Reading-writing in the development of text in the students of the Dr. “Aquiles Valencia” School
The research had the purpose of determining the reading-writing in the development of text in the students at the School of Basic Education Dr. Aquiles Valencia. In this sense, the general objective was to analyze literacy in the development of text in the students of this educational institution. The investigative approach was quantitative, allowing the recovery, analysis, and assessment of information, through surveys and the analysis of statistical results. As a result, it is proposed that, because it is a segment of the population with limited economic resources, the academic level of the parents does not help to collaborate with their children. The methodologies of the teachers, it is considered that in the medium term the literacy deficit will not be reduced
The rice sort machine design to improve rice granules quality
To produce quality rice, improvement in rice production management must begin at the farmer level (on-farm) by using high-quality seeds and good plant maintenance. Good quality rice is rice grains that don't break or crumble. To urge good quality rice, rice producers usually sort it manually. This method leads to long work processes and low productivity. Efforts to beat this problem are by designing a rice sorting machine which will separate whole rice and broken rice so on lighten the workload, improve rice quality, and increase prices. The results of the study obtained that the look specifications of the rice sieving machine were a). The sieving capacity is 10 kg of rice, the most drive is an electrical motor of 0.25 HP, a V-belt transmission, and an angled iron frame. Machine dimensions: length 120 cm, width 70 cm and height 90 cm). Machine testing the standard of rice grains employing a sorting machine can improve the standard of rice grains by reducing the presence of broken rice (size p=0.30 mm and below) a mean of 0.2 kg for 10 kg of sorted rice or increasing the standard by 1.91%. Machine testing from the ergonomic aspect
Theoretical study of the movement process of destroyed seeds and fiber in the new construction saw gin working camera
A theoretical study of the process of movement of a dehydrated seed + fibrous medium in a saw gin working chamber has been carried out. The process representing the motion of a depleted seed + fibrous medium is mathematically constructed, based on which the corresponding differential equations are constructed. The constructed differential equations were solved numerically in the MAPLE-17 program, corresponding graphs were obtained and conclusions were given
Building on firm competitive advantage through core competence manufacturing firm
The study examined the effect of core competence and firm competitive advantage in the Nigeria Brewing industry, with a focus on selected Brewing firms in Enugu, Onitsha and Benin City. The study employed a descriptive survey research design. Instrument adopted for the study is a structured questionnaire based on simple random sampling method. In addition, interview was also employed to serve as a compliment for the questionnaire. Reliability of the research instrument was tested using the Cronbach Alpha method which revealed that the instrument is reliable. The result of Durbin Watson revealed that the data is free from autocorrelation. Data analysis was done using both descriptive and inferential analysis technique. Descriptive statistics was used to give insight on the respondents profile while inferential statistics was used in the conducting of hypotheses. The two research questions for the study were analyzed using multiple regression model. The study shows that the two null hypotheses were rejected while the two alternative hypotheses were accepted (intellectual capital (p=0.000<0.05, ?=0.325) and customer services (p=0.000<0.05, ?=0.708)
Effect of dispute resolution strategies on employee performance in the Nigerian banking industry
This study examined the effect dispute resolution strategies on employee performance in the Nigerian banking industry. Four variables were discussed; compromising strategy, dominating strategy, integrating strategy and avoiding strategy as they affect employee performance in selected banks in Delta State. The sample size for the study was 162 respondents. Simple random sampling technique was adopted. Validated structured sets of questionnaire were used, the primary instruments for data collection. The study adopted descriptive statistics and frequency analysis. Test of hypotheses was done using regression analysis. The study found out that there positive and significant effects of compromising Strategy, integrating strategy, dominating strategy, avoiding strategy and employee performance. The study concluded that avoiding strategy has a major effect on employee performance in Nigeria banking industry and Nigeria banks should improve on integrating strategy, because it would go a long way in enhancing employee performance, that integrity in the banks could have been achieved through strong moral principles and moral uprightness in financial transactions. Whereas, providing English assignment in the classroom using Google Forms was not explored deeply by lecturers in Politeknik education system. The current study attempts to gauge the use of Google Forms on English task. There were 98 students of engineering department in the (Politeknik Negeri Bali) given a questionnaire. Furthermore, descriptive method was then employed to elucidate the result. The findings explained that most of the students pursue to use Google Forms in working on the English assignment which should be prepared by the lecturers. There were 8 significant steps to create the task through Google Forms which is able to modify. This is a call for the lecturers to apply Google Forms in delivering the regular task to the learners in the classroom
Phonetics in language development in elementary school students
The ability to communicate is one of the greatest attributes that our civilization possesses, thanks to this ability great societies have been built, however, not all people have adequate linguistic abilities, this is largely due to deficiencies in the learning process. , one of the influencing factors are the phonetic processes at an early age, in the present study we seek to determine the phonetic incidence in the development of language in students from 6 to 8 years of age, to achieve this objective the macro application of the exploratory method based on a documentary investigation based on previous studies, this allowed the identification of 5 variables; social environment, perception capacity, cognitive processes, conceptual approach and linguistic development, the quantitative method was used through the development of a survey, addressed to the students of the elementary school of the America Educational Unit, the results were analyzed together with the teachers who interpreted the behavior patterns and difficulties, finally the correlation of these results allowed the creation of a bank of factors that were discussed using the expert criteria tool and later weighted in a Kendall matrix, the results determined that the linguistic development in relation to phonetic processes affect 21.86%,,
Reading at the phonological and syntactic level in elementary school students
The objective of this research is to investigate how literacy influences the morphological and syntactic phonological level in the student at the elementary school of the "Mariscal Sucre" Educational Unit of the Codicia sector of the Flavio Alfaro Canton, the objective is the elaboration of a methodology strategy of literacy, this will help improve the phonological, morphological, and syntactic level in Elementary Basic students. The bibliographic review was used with a correlational vision, the methods that were used were inductive, deductive, analytical, synthetic, and statistical and the techniques for the work of such as the survey, classroom observation and the interview. The result was that most teachers in the area of Language and Literature consider that the development of linguistic skills in students is essential since it allows them to expand their potential through learning, they can also develop communication skills that will help them to have a better reading competence
