Implementation of the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) Algorithm to Protect Children Personal Data
The rapid development of information and communication technology is inseparable from data security issues. In today's digital age, one type of data that is vulnerable to cyber security threats is children's personal data. Protecting children's personal data is an important priority in safeguarding their privacy and digital security. This research applies AES-256 on a website to secure personal data within the database. AES-256 is a symmetric cryptographic and block-ciphertext algorithm that can encrypt and decrypt data/information with a key size of 256 bits, which can be used to secure data. Results demonstrate that AES-256 effectively maintains full name, NIK and password confidentiality and integrity, rendering the encrypted ciphertext difficult to interpret or access. This study provides a basis for advancing data security and related applications which strengthens the complexity of encrypted children's personal data against cryptanalysis attacks

The Implementation of the Make A Match Type Cooperative Learning Model in Social Science Subjects to Improve the Learning Outcomes of Fourth Grade Students at Manuwui Public Elementary School
The purpose of this study is to determine the learning outcomes in Social Science through the implementation of the Make-A-Match type cooperative learning model in Grade IV at Manuwui Public Elementary School. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were 12 fourth-grade students of Manuwui Public Elementary School, consisting of 4 boys and 8 girls. The initial test results showed that the average classical mastery score of the students was 47.5, with only 2 students (17%) meeting the minimum mastery criteria (MMC). An improvement was observed in Cycle I, where 8 students (66.66%) achieved scores that met the MMC of 65, with an overall average score of 62.5. Student learning outcomes continued to improve in Cycle II. All 12 students (100%) met the MMC, and the overall average score in the final test of the second meeting in Cycle II increased to 77.5. This improvement was driven by the implementation of an engaging and participatory learning model, as well as improvements in teaching strategies based on reflections from the previous cycle
Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Ketepatan Waktu Pelaporan Keuangan pada Perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia
Timeliness in financial reporting is a crucial indicator of transparency and accountability in capital markets. This study examines the effects of profitability, audit quality, and firm size on the timeliness of financial reporting among manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2010–2013. A quantitative approach with an explanatory design was employed, involving 89 companies (356 observations) selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using binary logistic regression. The results show that all three independent variables significantly influence reporting timeliness when tested simultaneously. Partially, only profitability and audit quality have significant effects, while firm size does not. The adjusted R² value of 0.037 indicates that the model explains only 3.7% of the variability in reporting timeliness. These findings emphasize the importance of profitability and audit quality, although their contributions are limited. Practically, companies should enhance financial performance and engage high-quality auditors to improve the timeliness of financial reportin
USING PROCESS GENRE MODEL TO IMPROVE STUDENTS' WRITING ABILITY
This study investigates the implementation of the Process Genre Model (PGM) to improve the narrative writing ability of tenth-grade students (Class X1) at SMA Negeri 11 Ambon. The research employed a classroom action research design conducted in two cycles, each comprising planning, action, observation, and reflection. Students’ writing performance was assessed using a holistic scoring rubric, focusing on content and organization, language use, vocabulary, and mechanics. The results showed significant improvement in students’ narrative writing across the two cycles. In Cycle 1, the majority of students were categorized at the Beginning and Developing levels, while in Cycle 2, 60% of students reached the Expanding level, indicating they had met the indicator of success. The Process Genre Model proved effective in guiding students through a structured writing process while enhancing their understanding of narrative genre conventions. Despite initial challenges, such as confusion in tense use, subject-verb agreement, and mechanical errors, students demonstrated clear progress in content organization, grammar accuracy, and overall writing coherence. The study concludes that the Process Genre Model is a powerful pedagogical tool for improving EFL students’ writing ability and recommends its integration into writing instruction at the secondary level.
Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran PhET dalam Setting Cooperative Learning Guna Meningkatkan Penguasaan Materi Gelombang Berjalan
The research was conducted due to the use of media and learning models that were not varied and ineffective. To overcome this, learning materials specifically on traveling waves were taught using PhET learning media in a cooperative learning setting. This research was quantitative descriptive with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study was the 11th-grade science class at Angkasa Pattimura High School in Ambon, consisting of two classes. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the aim of improving the mastery of the material among students with the lowest scores, where, based on the average scores, the students in class XI IPA-2 had the lowest average scores compared to class XI IPA-1. Thus, the sample used in this study was the students in class XI IPA-2, with a total of 15 students. The instruments used to collect data were tests, namely a pretest and a posttest. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the use of PhET learning media in a cooperative learning setting can improve students' mastery of traveling wave material. It is hoped that this research can be used as a reference in efforts to help add new insights into the use of PhET learning media in a cooperative learning setting for other materials
Analysis of the Service Quality of Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP) Administration at the Sub-District Office of Kundur District, Karimun Regency
This study aims to analyse the quality of administrative services for Electronic Identity Card (KTP-el) issuance at the Sub-district Office of Kundur, Karimun Regency, and to identify the inhibiting factors in its implementation. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is based on the five SERVQUAL dimensions proposed by Fandy Tjiptono, namely Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The findings indicate that the overall service quality is fairly good, yet still not optimal. Major obstacles include limited infrastructure (such as the number of computers and lack of disability access), the absence of a digital queuing and document tracking system, lack of formal complaint mechanisms, and a high workload among staff. The study recommends the development of technology-based service systems, regular training and certification for service personnel, additional human resources, and the establishment of complaint mechanisms and periodic customer satisfaction surveys. These findings are expected to provide input for local governments in improving the quality of public services, particularly in border and island regions
The Government's Role in Legal Protection of Workers on Fixed-Time Employment Agreements in the Context of Boycotting Pro-Israel Products
Introduction: Boycotts of products associated with support for Israel can have an impact on business and employment, especially for workers with Fixed-Time Employment Agreements.
Purposes of the Research: This study discusses the role of the government in providing legal protection for Fixed-Time Work Agreement workers in the midst of the boycott, with a case study on Starbucks Coffeeshop in Semarang City. The phenomenon of boycotts often affects the sustainability of the business and the stability of the workforce, especially Fixed-Time Employment Agreements workers who are more vulnerable to Termination of Employment.
Methods of the Research: This study uses an empirical juridical method with a qualitative approach, examining labor regulations and the implementation of legal protection policies for Fixed-Time Work Agreements workers in situations of business uncertainty due to boycott actions.
Results Main Findings of the Research: The results of the study show that labor regulations have regulated protections for Fixed-Time Work Agreement workers, including the right to compensation upon termination of employment. However, there is still room for improvement, especially in the aspect of supervision and law enforcement, so that every Fixed-Time Work Agreement worker can obtain his rights fairly and in accordance with applicable regulations. The government has a strategic role in ensuring that workers' rights remain protected, both through labor policies, industrial relations mediation, and the provision of legal aid for workers affected by Termination of Employment. The study recommends strengthening regulations and oversight to ensure more effective protections for Fixed-Time Employment Agreements workers amid the impact of boycotts on the employment sector

Evaluating Indonesia's Renewable Energy Transition Strategy: Policy Implementation Challenges Toward Net-Zero Emission Target 2060
Indonesia, as the world's largest archipelagic nation, faces complex challenges in achieving its net-zero emission target by 2060. This research analyzes the implementation of Indonesia's new and renewable energy (NRE) policies through a comprehensive literature study approach. Despite having strong legal foundations through Law No. 30/2007 and Government Regulation No. 79/2014, along with ambitious targets of 23% renewable energy by 2025, implementation realization still encounters significant obstacles. National Energy Council data shows that renewable energy share has only reached 15%, far from the established targets. Analysis of three projection scenarios from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources - Business as Usual (BaU), Sustainable Development (SD), and Low Carbon (LC) - indicates that the SD scenario can achieve the 23% target by 2025 and even exceed the 31% target by 2050. Research findings demonstrate that although Indonesia possesses abundant renewable energy resource potential and clear political commitment, strengthening law enforcement, infrastructure investment, and inter-stakeholder coordination are required to realize sustainable energy transition toward net-zero emission
