Incidence of digital adaptive learning programs on academic results in mathematics
This research aimed to analyze the incidence of digital adaptive learning programs in the academic results of the students of the seventh year of basic general education in the area of mathematics. Deductive and inductive methods were used which allowed analysis of the state of the art on adaptive learning programs due to its relevant formality for the review of scientific literature, to support this research work, the theoretical contributions of several authors on the themes of adaptive learning programs, the Aleks artificial intelligence program, the use of technology as an educational resource and the academic performance of students in the teaching-learning process and the cross-sectional analytical method was used that allowed the collection of data through Through the survey technique, the population studied was 11 teachers and 105 students who attended the seventh year of basic general education of the 2021-2022 school year from four educational units in the city of Chone. 
Moderating social support on the influence of work-family conflict on job satisfaction
Human resources (HR) is one of the main elements that occupy a very strategic position in an organization or company. For this reason, every company must be able to maintain its employees and strive to increase job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-family conflict and social support on job satisfaction. This study also examines the moderating role of social support on the effect of work-family conflict on job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the State Savings Bank (BTN) located in Denpasar City, Bali. The sample in this study were permanent employees of BTN in Denpasar, Bali, totalling 103 people. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that work-family conflict had no significant effect on job satisfaction, while social support had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Social support is a moderating variable of the relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction. The type of moderating role of the social support variable is the quasi moderator. Specifically, social support weakens the effect of work-family conflict on job satisfaction
The role of job satisfaction in mediation the effect of self-efficacy and job insecurity on turnover intention
This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of self-efficacy and job insecurity on the turnover intention of facility care employees at PT. Angkasa Pura Supports Denpasar Branch. This research was conducted at PT. Angkasa Pura Supports Denpasar Branch with a sample of 218 employees. Methods of data collection using interviews and questionnaires. Determination of the sample using proportionate random sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that self-efficacy had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of self-efficacy on turnover intention. Job satisfaction also partially mediates the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention
Design of resilience test website development through arcs motivation design model approach to assess the mental health of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sape
This study is a literature review about the exposure of resilience test website development design through the ARCS Motivation Design model approach to assess the mental health of SMA Negeri 1 Sape students. The aim of this study is to provide an overview of how to design a resilience test website through the ARCS Motivation Design model approach to assess students’ mental health. The design of the resilience test website development through the arcs motivation design model approach so that the material presented was more easily accepted by students. Therefore, more in-depth information is needed to describe how students have difficulty solving problems in learning activities in terms of student resilience. ARCS Motivation Model is a motivational model that emphasizes the motivational aspects consisting of attention, relevance, confidence, satisfaction. In the learning and learning process, the four motivational conditions of students must be maintained during the learning and learning process. Through the resilience test with the ARCS motivation model approach, it is expected that the success of individuals in adapting to unpleasant/bad conditions in overcoming, going through, and returning to their original conditions to maintain psychological stability in the face of stress, especially in the era of online learning
Family support for the mathematical learning of the students of the middle basic sublevel
Family support in learning mathematics in students who entered in 2021 has had difficulties, so this research will study the causes that caused it. The results of the research carried out through a survey of parents are shown, to investigate the responsibility of family support in the learning of sixth grade students with respect to the support provided by parents in mathematics. A classification of topics on the family support of the students was carried out in the theoretical framework, through the analysis of family support, the causes of the conceptual errors are disclosed to improve the mathematical learning of the students. The objective of this research was to determine the correlation that exists between the perception and the support provided by parents in the subject of mathematics in sixth grade students with respect to mathematical learning. The qualitative method was applied in addition to carrying out a descriptive investigation, in addition to the inductive and descriptive method. The result was that family support affects the concept of this and the need to analyze, improve and propose a teaching-learning model based on a change in which parents are involved in their children's learning at school was observed
The Role of Celebrity Endorsements in Breaking Advertising Clutter and reducing Advertising Avoidance on Social Media Networks
In the light of the business environment dominated by marketing noise and advertisements that surround us from every angle, relying on the popularity of social networks has become insufficient to pass advertising messages into the minds of the customers. We live today amid a sea of advertising clutter that undermined the efforts of marketers in conveying their voices to target customers. Besides, technology has given customers greater opportunities to choose the appropriate way to deal with advertising messages, whether by ignoring or blocking them. Therefore, the study sought to reveal the extent of the existence of advertising clutter on social media networks and its relationship to advertising avoidance, and then determine the role that celebrity endorsement can contribute to breaking this clutter and reducing advertising avoidance. The study adopted the quantitative approach in measuring its variables by surveying a large sample of Iraqi social network users, which numbered (837) respondents. The study concluded that advertising clutter on social networks has reached unjustified and unwelcome levels. Moreover, the results confirmed that the celebrity endorsement strategy has a prominent role in penetrating clutter and reducing advertising avoidance
Trade sales promotion and distributors’ performance of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCGS)
This study examined trade sales promotion and distributors’ performance of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCGs). It was carried out to establish the effects of trade allowance, dealers’ contest and rebate on distributors’ performance with special reference to fast-moving consumer goods. The study adopted survey research design. The sampling technique adopted was judgmental sampling. Primary data were obtained from 218 retailers and wholesalers of fast-moving consumer goods using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. The hypotheses developed for the study were tested using simple linear regression. Consequently, it was found that rebate had the highest significant positive effect on distributors’ performance, while trade allowance and dealers’ contest had the second and third-highest significant positive effects on distributors’ performance of FMCGs respectively. Therefore, the study concluded that trade sales promotion strategy has a significant positive influence on distributors’ performance in the context of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCGs). The study also made practical and theoretical implications for further research
RELATIONSHIP OF FINANCIAL LITERACY AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE TO BUSINESS SUSTAINABILITY (STUDY ON MSMEs IN DENPASAR CITY)
This research is an associative quantitative research conducted in Denpasar City. Data consisted of 101 samples, collected by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique was Structural Equation Model (SEM) by using SmartPLS software.
The result showed that financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of MSMEs, financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs in Denpasar City, and MSMEs financial performance had a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs in Denpasar.
This research is expected to be empirical evidence for future research and be able to develop financial management science related to Theory of Planned Behavior, especially financial literacy.
The result of the study expressed that financial literacy has an important role for every individual and MSMEs’s subject in order to provide an understanding of finance and in order to improve financial performance to remain stable and have a business sustainability
Psychomotor development and motor skills in learning in children from 1 to 3 years old
The research aimed at the psychomotor development and motor skills in learning in children from 1 to 3 years old and to develop a plan of stimulation activities in the Bejuco Hacha child development center, of the Santa Rita parish. of Canton Chone, who show difficulty in their motor skills, in order to avoid future problems at the time of entering school and respond adequately to the demands set forth by the educators, having as the main cause the care protocol of the center, the systematization of what educators have to do in the areas, axes and areas of development and learning, skills, learning objective, with the purpose of developing an adequate teaching-learning process. The method used was the scientific method, information collection instruments were applied such as surveys, observation sheets and interviews, the results presented reached. It was possible to verify that the children in the age of 1 to 3 years of the CDI of Bejuco Hacha of the broken site the Bejuco, present a good psychomotor development, fulfilling in the activities that were carried out under the guidance of the educators and support of the parents of the family
The role of satisfaction in mediating the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on purchase intention: Study on Bukalapak marketplace’s customer in Bali Province
The purpose of this study is to examine and explain the role of satisfaction in mediating the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on the repurchase intention of Bukalapak marketplace users in Bali. The research subjects were users of the Bukalapak marketplace with a total sample of 140 respondents who had the criteria of having a high school/vocational high school education level, domiciled in Bali, and had shopped using the Bukalapak marketplace. The data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS technique with the Smart PLS version 3.0 application. The results show that all research hypotheses are supported. Practical implications based on research findings show that among the three variables that influence repurchase intention, the satisfaction variable has the highest path coefficient which can be a reference for Bukalapak management in making marketing strategies to increase repurchase intention in Bukalapak customers by increasing satisfaction
