymerization process. Geopolymer concrete is an innovative concrete by replacing some cement binders with industrial waste such as fly ash. In addition, the manufacture of foam concrete is widely used in industrial building construction, especially in the walls of earthquake buildings and energy-efficient buildings. Geopolymer foam concrete is a modification of geopolymer concrete with foam concrete. Geopolymer foam concrete is made by combining a geopolymer mixture in the form of a 14 Molar solution of NaOH and Na2SiO3 as an activator with a ratio of 2.5 and fly ash as a precursor, then adding foam formed from a foaming agent and water with a ratio of 1:20, 1:30, 1:40. The quality of the foam used in the mix for making concrete affects the specific gravity, compressive strength and durability of geopolymer foam concrete. The purpose of this study was to determine the structural ability of geopolymer foam concrete against environmental conditions exposed to sulfate by using several variations in the ratio of foaming agent and water. The results of the endurance test showed that the specimen after being exposed to sulfuric acid for 56 days had a decrease in the mass of the test object for the ratios of foaming agent and water 1:20, 1:30, 1:40 which were 7.64%, 7.90% and 8.56 %. The ratio of foaming agent and water in the manufacture of smaller foam indicates better specific gravity, compressive strength and durability against sulfate attack. Keywords: Geopolymer, fly ash, foam concrete, durability, sulfit acid   ABSTRAK  Geopolimer merupakan material polimer anorganik yang kaya akan silika dan alumina dan mengalami proses polimerisasi. Beton geopolimer adalah beton inovasi dengan mengganti sebagian bahan pengikat semen dengan limbah industri seperti fly ash. Selain itu, pembuatan beton busa banyak digunakan dalam konstruksi bangunan industri, terutama pada dinding bangunan gempa dan bangunan hemat energi. Geopolymer foam concrete merupakan modifikasi dari beton geopolimer dengan beton busa. Geopolymer foam concrete dibuat dengan menggabungkan campuran geopolimer berupa larutan 14 Molar NaOH dan Na2SiO3 sebagai aktivator dengan rasio perbandingan 2,5 dan fly ash sebagai prekursor, kemudian menambahkan busa yang terbentuk dari foaming agent dan air dengan rasio perbandingan 1:20, 1:30, 1:40. Kualitas busa yang digunakan dalam campuran pembuatan beton mempengaruhi berat jenis, kuat tekan dan durabilitas geopolymer foam concrete. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan struktur geopolymer foam concrete terhadap kondisi lingkungan terpapar sulfat dengan menggunakan beberapa variasi rasio foaming agent dan air. Hasil uji ketahanan menunjukkan bahwa spesimen setelah terpapar asam sulfat selama 56 hari memiliki penurunan massa benda uji untuk rasio foaming agent dan air 1:20, 1:30, 1:40  adalah sebesar 7,64%,  7,90% dan 8,56%. Rasio foaming agent dan air pada pembuatan busa yang lebih kecil menunjukkan berat jenis, kuat tekan dan durabilitas yang lebih baik terhadap serangan sulfat.  Kata Kunci: Geopolimer, fly ash, beton busa, durabilitas, asam sulfa

    This research discusses governance from the perspective of gamers (the role of facilities and development) of e-sports athletes in the city of Palembang. The aim of this research is to find out the government's role in developing e-sports athletes in Palembang City andalso to provide information to professional players regarding the development of e-sports athletes in Palembang City. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using Jim Ife's role theory which consists of 4 aspects, namely the role of facilitator, the role of education, the role of representational and the role of technical ability. The results of this research include first, the facilities provided to Palembang esports to date have not been adequate or optimal; secondly, currently the esports coaches or coaches themselves have not been provided by the relevant agencies and there has also been no socialization regarding the coaching of esports athletes themselves; third, Dispora has not carried out and organized events or competitions because there is no readiness to organize the event itself; And fourth, until now the Dispora has not carried out its own selection process but rather the selection process is carried out directly by the respective communities

Tidak sedikit orang yang menyukai kendaraan beroda dua ini sehingga memunculkan suatu komunitas masyarakat yang mempunyai hobi terhadap motor dengan spesifikasi tertentu, salah satunya sepeda motor dengan mesin besar atau sering disebut dengan motor gede (moge). Inspirasi perkembangan sepeda motor bermesin besar dan komunitasnya tersebut menjadi inspirasi perancangan VIRTERNITY yakni koleksi busana siap pakai untuk wanita dan pria. Keseluruhan tampilan dengan aksesori khas berupa elemen-elemen yang mewakili ciri seorang pengendara motor gede dengan tujuan menjadi pusat perhatian. Koleksi busana VIRTERNITY memiliki detail yang memberikan kesan gagah sesuai dengan kesan yang ada pada komunitas pengendara motor bermesin besar. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah untuk: 1) Menciptakan koleksi busana wanita dan pria siap pakai dengan inspirasi pengendara dari komunitas sepeda motor bermesin besar (moge), 2) Menerapkan teknik manipulasi material berupa eyelet, studded, dan rantai yang khas dari komunitas pengendara motor gede ke dalam koleksi busana wanita dan pria yang tinggal di wilayah kota besar Indonesia.     This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of Product Quality, Promotion, and Price Perception on Purchasing Decisions at Fore Coffee partially and simultaneously. This research is quantitative, the data is taken from distributing questionnaires with a total of 150 respondents. The method used is purposive sampling method with SPSS 25 as data processing. The results of data processing show that from the t test, the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the promotion and price perception variables show a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Testing with the F test results the variables of product quality, promotion, and price perception have a simultaneous or joint effect on purchasing decisions. So the researcher draws the conclusion that product quality, promotion, price perception Fore is good enough and meets consumer expectations so that it influences purchasing decisions at Fore Coffee.  Keywords: Product Quality, Promotion, Price Perception, and Purchase Decision  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh Kualitas Porduk, Promosi, dan Persepsi Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Fore Coffee secara parsial dan secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, data diambil dari penyebaran kuesioner dengan total 150 responden. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode purposive sampling dengan SPSS 25 sebagai pengolahan data. Hasil dari pengolahan data menunjukkan dari pengujian t hitung variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan variabel promosi dan persepsi harga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pengujian dengan uji F hasilnya variabel kualitas produk, promosi, dan persepsi harga berpengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian. Jadi peneliti menarik kesimpulan yaitu kualitas produk, promosi, persepsi harga Fore sudah cukup bagus dan memenuhi harapan konsumen sehingga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di Fore Coffe.  Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Promosi, Persepsi Harga, dan Keputusan Pembelia
