Karakter Pemilih Pemula di Kabupaten Tuban: Adaptasi Budaya Politik Sekolah
Get PDFStarting from curiosity about how the political culture of the school in shaping the character of novice voters in Tuban Regency. So this research was conducted using comparative qualitative methods to explore primary data on research subjects spread across senior high schools (SMA) in Tuban Regency such as Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Citizenship Education Teachers, Coaches and OSIS Students (Intra-School Student Organizations), including the General Election Commission of Tuban Regency as secondary data in this study. The results showed that the political culture of schools in shaping the character of novice voters in Tuban Regency with an understanding and emphasis on students about politics in Indonesia through classroom teaching, then the implementation of democracy in Indonesia in the OSIS election, as well as school innovation in carrying out the student council selection process that is packaged online. Furthermore, the adaptation of political culture that is applied forms the character of students as novice voters. The character of students as novice voters is behavior that is active in practical politics, starting from following, criticizing and participating. This active behavior can be seen from the implementation of the smallest political practice in schools, namely the Student Council Election

Get PDFBackground : The use of electronic medical records (EMR), including cloud computing-based EMR, is widely increasing. However, data regarding the perception of physicians using cloud computing-based EMR in Indonesia is still limited. Objective: This study aims to determine the perception of clinical doctors in using EMR based on cloud computing. Methods: This is a cross sectional study with a mixed-methods explanatory sequential design approach to determine the perception of clinicians in using cloud computing-based EMR. Qualitative analysis is used to support the depth of quantitative data analysis. Result: There are 10 private clinic doctors who participate. The average value of respondents' satisfaction after using cloud computing-based EMR is 7.4 from a scale of 1-10, with a median value of 8. In the analysis of interest in using cloud computing-based EMR in the long term, it was found that 30% of respondents said "yes", and 70% said "maybe". Qualitative data show that the problems in using EMR are the high price of the EMR system, security and privacy, the display is still limited, and the need for a stable internet network. Conclusion: The use of cloud computing-based EMR by clinicians still meet a number of obstacles. Kumbu Kacang Merah merupakan makanan khas Palembang yang masih di buat dengan tradisional dan turun temurun dengan bahan seperti kacang merah, kelapa, dan gula. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat desain kemasan kumbu menjadi lebih menarik dan juga lebih banyak memperkenalkan kumbu kepada masyarakat lebih luas bahwa adanya makanan khas Palembang yaitu kumbu kacang merah. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah metode perancangan Chuck Groth yaitu menentukan masalah dan solusi, menentukan hirarki, membuat sketsa thumbnail , pemetaan, mengaplikasikan desain template, dan membuat mock up, dengan hasil kemasan berbentuk persegi panjang yang mengikuti bentuk kumbu aslinya
IMPLEMENTASI PASAR RAKYAT BERDASARKAN PERATURAN MENTERI PERDAGANGAN NOMOR 21 TAHUN 2021 (Studi Pada Pasar Krucil Kecamatan Krucil Kabupaten Probolinggo)
Get PDFPasar Tradisional adalah salah satu sarana perdagangan yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat, akan tetapi dalam perkembangannya. Namun banyaknya masalah seperti tempat yang kumuh, kotor dan tidak tertata rapi menjadi permasalahan yang hingga saat ini belum bisa diatasi sepenuhnya. Permasalahan lain dapat dilihat dari pembangunan atau revitalisasi serta pengelolaan Pasar Tradisional yang buruk. Maka dari itu pemerintah mencoba menghilangkan stigma tersebut dengan mengubah Pasar Tradisional menjadi Pasar Rakyat. Hal itu dilanjutkan dengan Menteri Perdagangan dan Industri yang mengeluarkan Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 21 Tahun 2021 Tentang Pedoman Pembangunan dan Pengelolaan Sarana Perdagangan yang mana dalam peraturan tersebut salah satunya mengatur tentang pembangunan atau revitalisasi Pasar Rakyat sesuai standar yang telah ditentukan. Maka dari itu peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan analisis terkait seberapa baik implementasi Pasar Rakyat ini khususnya di Pasar Rakyat Krucil. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teori implementasi kebijakan dari Van Metter dan Horn dengan indikator yang meliputi ukuran dan tujuan, sumber daya, karakteristik agen pelaksana, sikap/kecenderungan pelaksana, komunikasi antar organisasi serta kondisi lingkungan ekonomi, sosial dan politik. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa keenam indikator yang telah disebutkan berjalan dengan baik serta sesuai dengan apa yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya

Agar Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) itu dapat bersaing di era millenial yang begitu komplek ini, perlu didukung dengan kemampuan dasar dalam suatu perencanaan usaha yang lebih baik salah satunya usaha batu bata. Sudah sejak lama, batu bata menjadi bisnis yang cukup menggiurkan, terlebih saat ini makin maraknya pembangunan menjadikan batu bata banyak dicari (kompasiana.com, dengan judul "Usaha Batu Bata Tetap Eksis di Tengah Pandemi"). Laba pengrajin usaha batu bata sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor produksi, seperti bahan baku (tanah liat dan kayu bakar), tenaga kerja, modal dan ketrampilan. Pengrajin usaha batu bata mencetak batu bata tergantung dari besarnya modal yang disediakan. Hal ini akan berdampak kepada kemampuan pengrajin dalam mengupah tenaga kerja, membeli bahan baku tanah liat dan sewa mesin cetak batu bata. Hal yang menjadi kendala setiap pengrajin adalah biaya produksi (biaya bahan baku, tenaga kerja dan biaya overhead pabrik) yang hampir setiap produksi mengalami kenaikan yang berdampak pada laba yang diperoleh. Peningkatan Keterampilan Pembuatan Makanan Olahan Beku Sehat Bagi Anggota PKK Gondosari
Get PDFPerempuan merupakan salah satu kelompok rentan yang perlu diberdayakan. Sebagaimana umumnya kondisi ibu rumah tangga, demikian pula yang dialami oleh sebagian ibu-ibu kelompok PKK Gondosari yang memiliki keterbatasan dari segi ekonomi. Diantaranya adalah karena produktivitas yang rendah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Ibu-Ibu PKK Gondosari adalah belum seluruhnya memiliki keterampilan membuat olahan makanan beku sehat. Selain itu, mereka juga belum memiliki pengalaman dalam mengelola usaha berbasis kelompok. Di samping juga belum memiliki media pemasaran untuk produk yang akan dikembangkan. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan anggota PKK Gondosari untuk mengolah makanan beku yang sehat. Keterampilan yang diberikan tidak hanya pada aspek produksi, namun sampai ke pemasaran. Pelatihan pembuatan makanan beku sehat dilaksanakan pada hari Minggu tanggal 24 Juli 2022. Dalam pelatihan tersebut menggunakan bahan dasar ikan untuk menambah nilai gizi dari produk olahan yang dihasilkan, yaitu nugget, rolade dan dimsum (siomay). Pelatihan pengemasan produk dan pemasaran secara digital dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 Oktober 2022. Selama pelatihan, Ibu-Ibu Anggota PKK Gondosari menunjukkan antusiasme yang baik. Secara umum seluruh anggota merasa senang dengan pengalaman dan keterampilan baru yang diperoleh. Melalui rangkaian pelatihan tersebut, para peserta meningkat keterampilannya dalam membuat berbagai variasi makanan olahan, lebih memahami cara menentukan atau memilih kemasan berdasarkan produk yang dihasilkan dan memanfaatkan media sosial untuk memasarkan produknya agar lebih dikenal masyarakat luas
PENGARUH CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP GREEN BANKING DISCLOSURE (STUDI PADA PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN DI INDONESIA YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PERIODE 2018 – 2020)
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Governance on Green Banking Disclosure in bankingcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2018 - 2020. Corporate governance plays acrucial role in ensuring transparency and accountability within companies, as well as supporting their efforts inimplementing sustainable and responsible business practices towards the environment. In this study, CorporateGovernance is measured through three variables: Board of Commissioners, Independent Commissioners, andInstitutional Ownership. The Board of Commissioners is considered as one of the institutions responsible for decisionmakingwithin the company. The number of board members is an important indicator in this research, as a larger boardsize allows for diverse perspectives and expertise to be applied in the decision-making process. Additionally,Independent Commissioners are also a significant factor in maintaining the independence and integrity of thecompany's oversight. In this study, the proportion of Independent Commissioners compared to the total number ofcommissioners is used as a measure of their presence and independence. Institutional Ownership is another variable ofinterest in this research. Institutional ownership reflects the participation and involvement of financial institutions andinstitutional investors in the ownership of company shares. The percentage of institutional ownership in relation to thetotal outstanding shares is measured to gain insights into the extent of financial institutions' role in decision-makingand oversight within the company. Green Banking Disclosure is the main focus of this study. Green Bankingencompasses banking practices that prioritize environmental sustainability. Green Banking Disclosure is measuredusing the Green Banking Disclosure Index (GBDI), which covers various aspects such as environmental riskmanagement, sustainable financing, and other environmental initiatives. To test the relationship between thesevariables, the researcher employs multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this study consists of 96observations, involving 32 banking companies each year. The data is analyzed using the Statistical Package for SocialSciences (SPSS) software to generate generalizable findings.The results of this study indicate that the Board ofCommissioners has a significant positive influence on Green Banking Disclosure in banking companies listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2018 - 2020. This suggests that a stronger composition and role of theBoard of Commissioners in decision-making lead to higher levels of disclosure of environmentally friendly businesspractices. However, the study did not find a significant relationship between Independent Commissioners and GreenBanking Disclosure, and it found that Institutional Ownership has a significant negative influence on Green BankingDisclosure. These findings provide a deeper understanding of the importance of the role and composition of CorporateGovernance in promoting the disclosure of sustainable business practices in banking companies in Indonesia.Keywords: Board of Commissioners; Independent Commissioners; Institutional Ownership; Green Banking Disclosur

The online shop is currently growing because it has become a new shopping place besides a shopping center, apart from that the online shop is also the most visited site every day, even in a matter of seconds dozens of people can open an existing online shop line, operational time makes people happy to see products sold by online sellers, this has become one of the considerations for consumers to switch to shopping besides the availability of varied products and almost all of them are available which creates satisfaction for consumers and this is done almost every time making great interest in shopping online of course this becomes opportunities for online businesses, and become a business field and have reciprocity between sellers and buyers who both provide benefits for every need. The research objective of this research is to see how online shops can become shopping centers that are currently in demand by the community. Perencanaan Geometrik menggunakan Autocad Civil 3D pada Jalan Akses Gedung Kuliah Bersama Politeknik Negeri Lampung

One of the efforts to improve the facilities for learning activities at the Lampung State Polytechnic is by providing classroom and practicum facilities which are realized in the construction of the Gedung Kuliah Bersama (GKB). The design road geometry as an effort to increase the accessibility of the Lampung State Polytechnic academies. The purpose of this research is to determine the parameters and geometric design of the GKB access road as a design recommendation in constructing campus for support facilities. Geometric design is carried out using AutoCAD Civil 3D student version, including determining design parameters, horizontal alignment and vertical alignment. Design of the access road to the GKB in Lampung State Polytechnic resulted in a flat road with a Class III type 2/2 with deviden of road classification with a design speed of 20 km/hour. Road width of 2.75 meters and a shoulder of 0.5 meters. The horizontal alignment design produces 2 tracks. Track 1 as the main route and trase 2 as the road to the GKB parking facility with total length of 237 meters. Both of trase are connected by an intersection at STA 0+051.Based on an analysis of the existing conditions in the field from measuring data using a Total Station tool, it is possible to design a straight trase road alignment between tracks 1 and 2, so no curved/bend designs are needed. The vertical alignment design produces 2 vertical curves, which consist of 1 convex curve and 1 concave curve. The use of Autocad Civil 3D is very helpful and simplifies the road planning process so that the design process can be carried out in a shorter time.

ABSTRAK
Salah satu upaya dalam peningkatan fasilitas kegiatan pembelajaran di Politeknik Negeri Lampung adalah dengan penyediaaan sarana ruang kelas dan praktikum yang direalisasikan dalam pembangunan Gedung Kuliah Bersama (GKB). Perencanaan jalan akses yaitu geometrik jalan sebagai upaya peningkatan aksesibilitas para akademisi Politeknik Negeri Lampung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan parameter desain dan perencanaan geometrik jalan akses GKB sebagai rekomendasi desain dalam melakukan pembangunan fasilitas pendukung kampus. Perencanaan geometrik dilakukan menggunakan AutoCAD Civil 3D student version, meliputi penentuan parameter desain, desain alinyemen horizontal dan alinyemen vertical. Perencanaan jalan akses Gedung Kuliah Bersama Politeknik Negeri Lampung menghasilkan jalan bermedan datar dengan klasifikasi jalan kelas III tipe 2/2-TT dengan kecepetan rencana 20 km/jam dan lebar jalan 2,75 meter bahu 0,5 meter. Desain alinyemen horizontal menghasilkan 2 trase yaitu trase 1 sebagai trase utama dan trase 2 sebagai jalan menuju fasilitas parkir (lapangan) GKB dengan dengan panjang total sebesar 237 meter. Kedua trase tersebut terhubung oleh sebuah persimpangan (intersection) pada STA 0+051. Berdasarkan analisis kondisi eksisting dilapangan yang berasal dari data ukur menggunakan alat Total Station, memungkinkan untuk desain trase jalan dibuat hanya garis lurus baik pada antara trase 1 maupun 2, sehingga tidak diperlukan desain lengkung / tikungan. Desain alinyemen vertical menghasilkan 2 lengkung vertikal, yaitu terdiri atas 1 lengkung cembung dengan dan 1 lengkung cekung. Penggunan Autocad Civil 3D sangat membantu dan mempermudah proses perencanaan jalan sehingga proses desain dapat dilakukan dengan waktu yang lebih singkat.
