Public railway depot maintenance and maintenance work based on work breakdown structure (WBS) to improve maintenance and maintenance performance
Maintenance and upkeep of railway facilities is important to reduce the risk of work accidents. However, in some cases, there is equipment that is damaged and the equipment is very old. This is due to a lack of attention to public railway depot maintenance and maintenance work. This research discusses the evaluation of financing for maintenance and upkeep work, where in reality in the field, many railway maintenance facilities cannot be used properly due to negligence in the maintenance process. The aim of this research is to improve the maintenance and maintenance performance of railway depots in the aspects of structural buildings, rails and equipment supporting maintenance of railway facilities. The method used in this research is a literature review, case study, and survey conducted by distributing questionnaires to several experts, namely those carrying out maintenance activities at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), PT LRT Jakarta, and several sources who participated in the construction of the railway depot. The results of this research are the WBS of maintenance and upkeep work which is used to improve the maintenance and maintenance performance of railway depots
Discovering Ecuador: Nature and traditions for young and old explorers
Teaching children at an early age is essential so that they can know and explore the nature of their environment. The research aims to involve students between 3 and 4 years old in the exploration and knowledge of everything that surrounds them related to the environment. Landscape mainly in the place where they live and study, to then teach them the traditions of the different cultures and regions of Ecuador. So in their adolescence and youth, they are interested in getting to know the towns, fauna, landscapes, traditions and gastronomy of the various tourist places that exist in our country Ecuador. The descriptive and interpretive method was used as a methodology through recreational activities and significant experiences. The result was that the children were able to acquire knowledge about the geographical and cultural diversity of their environment and the country with a sense of their own identity and appreciation for their immediate environment. Likewise, adolescents and young people, through interpretations, dramatizations and presentations with costumes and the gastronomic part, acquire knowledge of the biodiversity of the regions of the country
The role of entrepreneurship subject in Merdeka Belajar Curriculum to civil engineering students’ of the Polytechnic State Pontianak
The difficulties in finding a job, drive graduates from college to be creative and innovative in creating job vacancies. Entrepreneurship subject which was erased from the curriculum of the Associate’s Degree of Civil Engineering Study Program and Bachelor of Applied Science of Housing Settlement Planning Study Program needs to be reviewed because entrepreneurship subject, nowadays, is important and become one of the implemented activities in Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka. This research aimed to know the students’ perception about how important entrepreneurship subject to be learnt and students’ interest in becoming entrepreneurs as an alternative job if they graduated. The research method was a qualitative method which used Miles, Huberman and Saldana (2014) analysis. The result of this study was that 73.33% of informants knew the concept of Merdeka Belajar, but they said that it needed to be socialized more especially how to implement it in the learning process. Moreover, all of the informants said that entrepreneurship subjects must be added to the curriculum
Leadership in teaching management in educational units: Case study
The objective of the research called Leadership in the Management of Teaching in Educational Units was to evaluate leadership in the management of teaching through the NeuroView method in Educational Units in the province of Manabí. The research adopted a quantitative, qualitative and descriptive approach with the purpose of generating information based on the results obtained. The information obtained compared the perception of the Rector/teachers / other evaluators regarding eight factors proposed by the NeuroView method. The purpose was to test the following hypotheses: Therefore, the hypothesis is tested: Ha = There are important differences between institutions that show institutional leadership in the management of teaching and those that do not show institutional leadership
Psycholinguistics, interactions between mind and language
Currently, psychology as a discipline is dedicated to studying the problems that many children present. They do this with a clear understanding of what Psycholinguistics is dedicated to as an interdisciplinary tool where teachers interact directly to be able to delve into the knowledge of linguistics of their students. The objective of the research is to know the basic elements of this discipline and how students understand, produce, and acquire language, exploring the underlying mental processes that intervene in their learning processes. The bibliography review and the inductive-deductive method were used as methodology. The result was that this discipline is essential in the teaching process in the classrooms since it gives teachers the knowledge to introduce methodologies that help students improve their cognitive needs
The quality of reading and learning in basic general education students: Case study
The investigation was related to the quality of reading and learning in basic general education students: The case study had the objective of investigating the level of reading comprehension and determining their learning difficulties in the following institutions: "Oswaldo Castro" Educational Unit, "Raymundo Aveiga" Educational Unit, "Gonzalo Abad" Educational Unit and "Cinco de Mayo" Fiscomisional Educational Unit of the city of Chone. For information purposes, the research had a quantitative approach with the purpose of generating statistics based on the results obtained during the implementation of the knowledge test for students and a survey for language and literature teachers. The results presented show the students were able to infer the content of the reading, evidence that they do not practice reading in class, at home, or in other places. That is to say, there is a real disinterest and/or lack of motivation for reading. Finally, it is presented as conclusions the heterogeneity of the strategies used in the teaching-learning process of reading is evident, where there is no unanimous criterion on the part of the teachers related to the way of teaching reading
Analysis of the clean water use index for the development of an integrated and sustainable clean water service program in Bali Province
The water usage index according to the Ministry of Public Works is a comparative value between water needs divided by water availability. In this regard, there are four categories of water usage index, namely non-critical, light critical, medium critical and heavy critical categories. This category is important as a basis for integrated and sustainable clean water services in the province of Bali. The results of this study are the value of the water usage index for each Regency/City in Bali as a basis for developing clean water services. The method in this study is quantitative analysis. The results of the study will be published in the international journal IRJEIS

The objective that is intended to be achieved with this article is to raise awareness of Autism Spectrum Disorder linked to the various areas where the individual with ASD is presented as the main actor. One of the main characteristics that a person with Autism Spectrum Disorder has is the difficulty in communicating with other people, it affects the neurodevelopment of the person, its first symptoms begin in the first years of life, therefore the communication relationship and emotional that begins with the family is one of the main ones, here the confidence to relate to the outside world, such as school, is strengthened; The child begins to bond with people of the same age, which can be a viable strategy for the development of interpersonal intelligence. Then there is the social area, which aims to achieve good communication relationships with others, and finally, there is the world. work, where the subject is in the adult stage achieving self-sufficiency and empowerment to break barriers in their professional life
The influence of service quality from PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) on customer satisfaction at PT Bukit Asam Tbk
This study examines the effect of service quality provided by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) on the level of corporate customer satisfaction, specifically PT Bukit Asam Tbk. As a user of railway transportation services for coal logistics, PT Bukit Asam requires quality services to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 100 respondents consisting of PT Bukit Asam Tbk employees involved in the logistics process. Data obtained through questionnaires were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the service quality of PT Kereta Api Indonesia has a positive and significant influence on PT Bukit Asam's customer satisfaction, with the indicator of friendly service and responsiveness of the officers scoring the highest. These findings suggest that improving service quality can strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty
The effect of good corporate governance on company value in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on firm value in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. GCG is proxied through managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit committee, and independent board of commissioners, while firm value is measured using Tobin's Q. The research method used purposive sampling with a sample of 19 companies. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS software version 25. The results showed that: (1) managerial ownership has a positive but insignificant effect on firm value, (2) institutional ownership has a significant positive effect on firm value, (3) independent board of commissioners has a significant negative effect on firm value, and (4) audit committee has no significant effect on firm value. These results indicate that GCG implementation still varies in influencing firm value in Indonesia
