The role of job satisfaction and job stress in mediate the effect of organizational justice on deviant behavior in the workplace
Get PDFWorkplace deviant behavior is the behavior of members of the organization that is not in accordance with the rules or norms, general habits that serve as guidelines in the organization that have a negative impact on the organization and/or members of the organization. This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction and job stress in mediating effect of organizational justice on workplace deviant behavior. This research was conducted on government employees in Udayana University with a sample of 106 employees. The samples were collected by using proportionate random sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The result showed that job satisfaction was not able to mediate the effect of organizational justice on workplace deviant behavior and job stress was able to fully mediate the effect of organizational justice on workplace deviant behavior. These result showed that in order to reduce workplace deviant behavior, the leader’s must improve organizational justice that can increase job satisfaction and reduce job stress levels, so that the employee’s intention to behave defiantly in the workplace will be reduced.

No full textThe objective of this research is to design and build an information system for manufacturing processes that fits the requirements of small automotive component industrial enterprises. The waterfall method was used to construct this information system; this method is used to examine the object of research that will be carried out beginning with the background of the organizational structure and other items that may be utilized for the object of research. SWOT analysis is the first stage in analyzing the company's most pressing information system requirements. Analyze the system design DFD (Data Flow Diagram) is a type of analysis used in business management or inside organizations to systematically assist in the design of the information system to be designed. The ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) structure approach is required to examine the programming code required to develop a web-based information system. Following the company's primary requirements, particularly the MRP (Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system), which is included in the scope of activities. Material requirements for orders received are calculated by taking stock levels and reject ratios into account, as well as reports on incoming and outgoing items, Material Requirements, Requirements Production, Data Warehouse, and Delivery / Delivery.
 
The influence of work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of BLUD employees at the RSUD Palembang BARI during the COVID-19 pandemic
Get PDFThis study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of BLUD employees at the RSUD Palembang BARI during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data used in this study is primary data using a questionnaire as an instrument to measure research variables. Questionnaires were distributed to 114 respondents, employees of BLUD at the RSUD Palembang BARI. The data collected from the questionnaire instrument was processed using the SPSS program to perform multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that the work environment and job satisfaction partially had a positive and significant effect on the performance of BLUD employees at the RSUD Palembang BARI during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results also show that the work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BLUD employees at the RSUD Palembang BARI during the COVID-19 pandemic
The role of technology in innovating English teaching to improve learning outcomes in the digital world
Get PDFThis study examines the job of innovation in further developing English learning results by utilizing an all-computerized application. We have gotten information from different writing and distribution sources, including books, scholarly works, and sites. Next, we try to study with a phenomenological approach, a mechanism to understand large amounts of data to obtain data that can answer research problems. The analysis includes data coding, data interpretation, and drawing conclusions based on the principles of validity and reliability of data findings. Based on the presentation and discussion of the data, we can conclude that applying technology with various software helps teachers and students improve English learning outcomes. Now technology makes it easier to learn in class online or face to face. This is supported by the fact that technology can innovate English language learning compared to teaching before the advent of educational technology. These results are expected to be beneficial for related parties, including teachers, curriculum designers, policymaking, and further research
Communication in the teaching-learning process in linguistic expression in high school students

The importance of the work lies in the very fact that oral communication and language are primary processes to develop knowledge, since the work of learning where teachers and students intervene starts from them. The deductive method was applied, which allowed starting from the general situation presented by communication in the teaching-learning process in the linguistic expression of the students, considering that the results of the analysis related to the training process and within this the role it plays. the teacher, is key to improving students' linguistic expression. 
Reduplication in Banjarese
Get PDFReduplication is a feature of the universal language but varies with dialect. This study aimed to examine the form of reduplication in the Banjarese using the reduplication theory of Lieber (2009), Haspelmath & Sims (2010), Rubino (2005), Mistica, Andrews, Arka, & Baldwin (2009), Kauffman (2015), and Kroeger (1989). It used the descriptive qualitative method and collected data through listening, typing, and documentation. Listening and typing techniques involved hearing and typing six informants’ utterances containing rephrases in the Banjarese. The informants comprised three speakers from the Kuala dialect and three from the Hulu dialect. The results indicated four types of reduplication in the Banjarese. These findings strengthen the theory of reduplication in the morphology of the Banjarese. Additionally, the results have practical implications for teaching Banjarese language reduplication

Among them are the appearance of the main page that is less organized and less organized, and page navigation that is still empty. For this reason, a design for improving the interface is carried out using the design thinking method. This method is known as a comprehensive thinking process that concentrates on creating a solution that begins with a process of empathy for a particular human-centered need. There are 5 stages in this method, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. The recommended application is built in the form of a prototype using the Figma application. The prototype that was built was successfully tested on 11 respondents by using the System Usability Scale (SUS) test and the application prototype with a score of 60
The influence of the board commissioners’s characteristics on conservatism with gender as a moderating variable
No full textAccounting conservatism can limit the opportunistic behaviour of managers who act to maximize their interests. One of the good corporate governance mechanisms, which is the characteristics of the board of commissioners, can strengthen the implementation of conservatism in the company. In this study, researchers wanted to examine the effect of independent commissioners and audit committees on conservatism with gender as a moderating variable. The research population is publicly listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2019. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Research testing uses moderated regression that has model feasibility is tested with the classical assumption test. The results showed that conservatism increased with the presence of an audit committee. The audit committee can provide specific suggestions to be more conservative in making decisions. However, the results showed that conservatism was not affected by the proportion of independent commissioners. The results also show that the presence of women strengthens the relationship of the audit committee to conservatism
Correlation between farmers' income and social changes case study in Kawangkoan District and Tareran District, Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia
Get PDFThis research is about how the occurrence of social changes in society in relation to farmers' income, so the problem was to find out the extent to which farmers' income related to social change. The aim was to analyze the relationship between farmers’ income and social changes that occurred in two sub-districts, namely Kawangkoan and Tareran. The population in this study was taken from farmer families who got their income from agricultural products amounting to 626 households and then determined the samples from 125 families. By using the quantitative analysis technique of product-moment correlation, the results showed the magnitude of the correlation coefficient which was developed into a coefficient of determination than the interpretation of r2 = 0.9216 or 92.16% explained that an increase in the income of 1 unit would be followed by an increase in social change of 0.9216. In other words, the increase in farmers’ income by 1% would increase the social change by 92.16%. From the results above, it is clear that it supports the formulation of the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between farmers’ income with social changes in the community
Company performance analysis and tax aggressiveness
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of return on assets, firm size, leverage and intensity of fixed assets, both partially and simultaneously on tax aggressiveness in LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis. The sample selection technique used was purposive sampling and obtained 35 LQ 45 companies with a research period of four years, 2015-2018, so that 140 units of observation were obtained. The results showed that the variable return on assets and the variable intensity of fixed assets partially had a significant effect on tax aggressiveness. Meanwhile, company size and leverage partially have no effect on tax aggressiveness
