Pemanfaatan Media Sosial Sebagai Media Promosi Pariwisata Kabupaten Trenggalek Untuk Gen Z Di Jawa Timur
Full text linkThe tourism sector has proven to be reliable in improving people's welfare and national development. Trenggalek Regency as one of the areas in East Java Province that has quite a lot of tourism potential with very promising future prospects. Gen Z can be one of the spearheads of tourism ambassadors in each region. Gen-Z will spend more time playing the internet, especially social media because social media has become one of the most effective communication tools to promote various things, including the tourism potential of an area of Trenggalek Regency. Using a qualitative approach and Design Thinking method, this study went through five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. This method is used to observe problems in tourism promotion, create visual works based on existing data sources, and design solutions to existing problems. The use of social media as a promotional medium is carried out through Instagram. The main media published through Instagram is very effective in increasing reach out and awareness of 12 tourist destinations in Trenggalek Regency, and the use of content pillars has an effect on social media engagement. In addition, supporting media used such as travel books are also useful for all groups, the use of logos in each post can increase the recognition of the @trenggalek.tourism Instagram accoun

Full text linkThe development of IoT technology has brought innovation in automatic fish feeding systems. This research was conducted at the Zahra Aquarium Ornamental Fish Store, which experienced obstacles in feeding due to limited staff and inconsistent schedules. To overcome this problem, an IoT-based automatic system was designed using NodeMCU ESP8266, infrared sensors, and Telegram notifications. This system allows scheduled feeding and automatic stock monitoring, so that fish maintenance becomes more efficient and scheduled. The prototype method was used in its development, and the test results showed that this system can increase the effectiveness of feeding and stock monitoring
Competence as Intervening on Training and Discipline on Student Performance as a Provision for Readiness to Compete in Era 4.0
Full text linkThe competition in the business world requires companies to recruit human resources with high competence in order to achieve company goals. This study was conducted to determine how the direct and indirect effects of training and discipline on student performance as a provision for readiness to compete in the industrial 4.0 era job market with student competence as an intervening variable. With the aim of providing empirical evidence to prospective graduates, graduate users and parties involved in the world of education. With the results of this study, especially universities can provide strategic policies to prepare prospective graduates to be ready to work by having good abilities and achievements and preparing graduates who are able to compete or compete in the job market in the industrial era 4.0. This study used a questionnaire distributed to 97 students from various universities in Palembang city, South Sumatra.. Students as respondents come from universities in South Sumatra who have participated in training activities both within the university and outside the university environment. The analysis used smartPLS 3.0. The results showed that discipline has a significant effect on student performance; training has a significant effect on competence; and discipline has a significant effect on competence. The results showed that the competency variable had no role for the training and discipline variables on student performance. Further research needs to sharpen indicators and linkages with other variables besides those currently studied.

The Effect of Recruitment, Selection, and Commitment on the Quality of Work of PMI Volunteers in Jombang Regency
Full text linkThe purpose of this research is to determine the influence of recruitment, selection, and commitment on the work quality of PMI volunteers in Jombang Regency. The method used in this research is the quantitative method. This research is used to determine whether there is an influence or relationship between the targeted variables. For the determination of the sample to be used in this research, various sampling techniques are employed. Non-probability sampling is a sampling technique that does not give equal opportunities for every element or member of the population to be selected as a sample. The population in this study consists of 50 people, and the sample also consists of 50 respondents using the saturated sampling technique. What is meant by the saturated sampling technique is a sampling method that uses the entire population as the sample. The data collection technique used was through observation and distributing questionnaires via Google Form, which were subsequently analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 15. The research results show that there is a significant influence between recruitment and the quality of volunteer work, no significant influence between selection and the quality of volunteer work, and a significant influence between commitment and the quality of volunteer work. The result of the coefficient of determination analysis was 0.867 or 86.7%, which means the contribution of the recruitment, selection, and commitment variables to the quality of volunteer work is 86.7%, while the remaining portion is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.

Full text linkThe existence of Palembang wood carvings began to be recorded since the era of the Palembang Darussalam Sultanate in the 14th century, which can be seen from the field of traditional Palembang architecture, namely the Limas House, namely in the furniture or household furnishings and mosque buildings such as pulpits and calligraphy. The ups and downs of the development of Palembang wood carvings are closely related to various social, economic, cultural, and religious factors that influence them, including modern culture. The urgency of the problem of this study is that wood carvings as one of Palembang's distinctive cultural heritages, until now have not received much attention from academics or intellectuals and also the government. The method used is the historical research method with data collection techniques that will be carried out through observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation studies. The data analysis process is carried out structurally and systematically starting from data identification, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research aims to explore wood carvings as a medium of expression as well as a culture that reflects the journey of history that influences identity and its journey to the present. through this research, it is expected to be able to provide references and also motivation for academics and art researchers to study the art of Palembang wood carving, so that this heritage is not only maintained physically, but also intellectually
THE EFFECT OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT, JOB SATISFACTION AND WORK MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT CERAH SINERGI SEJAHTERA

Objective: This study aims to determine whether career development, job satisfaction and work motivation affect employee performance at PT. Cerah Sinergi Sejahtera. The type of quantitative research aims to determine the effect of career development, job satisfaction and work motivation as independent variables and employee performance as dependent variables.
Design/Method/Approach: the method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method with an analysis tool using multiple regression. The data used are primary data sourced from questionnaires with a sample of 54 respondents.
Discussion: The results of the analysis using the t test show that career development does not affect employee performance at PT. Cerah Sinergi Sejahtera. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Cerah Sinergi Sejahtera. Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Cerah Sinergi Sejahtera. The results of the determination coefficient test of the regression model show an R Square value of 0.828. This explains that 82.8% of career development variables, job satisfaction and work motivation have an effect on employee performance at PT. Cerah Sinergi Sejahtera and the remaining 19.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
Conclusion/suggestion: PT. Cerah Sinergi Sejahtera should prepare a structured career development program, including regular training, mentoring and fair promotion opportunities, this will be able to help employees to increase motivation so that employee job satisfaction can be achieved.

Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Penerapan Teknologi Pengelolaan Sampah Organik Berbasis Komunitas di Kabupaten Sukoharjo
Full text linkPengelolaan sampah organik merupakan tantangan utama di Kabupaten Sukoharjo akibat tingginya volume sampah rumah tangga yang terus meningkat setiap tahun dan berkontribusi terhadap penumpukan di Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA). Tanpa pengelolaan yang baik, sampah organik dapat menyebabkan berbagai permasalahan lingkungan. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui penerapan teknologi pengelolaan sampah organik guna mengurangi beban lingkungan dan menciptakan nilai ekonomi. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, serta implementasi teknologi seperti komposter aerobik, lubang resapan biopori, dan eco-enzyme. Pelatihan ini membekali mitra bank sampah dan masyarakat dengan keterampilan praktis dalam mengelola sampah organik menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomi dan ramah lingkungan. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah organik, dengan 90% peserta berhasil mengadopsi teknologi yang diajarkan. Kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pemahaman awal dan keterbatasan infrastruktur pendukung, namun faktor pendorong seperti kesadaran masyarakat yang tinggi serta dukungan pemerintah daerah berperan dalam keberhasilan program. Program ini tidak hanya mengurangi volume sampah organik secara signifikan, tetapi juga membuka peluang ekonomi melalui pemanfaatan limbah. Selain itu, keberlanjutan program dapat diperkuat dengan kolaborasi antara komunitas, akademisi, dan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan sampah. Pelatihan Sistem Informasi Geospasial untuk Mendukung Pembuatan Data Geospasial Kota Prabumulih
Full text linkSistem informasi Geografis (SIG) saat ini sudah dapat dirasakan di kehidupan sehari-hari, antara lain untuk penunjuk lokasi serta sebagai penunjuk arah. Pemanfaatan dan penerapan SIG diberbagai bidang juga dirasakan hingga saat ini seperti di bidang pemetaan, pengelolaan SDA, kebencanaan, kehutanan, pertanian dan perkebunan, kelautan dan perikanan. Pemerintahan daerah saat ini khususnya di pemerintahan sudah menggunakan data spasial sebagai visualisasi informasi dan mulai mengurangi data tabular. Dalam memenuhi permintaan data spasial yang banyak, kebutuhan sumber daya manusia yang mengerti akan SIG harus menjadi perhatian pemerintahan daerah. Sasaran dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ini yaitu agar pegawai pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Prabumulih mengerti dalam membuat, menyimpan serta mengelola data geospasial. Pelatihan ini dilakukan secara offline atau tatap muka. Metode yang dilakukan dimulai dengan mencari tahu kekurangan para pegawai pemerintahan di bidang geospasial sehingga materi yang diberikan sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan. Pelatihan ini dimulai dengan melakukan rektifikasi peta, digitasi peta serta para peserta dituntut bisa melakukan layout peta administrasi. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 32 peserta yang merupakan perwakilan dari berbagai instansi pemerintahan daerah Kota Prabumulih. Hasil evaluasi yang telah dilakukan kepada 32 peserta, menunjukan bahwa 51% peserta mampu melakukan digitalisasi dan layout peta. Para peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan dan meningkatkan keterampilan peserta pelatihan dalam membuat data geospasial sehingga menjadi pertimbangan untuk dilaksanakan pelatihan lanjutan terkait GIS.Sistem informasi Geografis (SIG) saat ini sudah dapat dirasakan dikehidupan sehari-hari, antara lain untuk penunjuk lokasi serta sebagai penunjuk arah. Long-tailed Macaques Macaca fascicularis (Simiiformes: Cercopithecidae) Coexistence with Settlements in the Nyaru Menteng Arboretum Area, Central Kalimantan
Full text linkThe Nyaru Menteng Arboretum area in Central Kalimantan serves as a habitat for approximately 200 Long-Tailed Macaques Macaca fascicularis within its 65.2-hectare area, as recorded in 2024. A lack of food causes presumed M. fascicularis to descend to settlements in search of food, resulting in losses for the people of Nyaru Menteng Arboretum which leads to coexistence. This study aims to identify the types of coexistences that occur between M. fascicularis and villagers. The method used to identify coexistences is a survey method. The survey results explain that the types of coexistences that occur range from stealing side dishes (25%), damaging ceilings (25%) and messing up the kitchen (50%). Human resistance in the form of repellent using slingshots 32%, wood 40%, nets 20% and air rifles 8%. The findings of this study can serve as a reference for managing future coexistences and inform decision-making for effective M. fascicularis management in the Menteng Arboretum Area, Central Kalimantan.
