Implementation motivation, work discipline in work productivity of employees in the hospital
Get PDFThe hospital is one of the health service units for the community that functions health services, the hospital must pay attention to employee motivation so that good work discipline is realized, thereby creating work harmony that will later have an impact on productivity. The research objectives are to find out 1) The Effect of Motivation on Work Discipline at Udayana University Hospital; 2) The Effect of Motivation on Employee Productivity at Udayana University Hospital; 3) The Effect of Work Motivation and Discipline on Employee Productivity at Udayana University Hospital. This research uses quantitative methods with SEM PLS analysis techniques. This study shows the results of 1) The significant positive effect of motivation on employee discipline of 0.573 with a t-statistic value of 6.615; 2) The significant positive effect of motivation on productivity is 0.307 with a t-statistic value of 3.730; 3) The significant positive effect of employee discipline on productivity is 0.621 with a t-statistic value of 8.875
Teaching-learning methods and their influence on the development of multiple intelligences of initial education

At present there are still teachers who apply traditional methodologies and who continue with the scheme where the teacher is the protagonist of learning, without noticing that the educator creates his learning from his need and interest, the teacher should only be a moderator or guide, in this stage. An investigation was carried out to determine the influence of teaching-learning methods in the development of multiple intelligences in initial education. Effect of instagram and celebrity endorser on purchasing motive of le minerale packaging water with image brand as intervention variables
Get PDFThis study aimed to analyze the effect of online marketing methods through Instagram and celebrity endorsers mediated by the brand image on purchase interest consumers of bottled drinking water under the Le Minerale brand produced by PT. Tirta Fresindo Jaya (Mayora Group). The data used are obtained from questionnaires given to respondents who have never been consuming a brand product. The collected data then analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26 software. The results revealed that Instagram has a positive influence on Le Minerale's brand image. However, celebrity endorser does not show a positive influence on mineral water. Through the brand image, Instagram can have a positive influence on consumer buying interest, while the positive influence of celebrity endorser has made consumer purchase is more fantastic directly than currently mediated by brand image
Effect of corporate governance and earnings management on expense stickiness
Get PDFThis study aims to examine and analyze the effect of corporate governance and earnings management on expense stickiness. By defining small positive earnings or small earnings increases as the proxy of earnings management and divides the sample into earnings management (upward earnings management) and non-earnings management. This study uses a broad measure of corporate governance by extracting the main factors of corporate governance. The sample obtained is 251 company samples for earnings management samples and 133 companies for corporate governance samples and processed using the Multiple Linear Regression method using the regression model from the research of Xue and Hong (2016). The results showed that corporate governance can reduce the level of expense stickiness. However, the results of this study cannot prove that earnings management can reduce the level of expense stickiness, but this research proves that companies that do not indicate earning management influence the existence of expense stickiness

For this reason, we have reviewed several study pieces of evidence to add to the enrichment of our study. The reading sources we are looking for are data-based sources from Google scholars, ERIC publications, and other literature sources. Furthermore, we take the analysis stage by involving the coding system, evaluation, data extract, in-depth interpretation, and drawing conclusions that are valid findings and high reliability because these findings have answered the questions and danced the hypothesis of this study. We depend on secondary data and descriptive qualitative study designs. Based on the discussion of the findings data, we can conclude that the HR governance strategy working in public service organizations is not only required for superior competence, technical skills, and mastery of the underlying laws and regulations, but they are state apparatuses that are even more crucial in shaping mental and behavioral professional, friendly in nurturing, honest, sympathetic, wise, intelligent, and highly responsible

Get PDFTo support the government's efforts to protect and increase the Bali Starling population, PT Pertamina (Persero) DPPU Ngurah Rai through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program has implemented the Bali Starling Conservation and Breeding. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the level of community participation and the factors that influence the level of community participation in the existence of PT Pertamina (Persero) DPPU Ngurah Rai CSR in Sibang Kaja Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. This research was conducted in Sibang Kaja Village and the selection of this location was determined purposively. The population in this study amounted to 235 families while the sampling technique in this study used the simple random sampling method of 70 people. Data analysis in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that the level of community participation in the existence of PT Pertamina's CSR in Sibang Kaja Village was in the high category with a cumulative score of 4.15. While the factors that influence the level of community participation in the existence of PT Pertamina's CSR in Sibang Kaja Village include (1) Internal factors consisting of awareness, education, and income, (2) External factors consisting of village government and NGOs/Foundations
Effect of justice perceptions on customer satisfaction and loyalty
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effect of perceived justice on satisfaction after handling complaints, as well as the effect of satisfaction after handling complaints on consumer loyalty. Testing the hypothesis of this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques using SMARTPLS, using IBM SPSS Statistics 22 for validity and reliability testing, the number of samples is 100 respondents, taken by using purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of respondents being customers who have file a complaint and come to the branch or cash office of PT Bank Tabungan Negara Denpasar for the occurrence of a service failure situation, and have received treatment from the PT Bank Tabungan Negara Denpasar. The results showed that (1) (2) (3) Perception of justice (distributive, procedural, interactional) had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction after receiving complaints handling, (4) Customer satisfaction after handling complaints had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The managerial implications and suggestions in this study are to maintain customer satisfaction post complaints, companies must treat customers fairly by paying attention to efforts to resolve problems/service failures so that customers feel positive results, respond to customer complaints quickly, and resolve customer complaints in English.

Get PDFThe COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world has forced State Civil Apparatus (SCA) to complete work from home (WFH). This study follows up on the circular letter of the Ministry of State Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan-RB) Number 19 of 2020. The results showed that the availability of information technology support capacity in online services at the Ambon City Population and Civil Registry Service is quite good in providing information technology support resources. The findings of this study are that not all types of documents can be registered online through the Ambon City Population and Civil Registry website. Types of services that can be performed online include. The results of research on the carrying capacity of Ambon City HR in understanding applications at the Ambon City Population and Civil Registry Office have not been able to use online services because they are elderly and have special needs
Urban solid waste management in the state Passo Baguala District of the City of Ambon
Get PDFThis study aims to study and analyze to reveal data and information related to whether or not the optimal handling of waste in Passo Village, Baguala District, Ambon City. For this reason, the method used in this study is research with quantitative data analysis techniques using a Likert scale. The results of the analysis using the Likert scale percentage formula prove that the local government of Ambon City does not intensively provide socialization of Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2015 concerning Waste Management to residents, there are still limited State-Based Waste Bank Facilities for community residents, in addition to other indicators that are in the same category. The calculation results of each indicator prove this added up and then divided by 11, and the average value of the quality of the answers obtained is 1.70%. Therefore It can be concluded that the Handling of Waste in the State of Passo, Baguala District, Ambon City, especially at the Research site, is still not optimal by the Ambon City Regional Regulation because the value of 1.70% is a value that is in the Very Bad category (Score between 0%-20 %) According to the Litker Scale
