In today’s increasingly competitive business environment, maintaining long-term relationships with customers has become a key driver of business success. Customer loyalty, which encompasses both attitudinal and behavioral aspects, plays a vital role in sustaining competitiveness, particularly in the digital era where consumers are offered numerous service alternatives. Within the context of beverage ordering applications such as Kopi Kenangan, building customer loyalty presents both a challenge and a strategic opportunity. This study aims to examine the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and product quality on e-loyalty, with e-satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. Drawing on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), a quantitative approach was employed involving 210 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using an online questionnaire and analyzed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 4.1. The results reveal that all three independent variables exert a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, both directly and indirectly through e-satisfaction as a partial mediator. These findings highlight the critical role of ease of use, perceived benefits, and product quality in shaping satisfaction and fostering sustainable customer loyalty

The influence of investment decisions and financing decisions on firm value with financial performance as a mediating variable: A study on coal mining sub-sector companies in the Indonesian Capital Market

This research investigates the complex relationship between managerial decisions and firm value within the Indonesian coal mining sub-sector, motivated by the inconsistent alignment of firm value with operational performance and commodity price fluctuations. The study aims to analyze how investment decisions, financing decisions, and financial performance influence firm value. Using a quantitative approach and path analysis, the study collected 75 observations from 15 coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020–2024. The findings reveal that investment decisions have no significant effect on firm value, but they do have a significant positive impact on financial performance. Conversely, financing decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value, while negatively affecting financial performance. Financial performance, in turn, has a significant positive effect on firm value and acts as a significant mediator between investment decisions and firm value. These results are consistent with Signaling Theory, Pecking Order Theory, and Trade-off Theory. The study's implications are crucial for both financial managers and investors, emphasizing that a combination of strategic investment and balanced funding, along with strong financial performance, is essential for enhancing firm value

Verbal affixes in the Muna Language based on morphological and semantic analysis

The study aims at describing verbal affixes in the Muna language based on morphological aspect and describing verbal affixes in the Muna language based on semantic aspect. Data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the Muna language has several verb-forming affixes, either those whose base words are nouns, adjectives, or verbs themselves. Verb affixes in the Muna language can be prefixes, infixes, suffixes, and confixes. However, this article only discusses Muna verb prefixes and infixes. In the Muna language, verbs as a category are characterized by forms that, in the context of language use, always appear in a complex manner through the process of affixation. The affixation process is characterized by the combination of two or more morphemes in the form of affixes to the base or base. From a semantic level, Muna verbs can be identified based on their grammatical units. Among the meanings of the verb affixes are doing something as mentioned in the base word, unintentional activities, imperatives, possessiveness, mutual or reciprocal actions, calling, and actions that will be carried out. The results of this study are expected to be one of the efforts to preserve regional languages,,

Technical, economic, and environmental feasibility of implementing a mini hydroelectric plant with a reversible system

Mini hydroelectric plants are a renewable energy source that harnesses the flow of water to generate electricity sustainably on a smaller scale. The objective of this research is to analyze the technical, economic, and environmental feasibility of mini hydroelectric plants. implementation of a mini hydroelectric plant with a reversible system, taken as a basis of this study, examines the "La Esperanza" dam to provide electricity to the communities supplied by the Calceta substation. The methodology employed was a literature review, resulting in a research thesis that allowed for the analysis of data collected at the study site. The results indicate that poor management and lack of maintenance have rendered the dam inoperable. Furthermore, the research suggests the possibility of converting the dam from storage to pumped storage and restoring the plant to operation. The ratio between energy generated and energy used for pumping revealed that this is technically feasible. Finally, it was concluded that, due to the results obtained, through economic investment and proper management, the mini hydroelectric plant in Manabí will be able to guarantee a continuous and sustainable energy supply to different communities that currently have poor energy quality and others that are not electrified

Management solutions for internal inspection in high schools in Vietnam: A quality culture approach

This study investigates the management of internal inspection in Vietnamese high schools from the perspective of quality culture. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research surveyed 450 participants, including 250 managers at both provincial and school levels and 200 teachers and staff across six provinces and cities. Twelve public high schools were selected as research sites to represent diverse educational contexts. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and in-depth interviews, then analyzed using SPSS and thematic coding. The findings reveal that while internal inspection is widely institutionalized and contributes to accountability, its alignment with quality culture remains limited. Criteria often emphasize administrative compliance rather than continuous improvement, innovation, or student-centered values. Teachers have limited participation, and transparency and feedback are perceived as insufficient. Leadership quality emerges as a decisive factor, with proactive leaders able to transform inspection into a developmental process. Digital tools are underutilized, further constraining efficiency and transparency. The study proposes five management solutions: (1) raising awareness of managers and teachers about quality culture in inspection, (2) developing criteria aligned with cultural values of quality, (3) standardizing inspection processes based on participatory principles, (4) capacity building for inspection staff, and (5) mobilizing resources and digital platforms for effective implementation.&nbsp

    No full text
Today, practical communication skills are crucial at all levels. The dynamic changes in the educational landscape have affected students' public speaking abilities, especially since classes were held online. Most public speakers are trained, but they still get nervous when speaking in front of an audience. Speakers and learners cannot convey ideas and concepts fluently when stressed. This study looked into undergraduate public speaking anxiety, its causes, and possible interventions. The study used a quantitative research design to determine the causes of public speaking anxiety in 100 college students. The findings show that students fear public speaking due to a lack of confidence. Moreover, audience size significantly impacts students’ performance and nervousness. The results also revealed that being involved in public speaking activities will aid students to present better, and that students believe they can reduce their fear by using different strategies and reaching for professional help

The impact of artificial intelligence on enhancing predictive decision-making in Human Resource Management: An empirical analysis within the Tunisian context

Across our interconnected world, the incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping how human resource management (HRM) makes its decisions (Amamou Mériam, 2023). In a country like Tunisia, which is committed to becoming a digital society, AI-based analytics is seen as just a starting point for improving HR forecasting and strategic influence, and it comes with inherent socio-cultural issues (Haak-Saheem, W et al., 2024). It is based on this that we turn to examine current research and applications of AI in HRM in Tunisia. We will explore both the factors promoting and those impeding adoption. Further, we critically assess ethical, organizational, and regulatory factors (Muraleedharan NV et al., 2025). Utilizing both new case studies and a comparison of the relevant literature, this article provides helpful guidelines for leveraging predictive HRM specifically within the Tunisian landscape. We highlight key areas such as the value of AI that focuses on human needs (Tembine, H et al., 2024), strong data management, and expanding the skills of the workforce to enable comprehensive growth

Impact of Modern Construction Technologies (MCT) on Project Delivery Success: A Statistical Evaluation

This study investigates how the application of Modern Construction Technologies influences project delivery performance in terms of schedule, cost, and quality outcomes. The study analyzed the impact of the MCT Adoption Index (MCTAI) on project performance using multiple regression and moderation analyses based on a survey of 500 respondents. The results indicated that there is a clear and consistent pattern that the higher the level of MCT adoption, the better the schedule adherence, the better the cost performance, and the better the quality outcomes. The organizational context also had a positive influence on the projects' performance but does not significantly change the strength of the relationship between MCT adoption and delivery outcomes. These results implied that the benefits of modern technologies are mostly direct and independent of contextual variations, underpinning their crucial role in enhancing coordination, reducing inefficiencies, and strengthening delivery reliability.  The construction firms, therefore, are called upon to invest in building digital capability and integrating technological systems into their managerial structures. Given the cross-sectional design of the study, causal inference is limited; however, it lays a strong foundation for further longitudinal studies probing how digital transformation keeps shaping project delivery performance

Beyond digital narratives: How ethical concerns shape Gen Z’s ESG investment choices

This study aimed to analyze the factors influencing Generation Z's sustainable financial investment intention in Indonesia, focusing on the roles of digital banking, social media, and ethics, along with the moderation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and financial literacy. Motivated by the paradox between high ESG awareness and low actual investment participation, the study utilized an integration of the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology applying the SEM-PLS method to a sample of 151 Gen Z respondents selected via purposive sampling. The results indicate that Ethics was found to have a strong and significant positive influence, confirming that intrinsic personal values are the primary driver of investment decisions. Conversely, Digital Banking and Social Media showed no significant influence, attributed to the minimal integration of ESG analysis features on digital platforms and Gen Z's skepticism toward greenwashing. Furthermore, both AI and Financial Literacy failed to moderate the relationships, signalling a gap in technology implementation and a lack of specific ESG literacy
