    Get PDF
Classroom management is vital in educating young English learners since children have weak self-control and teaching youngsters is different from teaching middle schoolers and adults. This study investigates the classroom management tactics used by English instructors at a private primary school, the teachers' motives for applying them, and the kids' impacts. Two English professors and 12 students participated. Different age and experience levels teach English. The researcher picked the 12 pupils because they could provide strategy knowledge. Classroom observation, teacher interviews, and a questionnaire provided the data. The strategies address three areas. Physical environment focuses on seating arrangement, sight, sound, comfort, and whiteboard and equipment usage; psycho-social management focuses on rules, feedback, and incentives; and classroom activity management manages time, solo, pair, and group work, and monitors the class. Reasons for using classroom management tactics include making the teaching-learning process operate smoothly, motivating students, supporting them in completing tasks, increasing classroom discipline, and building social skills. Students were more disciplined, pleased in the learning process, knew the lesson's goal, and were more focused and actively participated in learning when classroom management tactics were used

Dulang (Balinese Language) is a tool used by Hindus as a means in ceremonies to bring holy offerings of gebogan (like holy offerings) during a ceremony. Dulang is generally made of wood which is formed in such a way and given a color to beautify its appearance. The drying process is carried out outdoors during the day at around 12.00 - 1.00 pm for around 60 minutes with an ambient temperature of 30 - 34 ° C until the gold paint is dry. The process of drying gold paint requires a good heat temperature and drying evenly to get the results of good quality Prada paint. When the weather is cloudy or the rainy season the craftsman drying process can take place for one full day, other than that the quality of Prada (like gold color paint) is also not good that is less brilliant. Efforts to overcome this designed a gold paint drying machine. This drying machine is designed with a capacity of 4 pieces of fiber with 2 shelves

    Get PDF
The results of testing modern methods of phylloxera-resistant vine growth and formation, which is considered to be one of the important issues in viticulture, is discussed in the article. Vegetation trials were conducted in 2017-2019 in Georgia, Inner Kakheti, on the South-eastern slope of the Caucasus Mountains, where alluvial soils are found. Phylloxera-resistant hybrid rootstock Berlandieri X Riparia Kober 5BB was selected for the field trials. Growth and formation process of the vine took place in the unusual conditions for phylloxera-resistant vine, using cordon systems. Six variants were tested, low trunk, unilateral and bilateral cordons as well as vertical cordon. The most widespread form in the viticultural region - “head trained form without trunk” - was selected as a control variant. The findings have been analyzed and reviewed according to the years.  Conclusions have been drawn from the findings and the best variant for the production of high quality, abundant vine shoots has been selected

Design of sintered zeolite evaporative cooling system

    Get PDF
An evaporative cooling system for fruit and vegetable was designed, fabricated, and evaluated in this study. The evaporative cooling system is made of plywood covered with steorofoam. The inside system is made of plywood with dimensions of 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm. The inside of the box is covered with steorofoam with a thickness of 2 cm on the front, sides and back. The cooling pad in this evaporative cooling system is sintered zeolite. Sintering zeolite is a new material used to optimize evaporative cooling systems. One suction fan to draw environmental air through the cooling pad and into the controlled room. There is a water reservoir used to collect cooling water and place a cooling water circulation pump. The pump lifts water from the reservoir then sprays the cooling pad through the pipe and then the water is stored back in the reservoir. As water drips through the cooling pad, the suction fan keeps the air moving and blowing through the cooling pad. When passing through the cooling pad, the evaporation process occurs, and the cooling effect takes place.&nbsp
