Reading in the development of linguistic skills at the elementary level
The study aimed at reading in the development of language skills, at the elementary level of the Cinco de Mayo Educational Unit, in the 2021-2022 school year, where there was a lack of learning in the reading process due to the lack of reading skills, lack of knowledge when building syllables, reading comprehension and the lack of strategies to improve it. The methodology used was systematic, controlled, and critical research, with a field study between variables, with the analytical, synthetic and statistical method, obtaining as a result that the difficulty in learning to read is in the motivation of the child; in the disposition that the teacher assumes to teach and the behavior that the parents support the process from home, to lead to reading comprehension and the development of linguistic skills
Strategy for quality culture development of construction implementing service companies in running a quality management system based on organizational culture and national culture to reduce construction failure rates
The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the development of a quality culture in implementing a quality management system based on ISO 9001 based on organizational culture and national culture that influence each other in contracting companies, especially in Indonesia. The analysis of this research by processing 151 respondents' data using SPSS and SmartPLS. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the National Culture, Quality Management System, and Organizational Culture affect the Quality Culture Development. The significant indicators of the National Culture variable on the Quality Culture Development are individualism/collectivism and power distance. While the significant indicators of the Quality Management System variable on the Quality Culture Development are organizational and operational contexts. A significant indicator of the Organizational Culture variable on the development of a Quality Culture is Efforts to Achieve Performance and Leadership. To develop a Quality Culture influenced by the National Culture, Quality Management System, and Organizational Culture. This research can be used as material or input in developing a Quality Culture to reduce the rate of construction failure in BUMN construction service companies in Indonesia in the future.
Analysis of differences in effectiveness between salt water bath therapy and ginger water bath therapy on pain scale and its relationship with age, gender, and education level in gout sufferers in the working area of the Mpunda Public Health Center of Bima City
Background: Gouty arthritis is an inflammatory disease that affects the connective tissue of the joints, is progressive, symmetrical, and systemic, and tends to turn chronic. It has typical symptoms experienced by sufferers, such as pain in one or more joints. These symptoms can interfere with comfort in activities. Method: This study used a Quasi-Experimental design with a Two Group Pretest-Posttest approach. Sampling was done using the Quota sampling technique, resulting in 40 respondents chosen. Data analysis in this study, to answer research questions and hypotheses, was bivariate analysis using 4 (four) types of statistical tests, namely 1) Wilcoxon test, 2) Mann-Witney test, 3) Test Gamma correlation, and 4) Chi-square test with a significant level ? of 0.05. Results: The results showed that the Mean Rank of the warm salt water bath group was lower, namely 18.55, while that of the warm ginger water bath group was 22.45. The statistical test results showed that the p-value was 0.145> 0.05, meaning that statistically, there was no difference in effectiveness between the two therapies on the pain scale of respondents because the value did not reach 5
Drug addiction in the academic performance of high school students in a rural educational unit
The impact of drug addiction on the academic performance of high school students from the Braulio Hidalgo Loor Educational Unit, Rio Venda-Chone site, is presented, a situation that occurs due to poor performance in the subjects, showing little interest because of their studies, and consequently low grades, which has generated learning problems, in this sense it is an investigation contextualized with reality, and that is added to what is happening in Ecuador. A quantitative study was carried out, and the use of scientific research methods such as inductive-deductive, analytical, and synthetic, for which interviews and surveys of parents, teachers and students were used, the sample being generalized. The result was that poor academic performance is because many young people consume narcotic substances, neglecting their studies and showing little interest in schoolwork, which has led to the concern of parents and teachers
Factors affecting the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Denpasar
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the factors that influence the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Denpasar. The method of determining the sample used in this study is a purposive sampling technique. The sample size uses the Slovin formula to get a representative number of samples. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data and the data source used in this research is primary data source. Data was collected through questionnaires and then measured using a Likert scale. The questionnaire was tested using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is as follows: classical assumption test by performing normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t-test (partial) and F-test. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the factors that affect the performance of MSMEs in Denpasar during the Covid-19 pandemic are financial literacy and the effectiveness of the use of BPUM funds. Financial literacy has a significant positive effect on the performance of MSMEs with a t coefficient of 4.245, a regression coefficient of 0.300 and a significance of 0.000. 
Activities experience activities of small students in elementary schools in Thuy Nguyen District, Hai Phong City by access to capacity
In order to perform well the organization of experiential activities for students of primary schools in Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong city in the direction of approaching the capacity, primary schools in the district have been invested and created favorable conditions for education. however, there are certain limitations as well. The results of the survey on the actual situation of experiential activities for students in primary schools in Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong city in the direction of competency approach are the basis for proposing measures to manage experiential activities in the direction of competency approach. , along with the requirement of renovating school administration in order to effectively implement the 2018 National Education Program, contributing to improving the quality of comprehensive education
Designing skills for life skills education plan of pedagogical students in Vietnam
How to organize educational activities in general and life skills education in particular at all levels to achieve the desired effect is a matter of concern to the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam along with schools, especially after the Ministry of Education promulgates the 2018 general education program, life skills education had become an even more important role in the good implementation of educational goals for students at all levels. The 2018 general education program is gradually being implemented according to the approved roadmap in the coming years in Vietnam, which has been placing high demands on the educational capacity of high school teachers. However, at present, whether high school teachers are able to meet the requirements of educational capacity in general and the capacity to teach life skills for students in particular is a question that is being asked by all levels of management. 
The need of learners’ participation in the democratic university governance
The participation of students in decision making processes in learning institutions has been a subject of debated due to conflicting viewpoints propagated by different stakeholders opinion from different parts of the world (Magadla, 2007). Therefore, the focus here is on the inclusion of learners as decision-makers in univesity governance, helping create space for them to argue deliberatively. It is hoped that the recognition of voices and differences, which is central to our argument, will help to give a voice to the voiceless (the learners). Job satisfaction: Its mediating role in the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance
Employee performance is the foundation of a company, because the company's progress is the collective effort of all its employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on employee performance and the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. The population of this study are all employees actively working at PT Sinar Nusrapress Utama in Bali Province. The sample size was 157 employee determined by saturated sampling. The data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed by using Variance-Based Structural Equation Modelling, namely Partial Least Square. The results show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. For PT Sinar Nusrapress Utama, this research can be used as a reference that transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction are important to maintain company performance and progress.
 
Factors influencing policy dividends in manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesia stock exchange
This research aims to investigate how dividend policy, as measured by the Dividend Payout Ratio, is influenced by firm Size, Liquidity, Profitability, Liquidity measured by the Current Ratio, and solvability measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio. This study's sample consists of all manufacturing businesses that will be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017 and 2021. This study used a sample of 22 manufacturing companies. The examination procedure utilized in this study is relapse utilizing board information. The findings demonstrated that both Size and Debt positively and significantly influenced the Dividend Payout Ratio to Equity Ratio. On the other hand, the Dividend Payout Ratio was significantly and negatively impacted by the Current Ratio and Return on Equity
