Patron-clients in rice production process: Case study of rice mill entrepreneurs with rice farmers in North Mopuya II Village, North Dumoga District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi Province
The presence of rice milling entrepreneurs in the lowland rice production process has a strong influence so that rice farmers depend on entrepreneurs and it is difficult to get out of the patron-client relationship that has been built by the two. Entrepreneurs are present as "saviors" of the farmers in the context of socio-economic problems where farmers lack capital in the process of producing lowland rice and to meet urgent daily needs. The purpose of this study is to describe the patron-client relationship that occurs in the production process of lowland rice farming using descriptive qualitative research methods. As a research strategy, a case study was used on rice milling entrepreneurs and lowland rice farmers in Mopuya Utara II Village, Dumoga Utara District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi Province. The results of this study indicated that the dependence of farmers on rice mill entrepreneurs was built through a long friendship process and a sense of reluctance in which the entrepreneurs were considered "saviors" because they provided social security to farmers even though in reality entrepreneurs got bigger profits.
The pattern and representation of linguistic landscape in multilingual context in Selong
Linguistic Landscape (LL) is the display of languages in public spaces, including signs, billboards, advertisements, and graffiti. The paper reports on the findings of a qualitative study on the pattern and representation of linguistic landscape in multilingual context in Selong. The investigation focuses on sign patterns of linguistic landscape and what they represent in terms of language situation in a multilingual context. Landry and Bourhis’s theory on the definition and the functions of LL, Reh’s theory on the type of multilingual signs and Spolky and Cooper’s theory on the signs categories are used as the theoretical lense in this study. The data were collected from signs in some public spaces and along the main roads in Selong by using observation and documentation. The collected data are then classified, analyzed and interpreted. Methodological strategies to promote reading comprehension in the basic elementary of basic general education
The research was based on the analysis of methodological strategies to promote elementary basic reading comprehension of Basic General Education of the "Gil Alberto Rivadeneira Arteaga" Educational Unit. The results of the research carried out through an evaluation rubric are shown, as a way of projecting the national educational dimension, an estimate of the phenomenon that influences the implementation of methodological strategies to promote reading is made. A classification of topics was carried out on the methodological strategies of reading in the students in the theoretical framework. Through the analysis of these strategies, the causes of errors in reading comprehension are revealed. The objective was to investigate the methodological strategies applied by teachers to promote reading comprehension in the learning process. The research has a qualitative, quantitative, and documentary approach; In addition to the inductive and descriptive method, the technique applied was the survey to perform the analysis and interpretation of the results of the methodological strategies. The result was that the methodological strategies influence reading comprehension and the need to analyze, improve and propose a teaching-learning model based on a change of renewed strategies was observed
Development of cooling condensor shell and tube with cooling tower on the distillation equipment for the making of RHUM beverages
Distillation is a method of separating chemicals based on differences in the speed or ease of evaporation (volatility) of the material in distillation, the mixture of substances is boiled so that it evaporates, and this vapor is then cooled back into the form of a liquid. The condenser is a heat exchanger that functions as a medium for the condensation process. Cooling towers are able to lower the water temperature more than equipment that only uses air to dissipate heat. This study aims to observe the temperature of the shell and tube condenser with a cooling tower system on the alcohol content produced in the distillation apparatus. Experimental research method is testing the cooling tower cooling system on the shell and tube condenser for the distillation of rum drinks. The results of the development of a condenser cooling system distillation device with a cooling tower have an average temperature of Tu in 81.3°C and Tu out 41.0ºC in the condenser, the average water flow rate is 46 liters per minute. Meanwhile, the cooling water in the cooling tower has an average temperature of Tw in water 46.6°C and Tw out water 47.5°C.
The effect of regulation, accountability systems, accounting principles, priority programs on performance accountability and performance reporting moderates of good financial governance of village
Research to prove, analyze and interpret the Effect of Regulation, Accountability System, Accounting Principles, Priority Programs on Performance Accountability, and Performance Reports in Village Fund Management with Moderate Variables Good Financial Governance (GFG) Village. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula with a tolerance of 5% as many as 156 respondents. Sampling was done using Random Sampling, while the data analysis technique used Partial Least Square. Regulation, work accountability, accounting principles partially have a significant effect on performance Reports. Priority Programs have a significant effect on Performance AccountabilityandGFG can strengthen the relationship between the Village Fund Accounting Principles and the performance report

The author believes that today's updated education governance is the implementation of technology-based learning, such as a blended learning-based approach. For this reason, we have completed a series of data searches from many publications or literature that discuss the issue of Islamic education and also the issue of learning through learning. Furthermore, our data were analyzed using a phenomenological approach to explore scientific evidence relevant to this study, after getting the data and reviewing it with a coding system of evaluation data, interpretation, and drawing conclusions that answer the study questions. Based on the existing data and additional discussions of this study, we can conclude that learning Islamic education governance from a creative learning community to innovation in educational services based on a blended approach learning has turned out to be a very innovative solution where technology has been able to transform learning, especially in an era that is being disrupted by various crises. It is hoped that this salary will become an essential input for examining studies and educational issues in the future
The role of trust in mediation the effect of perception of ease of use and perception of usefulness on intention to re-using the mobile banking service
The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the role of trust in mediating the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on the intention to reuse mobile banking on the BNI Mobile Banking application. This research is categorized as an associative quantitative research conducted in Denpasar City. Data consists of 160 samples, collected by distributing questionnaires containing open and closed questions and statements that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using an analysis tool in the form of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on trust and intention to reuse, and trust has a positive and significant effect on intention to reuse as well as partially mediate the relationship between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness with intention to reuse to the BNI Mobile Banking application in Denpasar City
The effect of financial literacy, income and years of service on investment decision behavior

Research respondents were employees of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Renon Branch with a sample of 76 people. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling. The data were analyzed using the PLS (Partial Least Squares) technique. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy and income have a positive effect on investment decision behavior, but tenure has no positive effect on investment decision behavior. This is because in the banking industry, all employees, both those who have just entered the workforce or those who have worked together for a long time, receive training and obtain information regarding financial developments and current financial conditions.
